Great Place to work, if you are into being in a customer service industry. Great benefits and atmosphere if you are a hard working individual. Its not for everyone, so dont apply if you dont have self motivation and goals.

Local management is great, company wise its a disaster. They are more worried about selling over priced items to the customer then quality installations. In 12 years of installing Ive never experienced anything like this, definitely not somewhere your gonna make long term unless you have crackhead sales mentality.
