Angie was also professional and polite. Jose and David showed up and took care of the leak. They made the needed repairs and collected any trash from the job. Jose came to fix my outdoor hose line after I snapped off. He was friendly and a bit calming as he was not all business and had a very friendly attitude. We had called to find and repair a gas leak in the morning. I was given a afternoon appointment. Before the technician was supposed to arrive I was called and was told he was running late and would call before arrival. That was nice, I didn’t mind waiting because I was informed. Jose arrived, expertly assessed the situation. Gave me the news of the price to fix the gas leak. What he didn’t mentioned and I looked after he was done, was my house had the wrong size line coming in. He did the gas line correctly and now no leak and it’s under warranty. Beautiful job. We also joined the membership, because I agree that cleaning and changing filters will help our Heater and air conditioning last longer. I would definitely recommend this service.

Ismael was wonderful to work with. He diagnosed our issue and provided several options in which to remedy our situation. Afterward, he made several suggestions of things we could do to help keep our pipes from clogging and services All American offer that could help with that. He left everything clean and made sure our outside gates were closed when he was done. I received my receipt and quotes for possible future services within the hour. They are a little pricey but Id still recommend them.

Dont use this company. Ladies is office said plumber would come inspect problem for $149 cause it was after hours. Plumber came and wanted another $450 to crawl 6 feet under house to look at pipe. That didnt include fixing it. So $605 to look at pipe and not fix it. Would not recommend them ever.

Excellent service! Installed a tankless water heater, during the installation they ran into issues which almost lead me to go back to a conventional system. Eddie and Ismael racked their brains, explored all options and despite their tenured experience they called out for advice and ultimately put together an excellent finished product and I ended up with my desired tankless system.Very professional, good communication, and clean work. As far as price goes I didn’t shop around, it was pricey but I’d call them back just based on their work.

The sticker shock of changing a filter for my water distillation unit was unreal. The price of $169 to change a filter set aside, the plumbers were professional, clean, and efficient. Had the price been under $100, I would have given them 5 stars instead.

I called on the weekend and was able to get a technician over the very next day (they would’ve come the evening of my call, but it was not a huge emergency). Our technician, Austin, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to take care of our clogged drain, offer advice for future issues, and present us with an estimate for work that should be done to our septic system in the future. I was nervous about calling a plumber, especially on the weekend, but our overall expense was very reasonable. So happy I called this company!

A new on/off switch installed and vacuum valve replaced for our jetted tub.

Their pricing options are limited and are made to upsell their yearly subscription service. I had another Plumber come clear out my line with a snake in 20 mins. He then gave me an option to inspect it with a camera. All american was going to charge me $351 to snake and camera the line but if I got their $179 subscription fee the could knock 20% off the $351. The other plumber charged me $120 for the snake work. I feel like I paid All Americans $50 dispatch fee to come and try and upsell me their subscription.

The expertise of All American Plumbing, Heating and Air is top notch. The employees are as professional and courteous as anyone can ask for. They have serviced our central air for many years now, and even replaced some leaking pipes under the slab of our home. They recently installed a new split system in our home to replace one that was reaching end of life, and we are very happy with the quality of the product and of their work. Years ago they replaced an old system in our previous home, and our experience then, now, and at all points in between has been only positive. I highly recommend them for any structural plumbing, heating or cooling needs.

Had some shower valve replaced by Jose and Hector . They both were very friendly and professional. The job was completed and site cleaned-up and I was impressed with everything. Thank you to all involved at All American Plumbing.

I feel completely and totally ripped off. Two repairman came out, I was quoted $704 to replace my ignition switch. when I told the repairman I thought that that was high I asked him how much the part was and how much I was being charged for his time. he said his software puts the time and the part together and he cant see that information. Of course when your heater is out they have you over a barrel. I googled how much the ignition unit should cost, I found that they are from $293 to $433 for the ignition module the part. So say my part was $433. even if you marked it up 10 or 15% then I asked the guy how long it was going to take him to install it he told me 1 hour. One hour service say even $120 an hour which would be really high. I should have paid 500 and some-odd dollars, I had a choice to pay $704 or buy the year maintenance package for $176 which brought my total down to $676 for his service. In conclusion I paid $676 for a service that shouldnt have been much over 500.
