Made a reservation with them about a month ago. Cashed today and they conveniently lost our reservations and then said oh so sorry we are full for prom. They did this because they would get double the money for prom. Then proceeded to say oh well we will give you the deposit back if we have it?SAY WHAT??? if you have it that is the reservation!!! Extremely upset! Wont ever rely on them or go to them for an event ever! Thank Eric for losing the reservations

Our bus driver, Ty, was wonderful yesterday. He is a very nice and thoughtful, everyone was very happy with his service. He did a great job helping us plan our evening, he was caring and did his best to make sure no one was missed. Thanks for a great time Ty! We will def be using them again in the future. 😊

I used them for a birthday party last year and had a great time! Booking them again for this year. They picked us up from where we wanted and dropped off at multiple locations. They also were willing to drive all over and around Tulsa and wait patiently outside of venues. Using them again and would recommend this party bus service to anybody!

Fabulous service! I rented The Commander bus for a group of 20 ladies - our driver, Brian, was great and we had a fantastic time seeing some sights in Tulsa and dancing on the bus! We brought on our own pizza and drinks and played our own music! Great time!

My 18 year old daughter organized a prom group and rented a bus through Party Express. They were one hour late and brought the wrong bus which did not meet their groups needs. The loss of an hour messed up their picture taking plans and caused them to be late for their dinner reservations. She payed the bus driver and had one of the moms count the money with him. Later in the evening the bus driver said she was short $10 dollars and needed the money so she paid him out of her own pocket. He also said they needed to be off the bus 30 minutes before they agreed to in their contract. This ruined her prom night. The company was also texting her during her prom saying she needed to tip the driver. It was told to her in the rental process that tips were included. She stood her ground on this and said that the tip was included in the payment and she was not going to tip extra for a bus that was the wrong one, one hour late and return time 30 minutes early. On the bright side she learned some valuable life lessons. We will be contacting the company on Monday.The owner did contact me and apologize.

We had the most amazing driver his name was James! He was so sweet and helpful truly the best highly recommend!
