Very friendly staff and professional workers. This shop comes highly recommended by other tire shops and customers alike. I had a cracked rim that they were able to repair. They are also willing to help you with stuff like measuring your bolt pattern. They offer alignment services here as well.

Way over priced and extremely slow wouldnt recomend unless its only option. they want more money to just mount a tire you bring yourself then most places charge for buying a used tire and having it mounted. been sitting here for 30 mins and not the first customer has been finished

I got a brand new lift kit put on July 22nd with all brand new parts and I brought the truck in on Thursday July 23rd for and alignment they tried to tell me I need new lower control arms upper control arms and new ball joints and it was gonna cost $1,600 when the guy that did my lift one day prior changed all that out and the parts were brand new they were trying to get me to change out these guys are crooks and will try to get money from you any way they can do not recommend. I will never come to these guys ever again first and worse experience here will never be back.

Just got my wheels powder coated there and they did an excellent job! They powder coated my factor wheels a gloss black instead of chrome and they came out perfect and a quarter of the price of buying new factory black wheels.

Too high tore my lug up mecican cartel

I called Postle’s Tire Barn around noon and asked about repairing a bent wheel. They estimated that it would take about two hours so long as I could get there by 1:00pm. Although I showed up late, they were still happy to accommodate me and had the wheel repaired in about an hour and a half, less than their original estimate. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Went in to get a stud (not me) replaced. Granted it was a Friday and mechanics are always swamped on Fridays, I got there early and still had to wait over 2 hours. Thats a little long considering they had the part in house. Secondly, instead of replacing 1 stud, they replaced 5. Im thankful for that but I think they should have come and told me what they planned on doing and about the price. I had no idea how much any of the work would cost until it was time to go. So not a perfect 5 stars but 4 is darn good. The price was reasonable and the guys were courteous. Waiting area was clean. I would go back to them for wheel and tire and suspension work.

Great place. Had a rim repaired. They had me on the road fast. I was on a trip between Houston and Maryland so time was an issue. Very fair price. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to take care of you wheels and tires. They treat rims as a baby so never scratch it. Non touched tire mount machine and forced wheel balance machine are the best feature of this shop!

Customer Service there is awful! What type of job closes before they are suppose to? If I get there 3 min til close I still expect to be serviced!!!! That’s the way it works! Sometimes you have to work over a little after you get off at a real job!!!! Go to any other tire place besides this one!!!!!!!!!!!! And then if you knew yall wasn’t going to be open the next day why not go ahead and do it? Y’all suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Magically, all three vehicles I took here for new tires had warped wheels. Never felt any symptoms of this claim from either of the Hondas or my F350. Yet, each one supposedly had one or more warped wheels. Long story short, I ended up going to JacMac downtown Second opinion... No warped wheels. Apparently this is a tactic they use to make more money off folks they think wont follow up. Ill never go back to this sham shop again

I bought used tires in march. I understand they are used but before I bought tires here I bought tires in Birmingham and they lasted 2 years I am already having to spend more money replacing these tires! I will never shop here again.

Took my car in to get the rim repaired on the front bc we were told it had been cracked and bent as Ive done so many times. I asked them to rotate the tires from back to front once everything was done. The next day the back tire wouldnt hold air and coincidentally the back tire now had a crack and bend in it but they swear up and down that they fixed the rim but 4got to rotate the back tire with the front. So now were out of 150 dollars and its our word against theirs. Never ever again will I be cheated out of my money by them. Worst service ever.

Real nice ppl & unfortunately they wasnt able to help us theyve never seen anything like we have on our car they said they seen some crazy stuff but theyve never seen this. These lugs & rims are crazy on our car whoever put them on before we even bought the car didnt do it right & didnt send the tool to take them off with they had to grind down a 17 mm socket so it would fit to put them on but every socket that weve had grinded down has broke cause its to weak. But Postles Tire Barn is the place to take your cars & trucks to, they even said that they could cut them off with a torch some how but they said that we wouldnt want to pay what that would cost. I do know this as soon as we can get these rims & all changed on our car & when we need tires & wheels I will be taking our car back to them. Im glad that they was honest with me & my husband cause the rim shop in Northport done me wrong & they even got one of our lugs loose & didnt tighten it back when they broke my socket cause they grinded it down more after I done told them not to & I told them how to do it so no I want be going back there & I will go back to Postles Tire Barn they are the ones that showed my husband the lug thats loose from the other place I took it to. Thank u again Postles Tire Barn for trying to help us & we will be back in the future!

Brought in my car with $3,000 aftermarket wheels on it to change the tires and they scratched the wheels and left weight residue all over the place. They told me they would be careful but they’ve severely depreciated the value of my wheels.

I was traveling on a Honda Goldwing Trike from Poplarville, MS to Loudon, TN on 7/14/16 and developed an egg on one of my rear tires just before the Tuscaloosa, AL exit. I got off at the next exit and a local man directed me to Postles Tire Barn. If you are not a motorcycle rider you really dont understand how difficult it is to find a shop that will work on motorcycles. I limped into the office at Postles and I guess I looked like death warmed over because the temp outside was 95+ and I had been baking in the sun for some time. I was immediately and very courteously helped by Hunter Klipstine. He informed me that he had the tires I needed and to immediately pull into the only vacant stall available. Within one hour and less than $200 I was back on the road. My day went from horrible to wonderful and all the credit goes to Postles. This is a very professionally run business that truly cares about the customer. Not only are the office personnel knowledgeable and courteous, the mechanics installing the tires are just as courteous and they dont play. They get you in and out and perform the job correctly. As a consumer there is not a single thing more that they could have done to make my experience any better. One of the best business experiences I have ever had in my entire life and I am 61 yrs. old.
