The service is great. I came from out of state and they had everything prepared as requested. They went above and beyond. They are very professional. They even sent me a sympathy card a few weeks later. That was very thoughtful. I recommend them 100%.

My brother passed away 11/9/20. By the time we decided to do a viewing, it had already been 3 days. Within 24 hours Cremation Care+ helped us schedule a viewing before the cremation. It was very important to us that he looked presentable because his 12 year old daughter wanted to see him. Our biggest concern was his hands because my mom had a traumatic experience at her fathers viewing when she was a child. My niece commented his hands look like his hands. Thats a God thing right there. I appreciate their professionalism, quick service, and that they listened to our concerns. They let me come an hour before the viewing to pre screen the body to make sure we were happy before my niece came. Very accommodating and friendly.

Rondall was great to work with, he showed compassion for supporting everyone involved. He spent time making sure all the questions were answered and explaining the details for the family working through the arrangements.I have been through this difficult process many times and Rondall demonstrated qualities rarely seen in this business. His attention to detail was excellent and his care was genuine.

My Brother in law that is from the broken arrow area passed away recently from complications from covid19. I called different funeral home directors for help to get him home to Pennsylvania. He promised that he would personally work with our funeral home in Pennsylvania to make sure my brother in law would have the Best Care and all of our needs would be taken care of. Takes them forever to get a death certificate to the Health Dept. I drove to their midtown location on a Tuesday and was told it would go to the health dept that afternoon or next morning but, i called on Friday and they still hadnt taken the death certificate there? Makes you think they feel they already got their money for their services but think the families can wait on their money, bank business etc. due to not having a certified death certificate. It puts families at a stand still financially

I was very pleased with the service I received from Kennedy Funeral & Cremation. Everyone was polite and sympathetic, and service was performed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend .

We are not from tulsa, live 50 mins from the outskirts of tulsa. They asked to be called an hour ahead of time before we picked up a loved ones cremation ashes. Got on our way then called an hour out. They said they would not be there even though we explained not living close and we were already on our way. So they actually said they would leave the cremation ashes outside the building. Most disrespectful thing I have ever heard of. This is after they took weeks to have them ready when they said a week. No calls received to let us know.
