Our family had a great experience with Schaudt’s. We never felt like they were only giving us the more expensive options, they went over all options with us. We always felt like they had our best interests in mind. At one time they told us “don’t worry we have it handled “. Those words were very reassuring to us. They did have it handled! Our family highly recommends Schaudt.

It was a call I never considered having to make. However on Saturday September 4th of 2021 I found myself needing a funeral home to take care of take care of my wife Louise. I called Schaudts funeral services on memorial drive. I spoke with Stephen Schaudt and he arranged for in person meeting with him and my daughters. We met with Steven and told him a little about my wife and told him what we thought she would like for her service. Stephen took it from there and arrange for catering and flowers, set up a time and date for Louises Celebration of Life Service. Throughout the process Stephen kept in contact with me for my approval on everything prior to the service. The caterer created created one of Louises favorite dishes as if Louise cookrd it herself. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Although it was the hardest call I ever had to make in my life Schaudts made this part of the process as easy as can be expected. The service turned out perfect and the setting was very comforting.

Our experience with Schaudt’s was exceptional. Alan is very personal and understanding of the grieving process. He was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions, making sure that we were comfortable with every decision that we made. Their facility is very beautiful and peaceful. We also found their pricing to be very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

1. I was told that a “nondescript” vehicle would pick up my mum’s body. Instead, two large, black SUVs with the funeral home name arrived with lights on the entire time they were at the house.2. I was uninformed that the first “meeting” with the funeral director was the time for payment.3. The wait for Death Certificate was longer than I was told it would be.4. The girl who texted to see if she could “do anything to help” was nowhere to be seen when we arrived. Her timing was too late, as all had been taken care of by the time she texted.5. The dark haired man who came out to greet me looked like I had disturbed his nap.6. When I arrived to pick up my mum’s ashes, the same man told the funeral director that I was here to pick up ashes of Mia Birt. I heard him ask,“ Mia WHO?” something about that hit me the wrong way. Director’s demeanor was completely different from our first meeting. It seemed as though he didn’t recognize me, and was very clinical, asking me to sign document and then “have a nice day,” I’m sure there is something more appropriate to say to someone who is picking up their mother’s ashes.7. Unrelated to my experience, there was a funeral service taking place during the first meeting we had. The doors were open and we could hear the voices of those in attendance. The director made a derogatory comment about it to me and my sister.

The staff at Schaudt’s funeral home are absolutely top notch. They took care of my mother after her passing with the utmost care and dignity. I don’t live in the Tulsa area but I know them personally and wouldn’t consider using any one else.

Last month our family lost our parents, a sister, a nephew and cousin in a terrible accident in Texas. I was lost and didnt know what to do or how to go about getting the bodies back to Oklahoma. Karie and her staff took care of everything for us. I was definitely relieved knowing that we didnt have to worry about anything other than making small decisions. I just want to thank them for helping us through the process. They did a wonderful job.

I am so thankful for finding Schaudts funeral home. When my father‘s health suddenly declined and he passed away Alan Hall of Schaudts, worked with my husband and I to create a beautiful and memorable service That honored both who he was and his military service. Alan introduced me to Pastor Brandon. Brandon listened very carefully about my father his love of cars and the great stories surrounding his cars. His strong speaking skills and his wonderful passion delivered a celebration of life for my father. Many of my fathers friends were unable to attend the ceremony and I’m so grateful for Allan putting together all of the audio video accompaniments and that he recorded the ceremony and placed it out on YouTube for those who were unable to attend. After the ceremony we utilized their beautiful dining/patio area to serve guests drinks and food where the stories continued. Overall a spectacular affair for something that could’ve been so sad. My Grandfather passed away unexpectedly like so many others this year. Alan Hall was so patient and kind with my family and I. He emails and texts us during and after standard business hours (weekends and at night at 11 PM) and was patient with my indecisive Mother about the funeral planning and urns. Alan speaks in a tone that is very considerate and genuine as if he is also mourning with your family. At the end, my Mother changed her mind about the keepsake mementos, and they still helped refund some money back to us. I have no experience with any other funeral homes, but I was so touched and moved how wonderful and beautiful the slideshow, bathroom, and funeral facilities were. I highly recommend this location at 57th Street and Memorial Road. Even after the funeral service, Alan continues to be nice, warm, and responsive to us in person and in email/text communications.

