Good dealership. I had my vehicle serviced there and sold it there for a very fair offer. The Service staff is nice, and I had a friendly interaction with the Parts dept. When I sold the car, I was paranoid about their handling the payoff correctly, but it went without a hitch. Randy is easy to work with.
We are very happy with our experience with Volvo of Tulsa. Our salesman Jason was very knowledgeable and he made it easy to purchase a car. We would highly recommend this dealership and the Volvo brand is a superior car. Would definitely buy again in the future.
Needed oil & filter change and seat belt recall work (estimated at 1 hour) done on my S60. I live in Bartlesville, so my wife and I both drove to Tulsa. My service appointment was at noon on Tuesday, 7/20. We arrived right at noon, and my wife and I went shopping. I texted our Service Advisor at 3:06 pm, asking when the car would be ready. Service Advisor replied that she would check with the tech and let me know. The text I received at 3:40 pm said He is currently working on your vehicle now. Odd way to phrase it. I texted her again at 5:03 pm, and she said that he was just about done with the recall work. We picked up the car (which had been detailed) about 5:30 pm. Seems like a long time spent for a fairly small job.Major service on 8/16/21:replace drive belt (10 yr), flush and replace transmission fluid, flush and replace coolant, flush and replace brake fluid, repair brake vacuum pump, replace engine air filter, replace cabin air filters, replace all four door latches (warranty). All of the above plus detailed cleaning was done by end of day on 8/20/21. Loaner car was a 2021 Volvo S60 - really sharp!
Took my 2016 XC90 in for 100K service, plus had a high-pitched noise coming from engine compartment (engine late came on at same time). Friendly and courteous staff, and they identified and resolved the engine issue (needed to replace oil trap). Very comfortable customer lounge.
I had the best experience buying my car. The dealership staff was very welcoming, and honest about any questions I had.I went in to test drive a car I had seen online. I never felt pressured to get the car, or any upgrades that weren’t included. They treated me fairly, and not like just another person to get in and out the door just to make a sale.Ben Wagner was my salesman, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d 10 out of 10 recommend buying a car from here.
The best! Chris Kennedy is the only salesman who is not a veteran; I ever purchased a vehicle for the span of years, 1986 – 2021. I have no problem moving away from a non-veteran or a veteran with who I dont feel comfortable. I served in the Army for 26 years; when I returned from Iraq after losing so many and returning after a drunk driver killed my daughter. After 20 plus years as a Ford man, I purchased a Scion from an Italian man who once wore his country uniform, Italy, Jim Norton Toyota. We both spoke Italian, and just coming back from Iraq, I did not want to buy a car. I was detailed into recruiting, and my daughter has recently deceased. Somehow, he eased my moment, and I ended up purchasing a gas saver I would need for the next few years.I promise you I know a person to the soul almost immediately. And Chris Kennedy, the man, is frankly honest. No B.S. from this guy. Another man of the hour is Craig from the part department (me maybe the manager of the parts department) and Kahlid Rashid (finance man). I worked with Randy White, who also was great.Mr. Knight, I dont share these stories with everyone. When I returned on emergency leave from Iraq, I carried my Morphine auto-injector because the Navy wouldnt take it from me. Because after all, it was a sensitive item inventory. With God as my guide, my inspection agent going through customs had just lost her son in Iraq. We had a few moments of absolute emotion. She overlooked that I was carrying an Army-issued Morphine auto-injector. When I deployed to Iraq as an active-duty soldier serving with Reserve Component, the Chevrolet dealership in Miami, Oklahoma, COMPLETELY fixed a Reserve Soldier family vehicle that had blown an engine at no cost. Sir, I went into that dealership, asked to speak to the owner, ripped off my dog tags, and gave them to him.I am a Spiritual-Inspired young man at 54 years. I currently serve as a High School Principal. I came into Bill Knight Ford, Volvo, because I accepted a job as the Education Service Specialist at the Defense Language Institute. I needed a California-type car and was trading in my beloved F250 (Diesel). Chris and Randy walked me through a deal I couldnt refuse. Your team at Lincoln Volvo is impressive, and Chris is maybe the best salesman from whom I have ever purchased a car. I have hundreds of fellow soldiers in the Tulsa area, and many of them are soldiers I recruited into the service. They will all know where to purchase vehicles for a future purchase.Again, I am a Spiritual-Inspired young man, and Chris and your team at Bill Knight Lincoln Volvo are amazing. To me the purchase of a new vehicle is very personal. Chris is great and so is the rest of your team!
