I had high hopes for this place... I selected the $60 pedicure and I was charged $75. The guy that did my pedicure had absolutely terrible English and I could tell that when I didnt understand him he made fun of me to the other employees. He also rushed my pedicure and didnt even do a good job.I also had a manicure and its uneven and less than a week later one of my nails seems to have a crack in it.Me and 2 friends went in together and all got pedicures and manicures, I got acrylic nails while they got gel nails, their nails are all peeling already too.

Charged 115 for two pedi with two small lines ripp off I went there plenty of times never was that much lost my business

I have uneven nail beds/crooked fingers so usually there is an understandable amount of imperfections in my acrylics but after my first visit to this spa, I will never go anywhere else. My nails have never been so smooth and clean, and I got the best pedicure of my life. The people here are hospitable, friendly, and fun, and the decor is great!

I used love this place but notice it’s only about the money now. They have too many walk-ins and when make appointments you still have wait 30 mins. They rush through and then you nails don’t look right or they cut you.

I was disappointed at the cleanliness. Hand washed tools are not the same as sanitized hospital-grade tools sealed in a pack. I got to watch an employee hand scrub some tools in a sink used by customers to wash their hands. Then I watched as a tool was used on my foot and then thrown back into a pencil box in favor of a new tool that was floating around that same box. I watched as a customer gave their associate a cash tip, and, the associate took the dirty money into both of their gloved hands, out it in their pocket, and then go back to working on their new customers foot. No wash. No new gloves. Maybe Im being too dramatic but this is the first time Ive seen this sort of lapse in hygiene at a nail salon.The hot stone treatment was underwhelming. I was one of the lucky customers that didnt have someone who was playing musical chairs between customers getting manicures and customers getting pedicures. Though my associate was annoyed when I asked if my nails were going to be painted. She seemed annoyed at the task, though Im certain that was why I came in. The paint job seemed thorough enough. If it goes bad, Ill update. I would only go back if I absolutely needed a pedicure and the other three places within 3 blocks were full.

Have not been to a nail salon since covid started and this was the first place I wanted my mother in law and myself to try. Salon is pretty and clean. Our nails came out nice but the service felt very rushed and they could have spent more time cleaning nails with months of overgrown skin.

Ive been going here for a couple years. I love it. The people are kind and polite. I love how my nails look when they are done. They are good quality pretty and last for weeks. This is my favorite place to go.

This used to be my favorite place pre pandemic. My nail tech had a face mask on but had it pulled off of her mouth and nose the whole time. They installed plexi glass to separate you but I majorly cringed when she was scratching and wiping her nose on her arm. I waited a total of 30+ minutes outside and in the chair before she came. She also clipped my nails when I asked her not too. Her paint job was a bit sloppy and honestly I could do just as well. I also wish they would wipe down the chairs in between customers or at the very least the chair remote.

I showed the nail tech a reference photo of what I wanted and they did exactly what I wanted. I was completely blown away by the result. I will definitely be returning.

So... I heard/read fairly promising reviews of this place. Figured Id give it a shot. When I first arrived everything was fine. Everyone was pretty nice, atmosphere was friendly. The girl doing my pedi was very sweet. I honestly wish it was her the whole time, but once it picked up she was moved to other people. The new person doing my nails did a rushed job. She had me walk barefoot on their floor with wet nails. She injured my nails and fingers more than they have ever been injured during an appointment. My nails did not turn out the way I wanted either. They hurt quite a bit, & Im honestly very disappointed my nails got rushed despite the fact I was there before the rush. The person doing my nails stopped in the middle of it to start someone elses as well. It seemed like a lot of musical chairs. I would recommend this place if youre a regular.. not a walk in.

If you black don’t go there they treat you different and just rush

Workers are nice. Got my daughter (4yo) a pedicure and she loved it. Got her message and they asked me what to do and not to do. I got powder coffin nails and they came out great. Took there time and did a good job. Would recommend an appointment.

I really like this nail salon, everyone is super friendly and efficient. This place is fast-paced, call ahead and insist on an appointment if youre short on time because they accept every walk-in. I love the way my nails turned out and I definitely would come again.