We were referred here by AVOW Hospice when my father passed away a couple of weeks ago. I was amazed at how caring and patient the staff were. Alan was the one who assisted us in planning my fathers cremation and memorial services. Because my father was in the military, he even set up for the Navy to come and do their Honors Service. It was amazing. Alan was very patient with me as I rushed around last minute to get the items together that he needed. I was very impressed as were my friends and family that attended the service. My mother passed away recently and we selected Schaudts Funeral Service since it was close to where we were, the cemetery and they offered cremation services.My sister and I sat down with Alan and he explained what they could do for us to take care of my mothers service and cremation. Alan was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. He did not try to persuade us to do anything other than what we had in mind which was cremation with a simple urn and a service at our local Catholic church.Alan explained everything that we needed to do in great detail, went over the laws etc. and provided a large selection of urns to look at. He answered all of our questions without hesitation.I have not had any good experiences at funeral homes until working with Schaudts. What a pleasure it was to take care of everything in one visit of less than an hour. It was truly a great experience.Thank you, Alan and Elizabeth for making the process easy and painless.

I never met Stephen but we spoke on the phone many times. He was so helpful and supportive as I was trying to handle the arrangements when my brother died who lived in Oklahoma.He helped to arrange transport and to send his ashes to me in Utah. Schaudts Funeral Service and Cremation Care Center, with Funeral Director Jason Mayes, in Glenpool, showed tremendous compassion during a very difficult time. With the tragic loss of our 22 year old son. we could not have planned the beautiful service we had for him without Jason holding our hand. My husband and I also had the opportunity to see our son the day before his cremation. He looked so peaceful and beautiful, just the way I have always known him to look. We are sincerely grateful for Shaudts and their services.

The two men who got my grandfather’s body were both very respectful. Yet, in terms of the actual funeral home my family felt that much could be improved. During the actual service there was a tech issue with the music and PowerPoint, instead of trying to find a solution to the problem the funeral home director continued to blame a grieving family. Additionally, my family felt rushed out of the service and reception. I would not recommend this funeral home.

Schandts funeral home on Memorial is an elite funeral home service in Tulsa. They offer an extremely elegant room with a bar and outside patio that accommodated our extremely large family during the viewing. The patio has a unique fire display that kept us warm during February and provided a nice background for pictures. Cor us it was a celebration of life room and the price for food and drinks was reasonable. We had approximately 100 people with tons of kids and everyone had fun. They played the privided music. They made a sign of my dad with his signature cocktail, that was a cool idea and brought a smile to many! My dad who passed was in the chapel room where they did a beautiful set up of flower arrangements for a respected Marine funeral. It was far enough away where people could mourn and shed a tear away from the party room. We played a video in the background as well. Dan was our funeral director and we will never use anyone else. He is respectful, caring, and on top of every detail. Every detail is thought through and his services run very smoothly. If you are reading this review, then I want to start by saying Im really sorry for your loss.Nearing my dads final days, I was tasked to make arrangements. Everything seemed overwhelming as I contacted many of the funeral homes in Tulsa. The Schaudt-Teel team stood out right at the outset. They were incredibly transparent, flexible and helped facilitate the entire planning process. They made a very emotionally hard project easy.On top of all that, their facilities, staff and amenities are the top in Tulsa. I truly felt they took care of our father like their own. They setup a beautiful service that truly honored his memory. I couldnt have asked for a better team to help when we needed it most.

They were very respectful and helpful. Facility on Memorial is a great place to gather and remember your loved one.

They did both my parents funerals within 2 months and everything was very easy and pleasant. I appreciate the staffmaking a difficult time no so difficult.

Because my dad didnt have arrangements made prior to his death, I had to figure everything out for myself. I called a few places in the town he lived in and everyone was ASTRONOMICALLY expensive. My husband had the idea to call places in Tulsa, and we are so glad we did. Not only was the price less than HALF of what I was quoted locally, they also beat other Tulsa establishments by 10%. Since I was paying for everything out of pocket myself, this was a BIG DEAL. Nothing about my experience seemed budget-y, though. Chris talked me through the entire process and was VERY quick with communication. Because I was about 2 hours from Tulsa, I wasnt able to come in to make arrangements, but we were able to do everything over the phone and via email. This was a fantastic benefit to me. I did end up going to Tulsa to pay for everything and to arrange for final delivery of the ashes, and the funeral home was gorgeous. Im confident they took great care of my dad, while still saving me, literally, over $1000. I would recommend Schaudt-Teel, and Chris specifically, to anyone without hesitation.

We were so pleased with the setup and loving flow at the church. The respectful Marine Honor Rob received at gravesite melted my heart and brought back memories of the Marine I married. Dan, the owner of Schaudts funeral home has a first class funeral home, he and his staff will treat you with dignity, compassion, their service to families with the lose of a love one is sincere. Kelsey, the director handled the preperation of my mother who passed away on June18th, there service was first class, compassion, love and sincerity.

They worked with us to make sure everything was done just how we wanted for my fiancee, including doing the burial two and a half hours away, so she could be buried next to her mom.

They made every effort to be there for my family.. thank you god bless you all.