Very accommodating and helpful inMarking certain that car was repairedOn a timely basis
Took my XC60 in for a minor recall issue and a check engine light. Check Engine ended up being fuel injectors. Fortunately covered by CPO warranty. Although it took a little longer than expected grateful for complete repair!
I was always treated with respect and professionalism, and every question/issue/concern was addressed. I felt respected, which meant a lot as a first time buyer. When there was a delay with my vehicle’s transportation, due to a third party and out of the direct control of Bill Knight Volvo, the team was responsive and found a solution. I hope this purchase lasts a long time, but if I needed another car next week, I’d call JC at Bill Knight Volvo again. It means a lot to buy in my home state, and at the end of the day everything turned out better than expected. Also of note, the transport company hired to bring my Volvo directly to my door was also extremely professional, polite, and helpful. The transport serviceman handled my car as if he wrote the check for it himself, putting my mind at ease that it was well cared for during its entire journey across 4 state lines. Im tickled to finally be a Volvo owner!
Nice guys but car still not done. In and out b since JANm
They did a great job of taking care of my car. Rebbecca was professional and kind.
I scheduled 20K maintenance as well as checking up a small issue bugs me for a well (actually I couldnt find a possible solution on google before heading to the dealer). I didnt expect all just took me less than 2 hours sitting at the clean and comfortable waiting area and all well done. Highly recommend.
Great job on fixing a minor recall item. Quick and convenient. They even vacuumed and washed my car.
It was OK. Took too long --- about 2 hours for a routine service. Would be better if they would call to say they are running behind so I didnt spend extra time waiting.
This was a seamless visit, in and out in less than 20 minutes! Mary arranged to get me in to have a simple recall preformed without the need of an appointment. I have never had a bad service experience at this dealership.
Chris Kennedy in the sales department is hands down one of the best car salesmen Ive ever dealt with. No pressure, easy-going and goes out of his way to ensure the customer is taken care of...even after the sale is complete. We live in Fayetteville, Arkansas so this was our first out-of-state car purchase...we were a little hesitant to be quite honest- but Chris has made this experience just as smooth as a local purchase. THANK YOU CHRIS!
No pressure and the best deal around -- I checked. Trent took care of us every step of the way, answered every call and question, and didnt rush our decision. Volvo of Tulsa happened to have the model with the trims we wanted on the lot, but so did other dealers not too far away. Trent EARNED our business. 5 stars all around.
Professional and timely. I was kept fully informed during my repair service by Chrystal via text and available by phone when I called. My car was washed and delivered back to me much cleaner than I had left it. I love taking my car to Bill Knight Volvo for service! I highly recommend it!
Awesome job on my 60th Anniversary Edition Corvette......this place pays attention to detail and does great work..!
Mary and all the service folks at Volvo Cars of Tulsa did an excellent job answering my questions and servicing my Volvo.
Ben Wagner was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicles and made the buying experience a pleasure. Kahlid, their business manager, was equally adept at his job and got me through the paperwork and out in great time. Thanks guys, my wife loves the XC90!
The service was very good, pick up of my car was very efficient, always on time. The loan car was very clean. There was constant communication from the agency letting me know not just when the car would be ready but also what was wrong with it and the checks they did to verify it. Professional and courteous service from beginning to end.
Mary went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and that my XC - 60 was repaired quickly and efficiently.T.S.
I love my Volvo and I love this dealership! The sales team are so knowledgeable and really take their time explaining features of the car. The service department is very efficient and courteous. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership.
Have been taking my SUV to Crystal @ Bill Knight for years & always get amazing service. Thanks yall!
I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 at Bill Knight Volvo in Tulsa, Ok. The pandemic has left the dealers with a smaller inventory but I was patient and my favorite color and trim level arrived. My salesman, Ken Dickey, was courteous and made the car buying experience enjoyable! I will be back again.
