Went in for a simple tire rotation before leaving for the beach. You would think these people do them all the time. After I got two hours down the road my car was sending error messages that my air pressure was messed up. Sure enough, they hadn’t adjusted the tire pressure. I had way too much in the front of course the tires that had come from the back. Not nearly enough pressure in the back, the tires that had come from the front. Expensive set of tires that I could not do anything for as I was in the middle of nowhere. Stopped three times looking for a working air pump at a gas station, none to be found. Called these people and asked for SOME of my money back on a 60 dollar tire rotation that has ruined my day. Incredibly unhelpful and unconcerned and said that I would have to come back by so they could make it right. I think they decided I will be getting 15 dollars back. Not sure if it’s even worth it to go out of my way.

My husband was referred to them by a friend from our church. They are a Christian company, that proudly displays a cross in the t in tires & the Scripture reference of Psalm 100:3 also on their signage. My husband said that everyone he talked to was friendly & they took care of the flat on his tractor tire in an appropriate amt. of time. We would definitely recommend them & plan to bring our truck bk. there soon for them to give us an estimate on fixing the steering box.

I just wanted to say that the staff there was great. I went in ordered my tires at a great price, came in next day by 9:00 . I drove up at 9:30 and was out by 11:00, . now you just cant beat that. Thanks to everyone there great people and very nice and professional.

Our bus blew a tire on the interstate on the way to an event. Ameritire was beyond amazing. They helped us out with price, they were extremely quick, and provided above and beyond service. Our service tech, Jeremy I believe is his name, was incredibly friendly and knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly. The ladies answering the phone answered all our questions and more. We will most definitely be keeping Ameritire in mind for any future issues. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a stressful situation!
