I had enjoyed going here. I always got a good wash and tipped the guys. BUT beware about paying for monthly service. I paid for a month. After that expired, I went back and paid for a single wash. This somehow transferred into a monthly charge of $39.99. In the age of e-statements, I didnt catch it immediately. My bad! So..... $160 in unused car washes later, I call the business to terminate the monthly charge. No website. When I called, the person answered hello but assured me it was the car wash. He took my name and told me the charges would stop....

Always get a thorough and good coverage wash here. I get the works and it does a great job!!! Take a few bucks cash to tip the guys who scrub your windows and bumpers.

Looks like a great car wash location. Paid for wash and did NOT get a receipt from the printer. (No paper?) The young employee brushed washed half my car before sending my into the automatic wash. When I asked for a receipt, the employee said he called his manager and there is no way for them to print one from the office. Why is the manager not on site? This is the 1st place that could not give me a receipt. I run a business and this wash is for my business. I will not be back.

I love this place. So convenient and my car gets really clean. The employees work hard so I make sure to tip them.

The Google listing says it is open (3 PM on a Tuesday) but they just wasted our time as the parking lot was blocked off with cones. If youre closed then update your hours on commonly used internet listings

They should be ashamed of themselves for the condition of their vacuums. I went to 4 different ones and each was as bad as the last. Their wash was okay. Nothing great. Paid for tire shine and my tires have literally no shine. The only decent thing about this wash was they have air hoses at the vacuum station that is good for spraying out crevices in the car. I wouldnt waste another dollar coming back here. I am pulling out now to go pay again to use someones vacuums.

Workers are always friendly and helpful. This is my go-to spot for a nice car wash and interior cleanout.

The wash was good and more importantly the attendant was helpful and quick. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days.

Vacuums where clogged up,payed for under body rinse but car came dyer the a Sahara desert. Feels like I payed for more then I got.

Very quick and speedy process my car is black which is typically harder to keep clean and im on silver membership I still have to shammy my car all the way dry even when I was on platinum membership so silver is the way to go you get unlimited washes per month and if you work for uber/lyft as I do then its important to have. Improvements that could be made in my opinion they should have an app to adjust your membership and payment method between that and the fact that I have to shammy dry are the only reason reasons Im giving it a 4 star instead of five.

This Car wash is the worse,I put 20 dollars in the turn gate for a 7 dollar wash and didnt get change and the manager hasnt bothered to reach out its now6/21/21 and about 2 weeks ago now and whenever I go by hes never there I will put this experience on face book shortly and let people know my experience I guess thats what they do I hope my 13 dollars you seem to want to keep was worth the bad publicity I am about the post

SCRATCHED CAR! I went to this car wash after our winter storm and now there are deep scratches all over the front of my car. The wash is not cleaned regularly and it is clear that debris is lodged in the brushes. I have reached out to the company and will update if they reply.

Dang what happen to the great customer service I have experienced in the past!? I was just there today and asked the guy that’s is normally there to go over the usual problem spots on my car before running it through (just like I’ve done in the past without complaint) and the guy tell me with a bit of attitude “we will do out best but that is just an automatic car wash”.Make me re think about using them again.

Ive paid the six dollar wash at 31st and garnett. It come out shiny and clean and the vacuums were powerful and did great. My car came out great. This wash left my car super dirty and the vacuums were terrible.

Ok...paid for tires to be cleaned and shiny...they were not throughly washed! Might go back!

Best carwash in Tulsa by far. Not only do they have excellent vacuums, the nosal is wide fir better coverage. Plus they have a compressor so you can blow off any excess water.

Best car wash in town.

Pretty disappointed. Our truck was very dirty hence go to the car wash. We didn’t realize they hose off your vehicle before you go through the wash. The attendant approached us and said “before you come back here with a truck that dirty your going to need to go hose it off somewhere else first”. If he wouldn’t have been so rude we would have tipped him for his extra effort on our wash. The car wash itself was great the service... not so much.

This car wash is the best in town. I’ve gone to them all and the wash is great and they take the time to detail the outside before entering. The air hose to blow off drops and the dust from the inside tops other car washes.

They are ok... need to take a few more seconds on the wheels and the back of suvs and mini vans unless they were being lazy that day

Good carwash!

We had snow in Tulsa so they salted all the streets So I decided to wash my vehicle I went to free and car wash and they had 2 guys with brushes and soap they hand washed all the Salt off my truck and then I went through the car wash and that was the best job I ever had on my vehicle and they did a very very good job extremely friendly Personnel and I would definitely go back to that place from now on

Quick, easy and a great shine even with the basic wash.

Youd be hard pressed to find a better automatic car wash in Tulsa. Always at least one guy there to pre-soap the tougher spots to clean and one of the few washed that doesnt require a great deal of follow up. Compressed air and high suction vacuums in the detail area. My new go-to spot when I am not in the mood, or dont have time, to hand wash my vehicle.

I have a monthly subscription to this car wash which comes with unlimited washes. I have been extremely happy with the quality of the wash and the use of the free vacuums. It is right on my way to work and its very convenient for me.

I bought the $15 car wash, and it went through there so quick and left soap on my windows. It didnt even dry it off hardly at all, and left dirt on my back window. My tires had this black stuff left all over the white letters. It wasnt a good experience for me, I wont be going back... especially at those prices. Seems as though they just ram as many cars as they can through there as fast as they can.

Helped me clean glass from where someone busted in my window. Awesome crew. Helped in making my day better.

They have very reasonable prices, they also wash the bottom part of your car as youre going in. I would recommend this place very much also easy in and out.

$15 car wash and i still have bug guts on my windshield and the vacuums were all clogged up and wouldnt hardly work.

They did an excellent job and I love how clean the area was.

I was excited to have a car wash down the street open up...so I finally stopped by. But the attendant on duty will insure I never return again. He had no sense of urgency, walking around listening to music with a huge headset on and gave ZERO direction upon entering the car wash. Then he got pissed at me and rolled his eyes in exasperation when my car wasnt in neutral yet! Im going to stick to the family owned car wash on Yale...they greet you with a smile and treat you like a friend!

Had a billing issue and Harold (manager) handled it quickly. Good service and good wash. Will return.

Car wash broke while going through. Cars were backed up waited for repair man.Asked to get my money reimbursed, the guy there said he did not know how to do that. Luckily after 30+ minutes I was able to get out of line. Never go to this carwash. You could get your car stuck in the wash cycle and not get a refund.

Great wash and service

I called and emailed this company on Oct. 11th 2018 to cancel my Platinum membership as I no longer needed it. I spoke with the manager James and he assured menit was handled. I got a charge on my card today (which resulted in an overdraft) for the membership. I called and asked why I was still being charged and was informed by James (the manager) that he had cancelled the weong membership and that they could write me a check for the membership fee. I asked of they would cover the overdraft fee and he replied thats not my problem. If he simply would have said Im sorry but thats not something we can do I would not be writing this review today. later in the conversation which was recorded fyi he agreed to refund the $25 overdraft fee. Then as Im about to get off work he calls me back amd says he is leaving for the day and that he is no longer going to honor his original word of covering the overdraft fee and that I could pick up the check and told me I could try to find the owner of the establishment on my own and good luck with that.