I love manicures and decided to go straight for the Dip nails. I’ve had a few dip manicures and they’re always a hit or miss. The technician was nice enough, but my experience was just okay. The buffing of the nail hurt a little as they took off my gel manicure. There was no actual manicure given after the dip polish was out on- no cuticle attention, lotion to rehydrate my hands after the acetone etc. aside from shaping the nail after the dip, nothing else was done.I’ll probably go back, for a regular manicure though...the quality of the dip manicure wasn’t worth the extra money.

First time going to this place and I wasn’t disappointed at all! Yes, you might have to wait 30 min until it’s finally your turn because it can be very busy sometimes, but seeing a lot of customers it’s also a good sign! Great service overall, very clean and well equipped. Definitely a keeper!

Nails definitely last longer

I love love the employees here, the quality of nail service is amazing, my ONLY concern is that they always quote you a time and it’s always wrong.7 of us walked in with appointments at the same time and all the seats were being used already. So someone clearly is overbooking. Not a very good experience overall when it comes to timing. Plus it makes the employees feel rushed.

The girl who did my lash extensions was awesome, very hospitable and friendly! I do wish they were a bit more dramatic because I achieve the same look putting mascara on my natural lashes. I was also charged $80 when their site explicitly lists Eyelash Extensions: $40 and when I called to inquire about this AS WELL AS coming back in to PAY MORE to get something Id be pleased with, I was just told the site was out of date and they didnt have the current service they offer listed rather than given options on what services I could purchase to be happier with what I got as well.

Very beautiful and calming environment. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Was not pressured to get anything else than what I wanted. Janet was super nice and made sure my manicure and pedicure were perfect. Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been looking for a new nail tech and salon since my “tried and true” isn’t working at the moment. I came across Organic Nail Spa and found some great reviews so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in, I could tell it was going to be a great experience. Everything is new and clean, the staff is extremely friendly and they have a ton of color options. They used SNS or dip powder which eliminates the smell of acrylic and are fairly priced. I love my nails and will definitely be returning!

Came here for a last min walk in appt. The owner actually took time out of his busy schedule to do my nails. He did gel dip nails. New to me but apparently its the new thing that is in. So far theyre good. A bit different texture than acrylic. They feel more natural. Nail salon was clean and tidy. Technician was very gentle and super friendly. I would come back!

When I first started coming here months ago, I liked getting my nails done here and Lonnie would do them as I had requested. Then as time when on, my visit was frequently interrupted for my nail technician to man the front counter, take phone calls, etc. and then it turned into pushing me off onto someone else when I would specifically request an appt with her. Then I would have an appointment and would sometimes have to wait over 30 minutes. This last time (about 3 weeks ago), I just went straight for an appt. with her sister Kim since thats who I kept being put off on and I had to wait over 45 minutes and then she didnt listen to my request and messed them up and ended up redoing all of them taking over 2.5 hrs for my visit, mumbling stuff to herself that I couldnt understand, before I was supposed to leave for Hawaii and then not to mention overcharged me for it all...totally unacceptable. I feel like they treat customers like cattle because I noticed they will take anyone on and then disregard the current client when they are still getting their services done and they try to juggle between them. They dont remember your name even if you have been going there for months and they just want more people in to get more money and will stop doing yours for a bit so they can start someone else. I think thats very unprofessional. Also, my gel started lifting a couple days after my overcharged nails were done. They should really work on their customer service.

I made a appointment and still waited for almost an hour and then was rushed through it not to mention I had to get an acrylic on my toe and the girl filed too much of my nails and then what ever liquid she put on made my toe burn the entire time to the point I felt sick and she was getting irritated about me telling her if she could put something on it. She ignored me but anyways the shape of the nail was not good and super thick and and the nail polish was done very sloppy. After being there for 2 hours for a pedicure and being in pain the whole time I would not recommend this place. The charge for their work. And I want to pay for a good job.

I like the service, the only thing that caught me off guard was my appointment and price over the phone for gel one solid color was $20. But after my service they charged me 30 which I have no clue but it is what it is. Besides it all I like the service I just would have liked a more clear price I dont think gel nails should be charged $30, Im just saying its just nail polish. What bugged me the most is the quote over the phone was totally different from when it was time to pay.

