Dynamic Carpet has serviced our home twice. Both times have been a great experience. I’ll never forget the first time, Darryl the company founder actually cleaned our carpet and tile. Darryl is a servant leader. When someone in a leadership position rolls up their sleeves and joins the team to get the job done, that’s a servant leader. My dog had an accident overnight and I called Dynamic Carpet before 8 a.m. That evening, Jerry worked me into his schedule...even after an already full day. This is the first time I have used dynamic carpets. They were referred to us by some friends. David called to verify and showed up promptly at the appointed time. It was to take 45 minutes but took less than 30. David was very professional and answered all my questions. I will absolutely use them again!

They were polite and professional but I wasnt notified of the extra charge for removal of pet odors until the technician arrived. It is an additional $15 per room for any pet treatment.I totally get the reason for the charge, but when I filled out the ticket online for what I needed, I checked the pet box and was told 3 rooms for $99. I will give them another chance next time I need service as the carpets look (and smell) great.

Good, professional service. This was the first time we hired a service instead of doing it ourselves. We had 3 rooms and a staircase done, which only took 60 - 90 minutes. The results look good, so well probably consider doing it again in the future.
