Stayed on waiting list a year, but it was well worth it! Great service, no down time ! Price is reasonable no hidden fees !

I have been fairly pleased with the service so far; my internet has been down three times in the first month, each time during non business hours. . They don’t have 24/7 tech support, which I think is a must.Currently I’m having serious signal strength drops. One minute the up and down speed might be 100/100, and the next minute I may have 20/10. I’ve had to reinstall my ring doorbell a couple of times because it totally lost the signal. I purchased a range extender today and hope that will solve the doorbell problem.I haven’t called to complain, but that will be my next step, if the range extender doesn’t work.

So greatful for Tombigbee!! Had a billing issue, its new to ALL of us, emailed tech support and by morning I had 3 ppl responded!!! Now, hows that for customer service?! Highly recommend the fiber. 6 phones, 4 tvs, 2 gaming systems, and desktop on $55 plan and never even seen any of them slow or buffering!! This was a blessing for us folks out here in the wildernesses!!! Strongly suggest getting on waiting list for your area. Keep it up TF&EPA!!
