Tupelo Satellite helped me tremendously. I called the 1-800 number and they had me all messed up. Wrong amounts, wrong package, and hard to understand. Said they couldnt come install till oct 17. Thats a month and 2 weeks away. I told them to cancel my order. I called tupelo satellite and Christina was so nice. She explained everything and got me fixed up. Chris will be out Thursday. Thats two days. Awesome bunch of people.

I called them and you could not get more polite courteous service !! I am swapping from DIRECTV to Dish ! They are coming out to install it Monday and I can’t wait!!!! I’m getting it cheaper than DIRECTV and a whole lot better customer service thank you to Chris and the rest of his staff for caring about your customers !! Your new customer Michael Nunley

Kristina and im wanting to say his name was Chris called and was very rude because i didnt want the satellite they are offering! I will NEVER get my tv services from these people! Yall need to act more professional and i will be sure to tell everyone i know how rude the workers there are so they wont get from yall either!!!!!
