Put a new unit in just over 12 months ago. So far I have had to put another $400 into unit over two separate issues. One Motherboard and now wiring has burned up. I thank Pacific Breeze for their prompt service. I do have a problem with the York unit not being a very good model.

I called early this morning expressing a concern in regards to my AC compressor and I was immediately put on the schedule for a technician to come out to my home for a (diagnostic). Nick (technician) came out and was super helpful and took care of the issue and was really nice at explaining to us how the system works. David was professional and courteous. He explained everything very well and didnt over explain or over simplify that often leads customers to feel less than. He wore booties to cover his shoes in the house.

From the fisrt time I made contact with Pacific Breeze I knew it was the right choice for me.From the introduction of the installation crew led by Everado and co-worker Jerry. All went by smooth with no problems. Everado kindly suggested that I add an Air Scrubber to the unit. We had an AC/Heater installed at the beginning of Covid in March/April. After getting A LOT of use out of it this summer and early winter, I can honestly say this was the best investment we’ve ever put into the house and the experience with the company was the icing on top. It’s been awhile so I don’t remember the guy’s names (I think Nick, Jerry, and somebody else), but they were all fantastic. Cleaned everything as they went along and even installed an attic light for us without us even asking! My only tiny little issue with the entire process was a small scuff left on our wall, but to be fair, these guys had to haul out a 40year old heater in a very narrow space so I can’t blame them for that. Great job! Great products! Highly recommend!

I am really happy I chose Pacific Breeze Air Systems in Turlock, Ca.When Nick first came out to give me a quote for a new AC Unit, he explained everything in detail as to what we needed in order to have more energy efficiency with our new system.When it came time to get my AC installed today August 31, 2020 Everardo and Jerry were on time and started working on installing my new AC system . Everardo and Jerry cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. This is a plus in my books. I have super white carpet and they had booties all the time and they also wore masks at all times. They installed my ECObee thermostat as well and helped me with installing the app on my phone and showed me how it works. After my AC broke down in the middle of a 105 degree summer, I had the arduous task of finding an HVAC company that would replace my furnace, condensing unit, and duct work in a timely manner. A family member recommended Pacific Breeze. The quoting process was easy!One week after Michaels initial site assessment, my new HVAC, Air Scrubber, and Furnace were up and running! The installation crew was timely, professional, friendly, and clean. The crew walked me through the entire process of installation and answered all my questions. My familys allergies have improved dramatically with my new air scrubber! The technicians (Everardo and Jerry) who installed our brand new system came on time and were very professional and courteous. They did a pretty thorough job installing the system, including cleaning up after and making sure the system worked and everything looked clean and professionally installed. They were very patient answering my questions, and if they didnt have the answer they called HQ to get an answer for me. Well be enjoying our new system this week especially with the coming heat wave.

We had a brand new Coil/condenser installed last year August 2020. After it was installed we were so happy because we upgraded. Nick, helped us decide on what system was better for our home in order for us to conserve energy and feel more comfortable in our home during the hot summers. Everardo was at my home for the second time to install my furnace unit. Prompt, setting up and ready to work. Everardo made sure to clean any mess that was left after finishing up the job. He even painted and caulked up some boards that had to be taken off because our furnace was too wide to fit through our attic access space. Things like this happen, but he fixed it and cleaned up well. Super happy about that too!! Everardo was super professional as to putting plastic wrap to protect my carpet and my furniture as well. He went above and beyond to make sure that my installation went smoothly and explained everything in regards to our new heating system.I cannot express at how happy we are with Nick and Everardo! Had a complete new A/C and furnace installed in December (we had essentially nothing before). Fantastic work all around and the guys that came out to do the work (Everardo and Helder) were super professional. Always wore masks when in the house and always showed up on time when they said they would. I was expecting the job to take at least 4-5 days with new ductwork and a complete new install, but they got it done in essentially 2 1/2 days which was fantastic. Everything has been working great so far and I cant wait to really get to use the A/C this summer.

4 workers came to install an A/C and heater for the house inside and out. There was 2 workers at first which were helder and everardo and then 2 others came but didn’t know their names but all of them did an amazing job! Really respectful and helpful guys! 100% recommend

My 23 year old heater and AC needed replacement, along with attic ducting. I wanted to replace flex ducting with hard pipe. Michael did a thorough inspection, listened to what I wanted, went over what was needed, and came up with a competitive bid. He was great to work with on all phases of the project.Eduardo and Helder did the install. They are skilled installers and are very focused and conscientious. Professional and intelligent in the way they did the work. The metal ductwork was excellently done, as was theheater and AC install. Id recommend this company if you want great work at a decent price.

Their quote was 1/3 of the other estimate. They completed the job quickly and according to the original estimate.

Best company I have ever done business with. These guys have been doing all of my work since 2009. I had go with someone else because they were super swamped with work and could not come out for 5 days. All of there staff is knowledgeable and technicians know what they are doing. They have the best price in the area. Technician resolved the issue within 5 min upon arrival. Other company wanted to change me $2600 to fix the same issue. Props to Micheal and his team.

My old HVAC system was old and tired, and starting to have issues. Michael from Pacific Breeze came out and diagnosed my problem. When he came in to give me my the quote for what the repair would be, he gave me 3 system replacement options and explained to me the life expectancy of an average Hvac system and estimated prices of major failure. I appreciated the fact that he gave me valuable information and options with no pressure on which way to go. After doing a little research I found that all the information on unit life expectancies of a unit were accurate and I was on borrowed time. I decided to go with a new RUUD 16 seer Hvac system and since my water heater was 20+ years old I had them change that out too. I am very pleased with the whole process right down to the quality of the install. Fabian and Helder definitely put the extra effort to make sure my system not only functions great but looks great.