Bill Knight Collision Center repairs to my car were excellent. There was $3,000 of front end damage to my 2008 Highlander and it looked brand new after Bill Knight finished. They took care of all the paper work and coordinated the claim payment with the insurance company. Couldnt have been easier. Very professional. This was the second time Bill Knight repaired one of our cars, and both times we were very pleased.
I want to give a shout out to Ashley and Mary at the dealership. First of all, Ashley was friendly, efficient and accommodating to my hearing impairment and to my schedule. Thank you, Ashley. Mary, in service, is just the best. She, too, is friendly and professional, and a good communicator. My car is running great and I feel good about my service experience at Bill Knight Lincoln/Volvo. Want to keep my 2016 Volvo on the road as long as my old turbo wagon. I sold it (while living in Charlotte, NC) after 13 years and 200,000-plus miles. It was still running great and someone snatched it right up when I offered it for sale. Hopefully, BK Volvo service will keep my current vehicle in tip-top shape.
Excellent staff and prompt service. However I’ve owned my Volvo 3 years and paid $200 3 times ($600) for a “software” update. I don’t have a problem with the update but I do have a problem with (1) the dealer charging for it and (2) it costing $200. The dealer could easily waive or reduce the standard or suggested charge but instead simply diverts attention by referring to the fact that “we always do the software updates at regularly scheduled maintenance”. The question was why $200 not when do you do it. I’ll consider Volvo last when looking for a new car because of this issue.
Just awesome. They worked with me on my appointment to fit my schedule. They were waiting on us when we arrived....the service was performed very timely. The waiting area was very clean, inviting and stocked with snacks and drinks. The staff was professional and very helpful. They made us feel like a valued customer. :-)
Had the 10K mile preventive checkup and the customer service was above and beyond. They did a great job. Thank you Volvo Cars of Tulsa!
I recently moved to Tulsa from Dallas. In Dallas there are 2 VERY well respected Volvo Dealerships (Park Place and Crest). We routinely would go to Crest Volvo and had EXCEPTIONAL service. We will likely be in the market for a new car in the next year or so and was considering another Volvo. However, the quality of service Ive received in the 2 different times Ive been to this dealership for service I have been less than pleased. In order to take my car in for an issue that is clearly a manufacturing problem that will be covered under warranty was a 3 day wait, and I was told youll probably need to leave it for several days. Even worse, in order to get a loaner car I would need to wait 3 weeks before they were available. When you buy a luxury car, you expect luxury service. Its part of the reason we bought a Volvo and not a Ford.Net net, they need more loaners in their fleet. My loyalty is bound by the service of a dealership. I buy the car 1 time, but the service side has a lot more impact.I have no issue moving over to BMW, Audi and the like if I feel like Im getting luxury service like I expect.
Honestly, I’ve had service issues here before but this time everything went well. Chrystal did an excellent job helping and communicating.
Friendly service and completed on time.
Thanks Jeremy Smith for all your help with our vehicle purchase! We had a Great Experience!
Great customer service from Mary and the technicians @ Bill Knight!
Best customer service of any Volvo dealership I have ever been too. Easy to make an online appt, but if you need to discuss your service, they answer the phone! Greeted me by name upon my arrival and said, we are happy you are here. Wow. Bill Knight Volvo of Tulsa turned a chore into a delight!
The questions I asked regarding pricing, duration of service (although they were a few minutes late, I can understand), as well as attentiveness during my visit met and exceeded my expectations (the masks on the table were a very welcome surprise as my wife forgot her mask in the vehicle). The waiting area itself was a bit lackluster, but we had plans with family members and they were able to pick us up. However, they are in the middle of renovating those facilities for Volvo so that will be welcome upon completion. As This specific dealer/service center is over 100 miles from where I live, I will probably continue to drive there to have my vehicle serviced rather than using my *LOCAL* Volvo dealership for service. This Volvo dealership has excellent pricing and are very easy to speak with when setting appointments. My specific Service Advisor will supposedly work for the Lincoln service center rather than Volvo, which is a real shame. I believe her name is Rebecca and she was absolutely fantastic! Keep up the great work!
