These guys really saved the day for a very special sweet 16. Our original limo was in an accident and didn’t have anything else to send us so we were stuck with 14 very upset girls I causing the birth girl!! Mike came they at the last minute and set us an amazing limo with a great driver!!!

I really wanted to give 5 stars since the limo was clean and everyone was professional. However, there was a miscommunication between the company and driver that was never resolved despite repeated attempts. We rented the limo until midnight, but the driver thought he was done at 11:30. He took our teens to the last stop and left them to find their own rides home. Obviously, for the price, having a safe ride at the end of a long night was what made renting the limo worth it. We did not get that value or peace of mind. No attempt at remedying or explaining the situation has been made.

Thank you for arranging the Mercedes Sprinter for my daughters prom. David was an awesome driver and all the kids loved him. He went above and beyond and made their night extra special. Thanks again!!

Kristal Limousine was absolutely spectacular for our surprise birthday party we just had! I had reached out to 3 companies and Kristal Limousine was the first to respond and offer us a fantastic price! Not only did we change the group number, but we had ease to upgrade and ask for the beverages we wanted. Not only were they on time for pickup, he actually arrived a little early and with the nicest Hummer limo Ive ever seen! It was gorgeous, clean and just immaculate! Our driver, Ryan, was a blast! If you are looking for a limo service whether for a special event or just for fun, I HIGHLY recommend them! I cant wait to use them again!

Great customer service

This company is the epitome of professional. I am home on leave before I deploy. My family and a couple of friends celebrated my 31st birthday. The booking process with Mike was real easy and if there were any changes or additions, Kristal Limo updated any changes quickly with a new itinerary sent out. Mike was able to give us a great deal on the limo. O driver Ryan showed up early and the look on my familys face was totally worth it. For most of us this was our first experience in this kind of luxury. Ryan was very professional and patient as he ensured my familys and friends safety and comfort were a priority. There were all inclusive drinks and champagne. The champagne was a hit! We loved how the AC came from the floors and the light affects were awesome. Ryan was extremely attentetive and drove us from point to point safely and swiftly. Communication was super easy and he was always there for us right when we walked out. Overall the experience was super fun. My family cant stop talking about it and showing their friends on social media. You get a lot of head turns which was pretty cool for a change. Overall, thank you Kristal Limousine for a wonderful birthday experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a great ride in Style. I will definitely be booking with them again!

I will say that Mike at the office was very attentive! Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time especially in today’s world. Mike seemed to show a great passion in this company and was very interested in making our anniversary night as wonderful as possible along with the driver of the limo. We chose to take the Black Chrysler 300 and the cars exterior was beautiful.The reasoning for 3 stars is because once entering the car the first thing I noticed was a panel dangling from the driver side next to the door and I tried to “pop” it back on but we had to deal with it all night and I also noticed at the stains in the carpet and was kinda gross to be a limo in my opinion.2) was they set a complimentary champagne in the car with free waters. The water bottles was just thrown in the floor, one at the rear and one next to the driver compartment and they was hot. The champagne was in a pocket and looked great in the lighting and when we went to open the bottle it was siting in the pocket with about a cups worth of ice and was partially the same temperature of the water bottles in the floor.3) the rear controls panel/touch screen didn’t work very well or it seemed to not work while driving lol. Couldn’t adjust the A/C or lighting and had to ask that the screens with a fish tank be turned off because it was blinding us to where we couldn’t seen outside the car nor enjoy the nice lighting inside the car.Although the cars interior wasn’t the greatest and the panel didn’t work we just ignored it to have a great time! Luckily we are not champagne drinkers so that wasn’t a big deal either but we did try it just to see what it was like end it was kind of good for it to be hot it was just more upsetting about the care for the product. The driver was wonderful, very nice and attentive and being able to text him when we was ready for pick ups when leaving a event or place was great because he didn’t have to watch for us and we didn’t have to wait outside at all! If the car was in better shape and the drinks was cooled I would have gave 5+ stars!

On the 24th of October at or around 4 pm Tulsa Okla time, I had arranged for a limo to pick me up at the airport and Kristal Limousine and my car was there waiting for me. My driver was very knowledgeable of all my concerns and where I was going in Tulsa. All the drivers who drove me to various places was very courteous, Professional, and the cars was very clean and seems to be well maintain. When ever I needed a car and driver they were ready available and the cost for the time I was in Tulsa Oklahoma was extremely reasonable and affordable.I would recommend KRISTAL LIMOUSINES TO ANYONE WHO IS VISITING THE TULSA AREA. My rating for them is a TEN STAR BUT THEY ONLY HAVE FIVE SO IN CLOSING. A SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL OF MY DRIVERS.

I have called and spoke with numerous limo companies in Tulsa area and was blown off by some, or was being short with by others. However, Mike, from Kristal limousine was very courteous and professional. I was actually able to speak to Mike on the phone, and not be on hold out be told over and over that the owner is not available. He was very patient, considering this was my first experience in need of limo service. Mike created a custom packet for my wedding and didnt just resort to these are or only packages!Second: appearance~ although the limo that I have chosen was not available to be looked at before the event, Mike made sure to send me pictures of the vehicle, so there would be no doubt of what Im getting. Once the limo arrived to pick my party up, the chauffeur looked very sharp (nice suit), limo was clean from outside as well as inside.Third: punctuality~ for me, punctuality is as important as appearance. The limo arrived on time and got our party from one place to another without delays. I went over agreed time frame, yet was not rushed or short with by the chauffeur.Just to finish things up, Ill say that I have chosen a white hummer limousine with butterflie doors. It was a great choice!Kristal limousine was a great choice, and Id recommend it to anyone who is looking for a limousine service!

Chauffeur arrived promptly on time and was absolutely wonderful and informative and was almost always ahead of schedule and precisely on time when preparing to leave. The limo was in superb condition with wonderful amenities and features that were quite enjoyable and aesthetically second to none. Overall I would give a rating of 100% and I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for wonderful service and top of the line limos.

Mike the owner was awesome he helped me plan the best night for my girl even helped with the helicopter tour from a different comp I highly recommend this company..... And Eric the driver was new exactly how to make it better he new all the best place for the Xmas lights. You guys are awesome...

We rented the white Hummer limo for prom this year. Eric was our driver and was very patient (prom pics galore) and the kids loved the limo. It was stocked with water & pop and they were able to play their own music through the sound system. My daughter had a wardrobe malfunction and the hr went to Walmart to get the necessary items to fix her dress. He was very courteous, refused an additional tip for his troubles, and got the kids safely back to prom in time. We will be using Kristal Limos again!!

Took the Christmas light tour last night- great experience! Our driver, Richard, did an excellent job navigating the Rhema traffic and took us to some other amazing places! He was on time, chatted with us about some of the places we saw (when he could be heard over our rowdy bunch!), and even gave us a little extra time since the Rhema traffic took a little longer. I would recommend this company to anyone!

WOW! What a great 1st experience we had with Kristal Limousine!!My Mom was coming to Tulsa to celebrate her 82nd birthday and to spend the weekend with us. She had NEVER ridden in a limo! I used Kristal Limo the on the 7th of June for my wedding, and I must say I was amazed by the service. I expected to just be picked up and dropped off. But Micheal, the driver, did whatever we needed. He was so helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend them for anyone using a limo in the Tulsa area.
