I had a couple issues with my CTS and not only did Don Thornton Cadillac repair it correctly on the first visit they didnt want to let me take it until it was completely repaired as it did have an issue that I would definitely say was a safety concern. They didnt leave me stranded either as they provided a loaner vehicle to use while waiting on parts for the repairs. Outstanding service George always goes above and beyond. (my car has horns on it so I cant take it to a normal car wash) George goes out of his way to hand clean the inside and out of my car every visit! I had a minor problem in service and Bob went out of his way to resolve the problem promptly. These are true professionals.

We bought a SRX from them this month. We did get a very good deal on the car, Richard was great. Be VERY careful to read everything they have you sign. They added an extended warranty & GAP insurance, added $3700. to the cost of our car. When I told them I do not want any of this extra, we got the hard sale. Then they said just cancel all of it after the loan goes thru.They make big commission on selling the extras. AND you can get GAP for 1/2 the price thru your own insurance agent. I told the bank when they called to close the loan, got it all taken off. But my point is Thomas Cadillac would not remove it until I told the bank.