All the way up until recently I would have given 4-5 stars for their service advisor (Mary Fain). Although this does not pertain to her specifically, as she is doing everything she can to keep me satisfied.Issue at hand, about 9 weeks ago (Sept. 2) we brought our 2016 XC90 T6 Inscription in for a “ticking” sound and maintenance. During the time I brought it in I told her what I believed the specific issues to be (I’m a mechanic myself, but prefer brand specific mechanics to work on my cars). We left our vehicle there for 17 days to sort out all the issues. All of which I self diagnosed with the exception of control arm bushings that were worn. This is where the issue started, I received my vehicle back (Sept. 19) and on the way home (1.75 hours away) I noticed the “ticking sound” even more prominently. Because they already had my car for two weeks I continued home and decided to reschedule another appointment. Due to the lack of available loaner vehicles I had to wait a couple weeks to give the vehicle back to fix what should have been fixed the first time. The loaner vehicle was late coming in so Mary was kind enough to arrange for the loaner (which arrived with a maintenance due notification) to be brought to us, and have our car picked up on Oct. 14. and then problem 2, my car literally sat for 5 days before the technician even test drove it to figure out what was wrong (Oct. 19). Again I told them what my opinion was and where they needed to look first. Low and behold, it was exactly what I said it was, so we thought... after their tech diagnosed it we were waiting on parts ( so I was told - a manifold gasket, pretty common part you would think?) an additional 7 days pass and my car hasn’t moved until I went to the dealership myself and asked why nothing had been done (Oct. 26). So, going on over a week and no maintenance or repairs are being done. My car is just left in the lot, unlocked mind you.Mary finally calls on Tuesday, Oct. 27 and let’s me know that it is actually one of the studs that was broken. Great now we know exactly what’s wrong and can move on. They overnight the studs and at this point already have the gasket in stock. Great! I’m getting my car back! I’m told it’s going to be a couple more days and I should be able to pick it up Friday! Wednesday evening, Oct. 28th we’re told we’re still able to pick up Friday.Thursday, Oct. 29th we text to find out what time we should be there Friday. Mary calls and proceeds to tell us it won’t be Friday, it’ll be 4pm Monday! So here it is 11:30am Monday, Nov. 2 and there has been no progress on removing the stud, so I clearly will not be able to pick up my car at 4pm today. The problem is the technician made a “guess” that we sat and waited on for 13 days before we found out the real issue, and he has now been “removing” this stud for going on 5 days. When I found out what was wrong, I told Mary the easiest way to remove it (again being a mechanic, I’ve ran into this before). In my mind I was just trying to help the Volvo tech out with some pointers. Two days later she tells me the tech broke all his bits and has to order a new one and is going to get the bit I suggested to use. That was Friday. Today, he’s going to Lowe’s or Home Depot to look for another bit. Tomorrow who knows what the issue is going to be.
They always take great care of me. Call me with a detailed explanation of work needed and get my approval before doing something we hadnt previously discussed. Very polite and just overall well-run department.
They did a great job servicing my Volvo!
Folks were very courteous and that was appreciated. I forgot to ask if the spare tire was checked for air pressure. Will do it again when service is needed.
We had an unexpected repair come up on a Saturday morning. Haley was able to get me squared away with an incredible loaner vehicle at the last minute. They had my repairs completed and back in my vehicle in no time! We will not go any place else! Love this place!
Rebecca is very courteous and efficient in her responsibilities.I was very satisfied!
Great buying experience!
Unbelievable experience at this dealership. I have never had an experience so friendly. My sales person Dennis knew every detail about the car I was interested in and had a perfect answer for every question. The worst part about buying a car is usually walking to the finance managers office. You know you’re about to enter into a back and forth about gap insurance and warranty offers. My finance manager, Khalid, was not pushy at all. He was so quick with the paperwork and had us on our way in no time. The entire transaction only took 2 hours. Incredible experience. Buy a car from here, trust me.
Great customer experience all-around! I called the dealership from out of town to inquire about pricing options on a new XC90, and within 30 minutes JC (our salesman) and I were able to come to an agreement on the terms of the deal. Drove there the next day to finalize the sale and was out the door with no surprises, in under an hour. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, without a doubt.
