Worst experience! I hired them for my wedding and called and talked to Chuck with all the details, thought we were good to go. The driver took the groom and groomsman to the wrong church and then was suppose to come back and get me and my bridesmaids never showed back up, so I was late for my ceremony. The driver never once apologized for anything and when I called to try and get an explanation from Chuck he basically said it was all my fault and I didnt communicate any of this to him and he has never heard of the church I got married in that has been there for 50 plus years.Will never use them again and I will make sure no one I know will either.

Recently used this company for my wedding and the service was terrible. The driver never confirmed the location of the wedding so he ended up heading towards the wrong church, he also forgot to pick up the bridal party, delaying the wedding for which he never apologized for. When my wife contacted Chuck through email he put all the blame on her and went as far to threaten legal action if we were to commit slander or any libel comment on any public social media forum against them. An obvious attempt to dissuade us from leaving negative reviews. For something to be considered slander or libel it must be untrue, and unfortunately everything I have stated is indeed true.TLDR; Unprofessional service, do not recommend.

Driver took party to the wrong location...didnt go back and pick up the bride..which in turn made the wedding start late...no Apology from the driver..if I were a driver I would double check with the party getting in the limo as to where we are going. And to top it off Chuck the owner said they did nothing wrong and charged a unauthorized $60 tip charge after the fact..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They didnt verify with the party when they got in the limo to verify the place they wa to be dropped off. The driver just took them some place else. Never apologized at all.. for a business the customer service is horrible.

This was suppose to be a very special occasion to celebrate my 40th birthday. I wanted to experience something different so I arranged for me and a group of my friends on a wine tasting. I spoke with Chuck the owner several times prior to the event. I verified information with him in regards to what to expect on this adventure! The driver Chris was so nice and very professional but things to a turn when the first Winery we went to wasnt even expecting us. She offered us to do a tasting out of dirty glassware and then when we refused she proceeded to give us samples of wine out of plastic medicine cups(the kind they give you in the hospital with your pills). She informed us they werent doing any actual tours due to covid. So we didnt stay there long. We loaded back up and went to another Winery when we arrived there which was a LONG Drive! The winery was closed! I immediately called Chuck the owner and was informed that he had made arrangements based on information he saw on their website! Not what he told me the few times we talked (he made it seem as tho everything was gonna be setup on his end) as I am talking with him he tells me that they shouldnt be closed because he paid each of these wineries and they were aware we would be coming! We stayed outside the closed winery for over 30mins trying to get a direct answer on what was going on. From there the driver called another Winery in which was another long drive to Drumright but when we got there this was the type of wine tasting experience we were expecting to receive! Only problem was is we ended up having to pay for the tasting! I called the owner .Monday for which I was advised to do per him(Chuck) and as I got on the phone with him everything turned out to be our fault! He stated that they only drive you there, we are the ones responsible to inquire with the wineries about tastings! This whole experience was a waste of time and money! But a Huge Thank you to our Driver and also to Amanda at Tidewater Winery because if it wasnt for them I wouldnt have even gotten to experience a little bit of a wine tasting

We had the worst experience with VIP Limo. My fiancé was so excited when he booked them for our wedding night, saying Chuck told him all the little details - how to put how wife in the limo, how to stand for pictures, etc. well none of that even mattered because when we walked out for our grand exit our limo was not there!! When my husband called to ask where they were they just told him they were backed up and they were sorry. Well an hour later they finally showed up, 10 minutes before we had to be out of our venue. My day went perfectly except for this huge mistake VIP Limo made. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

VIP is the place to go!! They provided a very nice and clean stretched limo for the surprise party I threw my girlfriend. Rick was our driver and he was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in every way possible. This was one of the best nights I have ever had and I thank VIP for making it even better than we could ever imagine. Call them today, trust me you will be glad you did!! Thank you again for everything Rick. You guys are awesome in every way!

My wife had never been in a limo. So, for our 3rd anniversary I called VIP Limo. I got the special and got an extra hour free. Our driver Scott was awesome! He took great photos of us and would send them to my phone and anytime we were ready to go I just gave him a call and he would be right outside. I cant wait to use VIP Limo again! Thanks, Scott.

Absolutely loved our experience. Used VIP Limo to add a special touch to my girlfriends 21st birthday and took our fine dining experience to a whole different level. Worked with us to pro-rate a great price, no hidden fees or taxes, and our driver (Jay) was awesome. Definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you!!

Great ride tonight! We enjoyed our last min anniversary surprise! We called literally an hour and half before we actually needed the limo and got great service! Our driver Adam was very courteous and knew the best places to check out lights! We will use VIP services again!

The limos are so awesome. I have really enjoyed rides with them. You all dont want to miss these awesome limo drivers.

Worst experience ever, on our wedding day, they were no where to be found and showed up 30 minutes late. Called the owner and never got with me about the horrible experience. Do not recommend them to anyone!
