Excellent service! Highly HIGHLY recommend. I called them on February 24th after contacting Apple about the issue with my brand new Mac; they referred me to this business because they have an apple certified technician. I explained that I was a student in nursing school, and I desperately needed a quick turn around time on this repair. They were VERY understanding. The woman at the front (I desperately wish I could remember her name) understood and had someone call me back same day. Collin, my repair guy who is EXCELLENT, called me told me to drop off my computer the SAME DAY and called me that evening with a plan!He repaired my computer the same day the part came in (which was a littler over 7 days later because of shipping purposes which was understandable), but he ran into a motherboard issue. Jesse and his crew at Exceed really saved the day for me this week. The retina screen on our 2 month old Mac Book Pro cracked and I had no idea what to do to get it fixed. I’ve known Jesse for a number of years but had no idea they did Apple repairs. Jesse got the serial# filed the claim, order the parts and had it working like new in less than 24 hours!