Im glad we made the drive to Volvo Cars of Tulsa. The experience was pleasant and our salesman, Dennis Forbes along with the finance team, were very friendly and professional. They really take the time to make you as comfortable and appreciated as possible. That goes a long way with me. Thanks guys!
Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
They took so long to come out. Weve been waiter for 30 mins to pay half a grand for this car. He said he would be right back but its close to closing hour and we have work to get back to. Were in the middle of a pandemic so I wouldve figured they couldve hurried up a bit? We arent dogs waiting for doggy treats. Lost half a grand thanks to your guys inconsideration.
Being a first-time owner of a Volvo turned into a real treat when I stopped by Volvo Cars of Tulsa recently for service. Ive never had such great experience from a service department. Rebecca welcomed me in, took care of all the details and kept me informed of the progress during my stay. Im happy to say Ill be back for all of my service calls.
Very fast and efficient. Kept me up to date on almost a daily basis as to the progress of my cars repairs. Would recommend to anyone.
I appreciate the Service Department at Bill Knight Volvo in Tulsa. They work hard, and they are very customer service friendly. I’m especially grateful for Chrystal in the Service Department who always takes great care of me and keeps me up to date with regular communication as to the status of my S90. Chrystal is knowledgeable, friendly, has great customer service qualities and always honest! Great Job Chrystal!
Had an issue with the functionality of the tire pressure monitoring system. Called the service dept. They told me to bring it right up which I did. Took the car right into the service bay, corrected the issue and returned to car in about 15 minutes. Piece of cake.
Bill Knight Volvo and team always do a great job with the maintenance of our vehicles. They keep us informed of the status of our repair and their prices are fair. The attention to detail and explanation of work needed is easily understood. Thank you for always working with us to get wheels while you work on our cars. We travel 1.5 hours to get our vehicles worked on at Bill Knight and they do their best to get us a loaner when needed.
Haley, my service representative, is always friendly, professional and gets my service to my vehicle done in a timely manner. My car is always clean and ready to go when I arrive to pick it up. I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Tulsa!
I have no clue who or where Volvo Cars of Tulsa is. I took my car to be worked on, and since have received multiple emails and texts asking me to review Volvo Cars of Tulsa. Ive even clicked on unsubscribe buttons. I would not recommend them, especially their continually requests for a review.
Volvo of Tulsa did a FANTASTIC job on my 99 Volvo S70...I was stranded in Tulsa needing a repair on my car with a part that was no longer available thru Volvo. The Service Manager, Kelly Casey, was an absolute lifesaver with checking on availability and locating a suitable replacement part. My service advisor, Haley Gibbs, Was awesome with keeping me informed of the status of the repair on my car. The technician, Mark Jones, did a great job busting his knuckles to get me fixed and back on the road. Well done all around! 5 Stars!!
Great communication, timely work. Was able to drop off and pick up with no worries. Thanks
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. The waiting area was clean and furnished with snacks/coffee. The work was completed in the time expected. As there was one minor issue with the computer update that affected the radio, when I called to advise them of the problem, I was able to bring the car back at my convenience and the problem was corrected within a few minutes of my arriving. Highly recommend the service department.
Great service and friendly persons
They did a great job making sure my vehicle’s problem was investigated and fixed. I was given a loaner to use while they had my car. I live an hour away from Tulsa so this was extremely helpful. They also kept me updated on their progress. I appreciated the friendly service very much. Thank you!
Good.
Extremely unhappy with service. I bought a Volvo s60 for 2 reasons. One the brand and two because I fell in love with that model. Not even 3 weeks after my purchase the car died. I had to have it towed back to Tulsa. The towing company Volvo on call hired took 4 hours to get there. Im lucky I was able to get it out of the middle of the intersection I was in. I never got an update on my car until it was finished. Even though it was not completely fixed. My on call hasnt worked since I purchased the vehicle and the on call service. Pretty ridiculous that I paid for something I couldnt use! When my car was finally brought there it was after hours. I was originally told I couldnt have a loaner. Because of making enough noise about it I was then told I could have one as long as I came to pick it up - I live 2 hours from the dealership. Not exactly customer friendly. It felt like I was told, well you can have one if you can get here. Then after almost a week I finally made arrangements to get there and the asst manager knows nothing about it and tries to tell me that I can take my car back today even though its not 100%. No. I dont think so. Worst experience at a dealership of my life. I was so ready to throw the keys back at Volvo and demand my money back. Dealerships are supposed to be about customer service. This lacked in all aspects.
