I called on Sunday and received a return call Monday morning and had a plumbing tech here Tuesday morning. The tech had a well stocked van and knew exactly what was needed to make a timely repair. The price was fair and the value I received was top notch! The Techs name is Alex and he is a great service plumber!Larry

Not an honest business. Paid for a new unit install and over 3 years, were out to service at least 6 times with further investment with every visit. They were out again in May and by June, not working. Called another local HVAC provider who showed us that the unit was incompatible and most likely used upon install. I tried to speak with Thorsens and try to make it right, management wouldn’t take my calls. Gabe called me back the following day and offered to come make the repair at another $5k. There are BETTER providers. Avoid this businessREPLY to Owner - I DID try to contact your office. I attempted to work with your business for 3 YEARS to fix your install. I tried to reach a manager for more than a week to try to resolve this year. Your staff was well trained to reroute customers and an indication of common practice. I feel 100% taken advantage of and I’m angry about it. So don’t even pretend you care about your customers. I called another provider and our home has never been so well controlled.

I have been with this company for many years. Im always treated with respect. The culture of the company is exceptional. They have a strong team of experienced professionals and technicians.

Had warranty issue on an AO Smith. They had excellent service, fast, reliable, no hassle, and Alex was awesome! They’ll receive my next call when I have an issue. Thank you!

I had a repair person come out once and the service was great. However the reception desk lady was not attentive and rude.

Doesnt provide proper quotes. Quotes one price and then adds additional charges once they complete service. Service tech spent 3 hours adding refrigerant/dye to system.

Thorsens does great work. They service my office HVAC. When my air conditioner went out this summer, it was replaced in a timely manner. The front desk ladies are always kind on the phone. They did a good job with updates and the technicians are always friendly. I recommend their services and trust their work.

I called Thorsens when my year old water heater quit working (they did not put it in but I didnt want to use the plumber who had installed it). The repairs were reasonable, prompt, and professional. They also worked with the manufacturer and got the needed part(s) covered via warranty. I highly recommend their plumbing services.

150 dollars laters, all tech did was use hose to clean ac unit tell me i needed a air filter. I called for a 2nd opinion who charge 40 to tell me my unit was broken. Thank goodness i called a 2nd company. He was able to tell me right away my compressor was broken and only charge a service fee. Unlike you guys who just charged me for doing nothing..............

I have worked with Thorsens Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing for a few years now. They are a very professional company. All the sales people and technicians there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.

Thorsens installed all the HVAC when home was built in 2003 and have been my HVAC team since then, excellent, excellent service; always send same person which is nice cause he knows my home and we know him (Jarrett). Very pleasant and professional!!!

The technicians are very friendly and polite. Ac went out yesterday, called ll and he called to get ac repaired. I missed a call at 5 from one of the girls. She left a message to call back to schedule an appt. I call back no more than 4 mins and the after hours answering service answered the phone. BTW a girl called me at their closing time and didnt even mention it in the message. Eventually after talking to a couple of girls I was told a tech would call me in 30 mins. Tech actually called around 8pm(several hours later) and wanted to check out my ac some time around 9 since someone else was before me. It was too late, my husband and I were getting our children and ourselves ready for bed so I told the tech Ill call the office in the morning and he can service my ac in the morning. Call me crazy, but, I thought since I was last yesterday maybe Ill be somewhere on this mornings list. Well, nope, I got a call and was told they cant come out until FRIDAY! Btw Its now Wednesday and Its going to be 100 today but we have to wait until Friday since theyre all booked UNLESS I or my ll pays for over time. For the right price theyll come out right away or at least the same day you need services. Its all about the $ with this company. The girl had the nerve to say she cant bump me up when she has elderly, people with disabilities etc that have been waiting since last week....But if I pay for over time theyll have no problem bumping me up before the elderly, disabled etc. Lol

Tried to take advantage by saying a 2 hour job would take all day and needed two people. Doesn’t pay to be that way.

Tech was friendly. Got the unit working, once while he was here and it worked one other time. Having them out again tomorrow, hopefully itll be under $650 this time and will work more than twice. Not a single mention fromm the office of a discount or even an apology. Disappointed!

Our office had a major plumbing backup; Thorsens came right out in about 30 minutes; worked with and made sure the city fixed the backup they had that was causing our issue, all while being extremely patient, kind, and courteous to our staff.Thank you Thorsens
