Great customer service. My furnace wasnt blowing out hot air like it was suppose. They understood that I had a young child in the house and came the same day after hours, when most places would just tell you to wait till the next day. Definitely earned my business.

Regarding the last comment, I am the homeowner that scheduled the appointment where no tech showed up. Upon scheduling, I explained to Steve over the phone that our hvac hasn’t been working for over 2 weeks and this repair appointment was not urgent, so we scheduled the repair date 2 days after the initial call. I am particular about keeping appointments like this so to prepare I took the day off work, spent the day working in the front yard and garage (with the garage door open), ready to meet the Tech. Even went as far as moving our cars to make sure the Tech had enough room to park. Appointment was scheduled between 1-3pm. 2:55 rolls around, still no tech and still no call. I give them the benefit of the doubt and continue waiting until 3:45 pm to call. I get no answer and leave a voicemail with my number. It has been 2 days and no call back. Other than the confirmation text and email from the initial call I have yet to get any contact back from this company. Very disappointing they are quick to reply in the comments section but no decency to call me back.

Squeezed me in same day and had my AC up and running in 15 min. I was very thankful considering the 106* temp outside. Will be using again.

Our heater stopped working on the day we had a party planned. It was so cold and we couldnt imagine entertaining people in our home being 55 degrees. We found Jones Heat and Air in the Turlock Yellow book, called them and much to our delight they were at our house within a few hours. Even better, they diagnosed the problem immediately, had the part on hand and got our unit back working. We are very happy with the prompt, professional service and heartily recommend them for any heating and air services required. It was certainly our lucky day when we called Jones Heat & Air!

My heater was not working very good. I called Jones Heat and Air and they sent a repair man out within the hour. I was afraid they would have to replace the whole unit but the service tech said it was the evaporator coil. He was very courteous and very knowageable! He cleaned up before he left and the price was very reasonable! Jones Heat and Air will be my heat and AC repair place from now on!

Jones Heat and Air showed up within an hour of my call and charged a very reasonable fee. The tech even wore shoe covers over his shoes so he didnt get my wood floors dirty. Ill definitely call them again.

All employees were very polite. They answered my call right away and were here within 2 hours. They showed me the problem and had it fixed within an hour. I thought the charge of $64 was very reasonable.

AC stopped working recently and thought Id call these guys based on reviews. I wanted a diagnostic done to see what the exact issue might be and when they arrived they quickly opened and said it may be the capacitor and contactor. I dont know much about AC systems so asked if it could be the coolant as the inside house AC system seems to be operating but blowing out non-cool air. The outside part was making a buzzing noise before not starting at all. They didnt check the coolant system but then I asked if they have tools should they not? Then they did and said it is okay. Then I asked if it could be the motor. They said they cant check motor and must fix the capacitor and contactor first and then see if motor is issue. Capacitor and contactor would run in the $200+ to get it fixed.So finally, I said Id get back to them and called another company. I asked them if they can check motor to see if that is issue separately. They said yes. Long story short, I contacted an uncle who said 99% of the time the issue is the capacitor and after paying $15 to buy one, it did a youtube search and saw how to replace myself and it fixed the AC. It works.

My husband called Jones Heat & Air, and they scheduled a time to come take a look at our broken AC. They said they would be there between 1-3 pm, but they never showed up. We waited around for an extra hour before we called. When we called, no one answered so we left a voicemail and they have still not had enough decency to return our call. We are very understanding, but the fact that they did not even call or return our call is ridiculous. Although they want to claim they had technicians at our home, my husband took the day off work to be there, and during those alloted hours, he was in our garage with the door wide open and doing yardwork in the front. He even went as far as to move both of our cars so the tech would have easy parking. I was in my living room the entire time, and no one ever came to the door or rang the doorbell. Also, no one ever texted, called, or emailed as they are claiming. If anything, they could still have reached out, but they have yet to even return a call. Not to mention, I never said my husbands name was Andre, but somehow they knew in their response?

I was very surprised on how prompt the service was. I got same day costumer care. My heater was not working and bam one day fixed. Thanks to my tech David he was very friendly and knew his craft. Thanks jones I’ll def be calling again

Jones Heat and Air had my air conditioner up and running in very little time. They cleaned and repaired the unit for a very reasonable price and the unit is running colder and better than ever.

I used champion for years but got tired of paying $99.00 per hour and the 1 to 2 day wait times so my father recommended Jones Heat & Air when my AC broke down, I Called and the office girl that answered was very sweet and professional. When they arrived they figured out my Air conditioner problem very quickly but did a thorough inspection I appreciated that extra time was taken to go over all the problems and costs associated with the repairs they gave me several options before doing any work. The gentlemen that came out were extremely well mannered and sporting sweet uniforms, I could tell there game was tight and werent just trying use technical terms to confuse me like some other companies have done in the past.Anyway to sum up my experience im glad I switched. I saved ALOT and Im 100% confident in ther work. Id recommend them to any of my friends and family hands down. Honestly they gained a life long customer and a fan. If your worried about getting over charged or tricked these guys skip all the games and just use experience and integrity to get the job done. It says Done Once Done Right on the side of there trucks I found that to be a true statement.