I took my mother-in-law here for her birthday. They did a wonderful job and, I think I found my new place to come get my nails done. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter got her nails done and I got a facial here. Its was the worst facial ever. The room was very scary and unclean. The room was storage/spa. The product was cheap. The nail spa was nice. I will never go back for facial again.

My boss took us here for our Christmas celebration. Mani/Pedis. We filled the spa up. The employees were kind, caring & quick. Kim did both my mani & pedi. This was the first time I had ever had my finger nails powder dipped. I will be back !!! I live right around the corner!! Yay! Thank you again for pampering us gals & the Dr too.

This place is so unprofessional! They dipped my moms nails in acrylic, got pink all over her hand, nose & cheek and clothing! When I asked the owner if this is normal she told me “nobody have complained besides me” she grabbed nailPolish remover, fixed the issue, walks back to the table and starts telling co workers about what happened. Then I asked her to please stop making me uncomfortable, she came back... took a picture of the nails they FIXED because I told Her I’m going to post a review. Lanie is trash, she does not know how to run a business. NEVER returning! Absolute TRASH who like to gossip about you in a different language.

Last time I went there, there was these people and she said that she did not like her nails walked out and didnt even pay and the person my toes walked off for a while 15 minutes and was all mad bc he didnt get a tip from her and he was so rough made my toes bleed and charged way more than the beginning price like wth😂😂

Not a great experience. I chose a purple polish with sparkles in it and was given a plain hot pink color. I tried to express that this was the incorrect color and the lady who did my nails just smiled at me and continued to paint them pink. The next day the hot pink was already chipping off my acrylic tips. Will not be returning here.

So after going to Lonnies nails in Modesto, Ca for a long time. We decided to go to Lonnies new nail and spa in Turlock, Ca. Mind you Lonnies is the owner and has been doing nails for a very long time. Little did I know that Lonnie apparently does horrible nails, has no sense of customer service and needs new glasses. I set up 2 appointments for 10:30 am for my daughter and I. We got there on time. She said pick a color give me 15 minutes. We patiently waited because the salon was packed. Even though we had appointments we were finally attended 45 minutes later. Through out the whole wait we never complained. Lonnie did my daughters nails as I was attended by Annie who mind you did an amazing job on my nails. But, when my daughters nails were finished they looked like a beginner student in training had done them. They had bumbs and drips and they looked horrible! My daughter was so disappointed so I kindly asked Lonnie to fix them. She had the audacity to say that there was nothing wrong with them. I made her take a second look and she said she only saw one bumb and couldnt see anything (Im telling you, that lady needs new glasses) they were so bad.... she finally agreed to fix them asking us to wait another 5 minutes. We were so very disappointed, we will never go back and definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to do so.

Went in for SNS, lady I had was very rough and cut skin with the drill any time she used it. She really didnt take her time either, felt rushed and the outcome looks rushed. She also stopped consistently to answer phones and checkout customers. Ive had SNS nails done all over the country and this by far was the worst. Like I said, rushed job and the end product was thick. Im more a fan of a thinner layer of the SNS product. Would not go back.

It was very upsetting that they are so shady about their prices! We called ahead and asked for a price and when we got there and the girls (my daughters and two friends, 12 year olds) picked the nails they wanted and got them done they wr charged $15--$20 MORE! I was livid! They need to disclose the amount upfront, before they get their nails done!!!!

Typically people spend here about an hour to two. The man who did my nails took 3 hours. Very frustrating! It has not been a week that I’ve gotten a mani done and my nails are already chipped.

It was ok but I paid too much!!! I didnt get my heels or my dead skin removed I didnt even get an option of how many pedicure choices they had. I thought I gave them $30 leaving the girl a tip but instead I gave them $40 and didnt get change back!! It was my first time getting a pedicure and I tried asking the girl questions and she ignored me the whole time. I literally paid $40 for my toe nails to get painted. I wish I had NO dead skin for what I paid for smh and my babyshower is tomorrow Im going to look like my feet are cracked man :(