In January we took my s60 here to have the timing belt replaced . They were quick and it didnt cost nearly as much as other places quoted us. Unfortunately, shortly after my belt broke and it caused engine damage. It was because of a faulty part from the manufacturer, no fault on Volvo of Tulsa! They were great during this upsetting time .Provided us with a tow to the lot. Gave me a loaner vehicle also. Rebecca in service was wonderful! She kept us up to date the entire time! They worked with Volvo to get my car fixed for me. All at no cost to me! I picked my car up today and am so happy with the work that was done! Thank you so much for providing my family with excellent care! Side note: my husband is in the auto industry, at a different dealership. He is so impressed with the care and service we received and says that his own dealership could learn from you how to treat customers! My future business (service and auto sales) will all be done with you! Thank you again!
Dennis, Mike and the whole team were great to work with. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to make the whole process as convenient and easy as possible.
Joe was great to work with when we needed service on our 2019 xc90!
I have a friend that works at this location. They offer some great incentives through Volvo when available. Easy to work with and prompt with evaluation your trade. The only suggestion I have, their used cars are lacking as well as used Volvo options. When they do have a newer used Volvo the price is usually to high. Just compare against areas that have some competition.
Very quick and courteous!
My Volvo of Tulsa experience was quick and painless. My salesman, Jason Madison, was awesome. He was very personable and professional. He really seemed genuine in learning about my familys car needs. Thank you.
Dealing with Volvo of Tulsas Ben Wagner was a real pleasure in courtesy, knowledge, & the ready willingness to get an answer or explanation of anything unclear. My S90 purchase was the result of my extreme research & naturally being a Volvo guy. Nothing else could compare, across the board. Having experienced this great car for a couple of weeks now, 1100 miles & still fine tuning all of the grand features is making me feel very smart!
I was a serious buyer but Sales Consultants can make the difference between a good experience and a great experience, Mr. Jeremy Smith was a professional from start to finish. I appreciate his ease of presentation.
Becky did a fantastic job being my service representative. The mechanics were pro active in telling me what services will be required in the future so I can budget accordingly. I appreciate Bill Knight not only addressing my immediate needs, but forecasting what is likely to be required in the future.
Volvo of Tulsa and the entire Bill Knight family of dealerships are among the best Ive ever encountered! Great customer service and excellent work!
After moving to Northwest Arkansas we found this to be the closest Volvo dealership for service, a two hour drive. For the most part they were very nice and helpful. A couple of points could have gone better. We had a warranty issue already confirmed by our old dealership. When we made the appointment that was explained and the other dealership referenced. When we arrived we were well cared for however all they did was confirm the already diagnosed issue and scheduled a return visit, they didn’t have the part. Next visit went fine for the service issue and they did wash the vehicle, unfortunately they left it dripping wet. If we lived in Tulsa we’d probably be ok with them but two hours away we are looking to sell the car.
The dealership in Tulsa was great to work with. I drove from Little Rock to get a car I saw online and they held it for me to test drive since they knew I was driving 4 hours to see it. Great selection, and my certified preowned car is still under warranty.
Great service! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had donuts and coffe in the waiting room. Would defined buy a Lincoln or Volvo just for the service. I thought it was taking a little long until I realized they washed my car!
Five Stars to Ben Wagner, Chris Kennedy, Khalid Rashid and the entire team at Volvo Cars of Tulsa! We were able to trade up our leased S90 for a new XC90. We absolutely love both vehicles and highly recommend Volvo Cars and Volvo Cars of Tulsa. Volvo is a hidden gem and I am thankful to Bill Knight and his team for making quite an investment in this brand! Look forward to much more business for many years to come!
I went to Volvo Tulsa after I couldn’t get any responses from Volvo Little Rock on an XC40. John McMahon was so quick to help me and even called me the day the tester arrived so I could come for a test drive. He also walked me through the ordering process piece by piece. As it got closer to time to pick it up, I was helped by Dennis Forbes and he was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly salesman I’ve ever interacted with. He took the extra time to answer my questions correctly, and was so responsive. I’d recommend both of these gentlemen, and Volvo Tulsa in general, to anyone considering a Volvo. I couldn’t be happier with mine!
