The guys was on time and came in and did a quick estimate and offered their deals they are having which who doesnt love to save money. After the estimate was worked up and we agreed they went straight into prep work on getting our carpets and area rug insanely clean. I love using Zerorez for the simple fact is carpet should be smooth and fluffy and soft and after ever cleaning my children love to spend time on the freshly insane cleaned areas and soak up the cleanliness. Zerorez delivers to their motto no more crunchy carpets!

I shouldn’t have waited so long to try ZeroRez. My carpets look so much better. The technician, Patrick, was super informative and efficient. He kept me informed every step and gave me options. He was respectful to my wants and needs and very friendly. I also had tile floors cleaned, so my house is very fresh and I am very happy.

Joseph was awesome! Our carpets and chairs look awesome. I spent quite a bit more than my initial estimate with the addons but would do it again. I added deodorizing some spot cleaning and protectant since we have dogs. We just moved into our house and wanted to clean from the previous owners as well as after our painter and Joseph did a great job and was so kind and thorough.

From scheduling to finish, this company was flawless to work with! I gave this company 5 stars for: courteousness, punctuality, good communication, thoroughness, flexibility, and longevity. I use the word longevity because in the past when I’ve used other services, the carpet looks great at first but after a couple days later, it’s lost its luster. Not with this company, 2 weeks later and it still looks great. I’m confident in saying that the carpets don’t just look clean, they ARE clean and will be for a while. Paid 189 for 3 rooms and a pet sevice for one room. I let everything dry and my entire house smells like wet dog. We didnt have the issue before as this is the 2nd time zero Rez had came out to our home. They want to charge me another 119 for the room. So they are going to do nothing to fix it how they left my house smelling. Smells like a wet dog and its disgusting. My house did not smell that way when you walked in. I asked the tech specifically and he agreed it didnt smell bad. He said just a lil in the back room but wasnt bad. It got left way way way worse than what it was to begin with. Will never use this company again and advise anyone to find elsewhere to go as well.

I have used Zerorez twice now, and love their work! Both times I think to myself how bad my carpet is and how I should just get it replaced, but when they clean it, it looks nearly brand new! My technician (Mike? I think), was amazing, courteous, and professional. He was great with communication both on when he would arrive, and the process/steps he would take to clean the carpets.

The tech just never showed up. When I called the company to find out why I was told that the tech forgot to put me on the schedule. Then when I asked to speak with a manager, they wouldnt transfer me. I spent the evening preparing for carpet cleaning moving things around and off the floor, and took off work only to be told that the tech didnt put me on the schedule. Bad customer service and waste of my time. Will NOT recommend this company in Tulsa.

Thought I had a good experience until the next morning. When James left our house I couldn’t see any pet stains in the hallway. I thought I would have this company back after the holidays to clean the bedrooms. This morning after leaving fans going all night, the stains are all very visible, bigger, and orange.My 8x10 rug was dirty but nothing like now. It looks like every bit of dirt is on the top with lines running through it from their suction machine. I will now throw it away. It was supposed to be dry in 2 hours and parts are still damp. The rug is 2 years old and cost $1000.00 so not a real expensive rug but still seems like a waste.All totaled it was $129 lesson plus the cost of a new rug.

This is the ONLY CARPET CLEANING COMPANY that literally gets ALL STAINS OUT even PET stains and THEY DONT RETURN!! This time we also had them clean the ceramic tile in our bathroom that we couldn’t get clean! It looks NEW!! Soooo does our carpet!! We had a very wonderful experience! James was our technician and he did an amazing job! Our carpets look brand new, and that is hard to do when you have had a two-year-old pour honey on your stairs, put gum in the carpet, and imbed red gummy candy into the carpet! We had several large stains as well and now they are gone! James even got sparkly nail polish out of our tile which we had tried several different things to try to get it out! We are very pleased and will use them again in the future!

This is our 2nd time to use this company and we have been very pleased both times! The staff scheduling the appointment service is always so nice and answers all questions you may have. The guy that comes out and does the cleaning is always so nice and very professional! We will never use another carpet cleaning company! They also do so much more then just carpet cleaning! When scheduling the appointment they give you a 2 hour window of when the cleaning tech will be there and both times they have showed up right wishing that first hour of your window time. Fantastic company and great service.
