I met Ashley before she opened Midtown and followed her over shortly after they opened. Midtown always seeks to find the optimal way to accommodate clientele and there is frequent communication from ownership if any circumstances need addressing. Several times, the owner has worked with me to help me get the service I needed. The classes are a mix of strength and cardio, differing each day, but also including benchmark workouts to measure personal growth. Staff is nutrition certified, since both aspects are vital to healthy living. The community is very encouraging and uplifting. Love my gym buddies! It’s a clean and organized facility. I know I’m more successful with them pushing me to be my best.

I tried Midtown Athletics looking for a smaller gym to work out. I was not in good shape and I wondered for a while if I could continue because it was hard, but I loved it so much I stuck with it, and have now been here 3 years. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel encouraged no matter your level. It truly is for everyone! Ive never loved working out more than I do now. The community is almost the best part, Ive met so many people that I now consider good friends. Such a well run business!

After trying classes at Midtown Athletics, I cancelled my membership at a big box gym and never looked back. The classes are hard work in the best possible way and the coaches work with me to make every class accessible and challenging. I worked out with them all through my pregnancy, and after I had my baby I was so excited to get back in the gym and feel strong again. The emphasis is never about looking a certain way or fitting a mold. It is about celebrating what our bodies are capable of and being proud of what we can achieve. The coaches and the participants are all very down to earth and supportive. I love this place!!

I LOVE Midtown. I was falling in a rut motivation wise and a friend told me about Midtown. I was nervous at first, but from the first day everyone was so welcoming. after my free session I signed up within the next hour! There is a student discount as well as a discount if you go a certain amount of times per month. With this, I end up paying less that $5 per class - and at 8 people per class and a trainer making the workouts and leading the class you’re basically paying that little for a personal training session. That’s way less than unlimited classes at the (partially) similar Orange Theory. I am so motivated to go and genuinely look forward to sessions. It is only an hour, and as a law student (who is super busy) that is totally doable. Could not imagine going somewhere else! Also, as a young woman it can be intimidating going to a gym. Not here! And over the last few months as a member I have seen substantial muscle growth and toning. Give it a try! You won’t want to go back to training anywhere else :)

I LOVE Midtown Athletics! There’s something really special about this place. This is a smaller gym with big results. The workouts are challenging with tons of variations making it accessible for all fitness levels. This type of workout may seem intimidating to women— Midtown has figured out how to make any human, including women, feel comfortable even when trying new things. You’ll be amazed at the things you can do over time. Your mental health (just as important) will also thank you for joining Midtown. There is such a fun, supportive community of members that will push you and cheer you on simultaneously. Last but not least and absolutely very important, playlists are fire. Definitely check them out! First class is free. ☺️

When I moved to Tulsa, one of my first priorities was to find a gym that fit my style. A friend told me to check out Midtown Athletics, and Im so glad they did! The workouts are fun and challenging (never the same and never boring) and the energy of the members/coaches really sealed the deal. Great space, convenient location, top notch equipment, fun and welcoming people, and the music playlists never disappoint.

With a busy schedule finding time to exercise is challenging and figuring out what to do in that time can be just as hard. This gym is exactly what I needed. In and out in 45 minutes and dont have to think about what to do. Just show up and get my butt kicked by great, knowledgeable trainers!

For me, group fitness is just a much better deal than going to a big box gym. Midtown Athletics is small enough that you know your classmates and your instructors, and classes are small enough that the instructor can help you with form and other recommendations. And youre guaranteed to get a good workout.

I love this gym so much Im writing my first review ever on google! I found Midtown Athletics through ClassPass and am now a proud member. The coaches are encouraging and push me (in a good way). Having a different workout each day keeps me challenged and engaged. Ive especially appreciated all the efforts to keep us safe during COVID.

Ashley and her training staff are awesome! My wife and I have been members for the past six months and love it. They mix it up with a different workout for each day of the week. Theres plenty of class times and they keep class sizes small so you get personal instruction in each session. The atmosphere is a fun, team friendly environment. I recommend to anyone, whether you are just getting back in shape or looking for a challenge.

A little over 2 years ago, I first met Ashley (she was a trainer at another gym I worked out at). I got bored with the workouts and stopped going but continued to follow her fitness journey via Facebook. I was so excited when midtown athletics opened so I could train with her again! She is an awesome coach and the workouts are killer! Never the same thing twice! I’m so glad I found Midtown Athletics!
