The Dishwasher repair was awesome, they managed to fix a 10 year old unit within the Diagnostic fee time, delaying the need to replace the unit for a couple more years! The Hot water heater needed a part replaced and the Tech researched for me and found it still had a warranty for the part. Both repairs A1!