Haley did an amazing job of coordinating the service of my XC60 and the expertise of the service personnel very superb!
Great job getting the car in and out for a routine oil change/maintenance.
I bought my new Volvo S60 from Bill Knight Volvo. the service department takes good care of me and my vehicle. Bill Knight Volvo is where i take my car for service. The Service Department is outstanding. If you want a truly exceptional experience then this is the place to take your vehicle. I am completely satisfied with the service and I am always greeted with smiles and kindness.
I took my 2015 Lincoln MKC in for oil change. The work was done in the time they scheduled. I was very pleased. Also received car wash and they checked under the hood and tire pressure. They were very polite and professional. I will definitely use the dealership for any future needs.
Rob in the service department kept me up to date on all the repairs being done to my vehicle. The department manager provided a loaner while my XC90 was being worked on, making it easier to leave my car for several days. Everyone I was in contact with was very nice and accommodating.
Serviced promptly . Car returned washed, vacuumed and windows cleaned! Would be nice if they had more loaner vehicles available.
If you buy a Volvo from out of town and you call here to ask a Sales member to walk you through the cars features dont expect them to help- they will leave you on hold. They will also tell you to ask the person that sold it to you- I bought it out of town.I was able to talk to the GM and he got me taken care of.
Dennis did an excellent job at showcasing vehicles that I was interested in. He was upfront and honest and I appreciated him looking for answers on questions that I had to make sure I was presented to proper information. I would highly recommend him to others. The car I chose was very impressive compared to others in the same category from other dealers.
The Bill Knight Volvo Service Team is outstanding, a special acknowledgement of Rob Potter who greeted me upon arrival, took care of my needs while I was waiting for the service to be completed, and kept me informed on the status of the work throughout the process.
Quality service with service adviser doing their job advising on additional services to keep my Volvo in top safe and mechanical condition.
On a return visit I found technician Crystal to be totally professional and dedicated to providing highest quality service. Covid-19 safety protocols were observed and much appreciated !
Great service, nice lounge area, easy access.
Trustworthy dealership. I purchased my used Volvo before seeing it. Its in excellent shape! It is beautiful, and exceeded my expectations.I drove 3 hrs.to do business with John, my sales representative, and will return for maintenance and all future vehicle purchases. This is my first Volvo, and I would highly recommend test driving one before buying anything else.I absolutely love mine! The purchase was fast and just a great experience! I was late, and have to return to get the 2 front windows tinted, as they thru that into the already great deal!! 6 mos.Royalty Shield that covers the powertrain, but, I wont need it.This car is solid and looks smells, runs like a new one! Thank- you to all the staff that helped me, as I am a 24/7 medical caregiver and could not test drive or look for a vehicle orher than online!
Great car, and everybody was very helpful
The service dept is great.....Chrystal takes great care of your service needs and goes above & beyond in assistance. I give her 5 stars!!
In short, on Friday, March 6, 2020, I went to the Bill Knight Lincoln Volvo car dealership in Tulsa, Oklahoma for maintenance on my S80 AWD V8 Volvo. I was happy when I arrived and I was happy when I left. Haley Gibbs, Service Advisor was excellent; polite, professional, and prompt. I talked to Mark Jones, Technician face-to-face and appreciate his recommendations and his excellent service.
My wife and I have had our Volvo cars serviced at Bill Knight Volvo for the past 2+ years. Each service visit has been a positive experience from the moment we arrive on-site to pick up once the work is complete. I feel well taken care of each time and would like to thank not only Mike Flippin, our main service representative, but also Chrystal Casey for her polite and attentive customer service. Kudos to the whole team in Bill Knight Volvo Service.
Customer service is obviously a priority here. Clean, well kept lounge to wait for the complimentary shuttle. Service was faster than expected, and they explained everything they did. The complimentary car wash was a nice touch as well!
The Volvo adviser Rob Potter was very thorough in explaining the problem and solving them. I am very happy with the result.
Crystal was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She did not try to push services on me and I appreciated that.
