He did a good job getting the surface stains out and was friendly (and quick, maybe too quick?). We have 3 puppies so there were so set in urine smell issues which were not resolved at all once everything dried. We ended up renting a carpet cleaner from a home improvement store and my boyfriend spent 3 hours re-steam cleaningthe carpets to get the smells out (which he did!)I would recommend if you just have surface stains but if you are concerned about pet or other foul odors look elsewhere.

Excellent job! I had Kevin come out and clean the carpet in a room that was heavily soiled with pet stains and odor from a former roommate. He left the carpet looking brand new! He has also successfully cleaned high traffic areas stained with different oils and chemicals due to my significant other working in a body shop and not removing his work boots at the door. ;) I honestly thought I was going to have to pay for new carpet to be put in.Kevin is always a lifesaver and I am never disappointed with the quality of work done.
