Service was quick. Staff was friendly and professional. The waiting area has a great coffee machine and comfortable place to sit. I was able to get some work done while I waited. I was texted a message to reply to if I had any questions while I waited. Price was better than other places I called. Because I bought my car here a couple years back (which was also a good experience), my info was already on file for setting up the appointment. The process felt simple and smooth. I would come back here for sure.

Great customer service from Damian taking my call at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning to Matthew Doyle taking my keys and pulling it in the garage. Damian told me they have an open slot at 9 am for an oil change, if I could make it, he would reserve it for me. Told him I would be there in 10 minutes with my wife and kids picking me to go eat breakfast while getting my oil changed. He did explain that it could be up to a 15 minute wait due to how busy they get on weekend mornings. Told him not a problem with the wait. Matthew Doyle took care of checking me in an taking the keys . Car was done bout 2 hours later, I picked it up. Paid for it, got a few prices for some possible future work on it. My only knock on the whole experience was they left my doors unlocked and didnt give me a reminder sticker of when to get the oil changed. I was so glad my radar detector was still there and not missing. Next time I will take my radar detector out and take it with me and not leave it to chance. $500 Escort radar detector.
Dealt with Paul and his manager Ryan. Told we can get a Honda (at first test drove an Acura.) For two days thinking we were getting a Honda. I asked them will it be a problem with the Honda having high mileage? No problem I was told. Called to check on status of getting the Honda. Informed that no deal on Honda due to mileage! Check on the Acura and told a way higher price then was on paper!
I was sold a car without a working passenger door lock. I drove around for 2 days before I realized that the door doesn’t lock with the remote or the power lock & I was leaving my car with a door unlocked because I had no idea. When I contacted the dealership the salesman was very responsive, but I was told that the manager said that they would not be able to repair the door lock (a very necessary safety feature) unless I paid for it. They sold me a $23,000 car without a door lock, sold my trade in for 3 times what they gave me for it, & couldn’t pay for the repairs for a necessary feature. Not a reputable dealership. My family & I will not make the mistake of buying from them again.

I had an appointment at 10:30. Finally at 1:20I went to the service desk to see how much longer it would be and was told the paperwork was being done. So after 3 hours I paid the charge to a very pleasant gentleman who told me I was all done and that my car was in the south lot. I walked out to a sea of cars and looked for south lot. I wandered around the expansive parking lots looking for my CRV only to walk back to the service door for directions and found it right beside the door.Someone could have touched base with me during those 3 hours to let me know how much longer it would be. Someone could have said they were sorry for the long wait and someone could have pointed out my car as a courtesy.During the long wait I walked around the waiting area and visited the Brag Board several times. I wondered where those very thoughtful people were. Maybe they don’t work on Saturdays!!I apologize if expecting more than what I received is unreasonable.

The shop was very busy when I arrived so I expected to wait a long time. They did inform me ahead of time that I may have a lengthy wait so I came prepared. My car was finished in under 2 hours. The waiting area had ample space but could use more outlets. I had to move my spot to plug in my laptop. Other than that it was easy to schedule and an easy appointment.
We have been coming here for car maintenance since 2013. We bought our car here and the quality of service, price of service, along with sales discounts on service has kept us coming back. The team is always up front and informative on our maintenance.They have a great team.

There is free coffee and sometimes free donuts. It is a very nice environment and the work is usually done within a good period of time. Just left after having the oil changed and tires rotated. This is the second time they have left the caps off of our valve stems, randomly. There was an ink mark on the inside of our leather door handle. The car wash, of course, was also out of order as it was the time before, and the time before that. Even more off-putting was the lack luster and dismissive, unapologetic manner in which these complaints were addressed after we brought them to their attention.I am not in the habit of trashing a business online. We will just go back to Don Carlton. No, they werent perfect either but at least they were polite and treated us and our vehicle with respect. What can I say. They asked us to take a few minutes to write a review of our recent experience. It will be our last one for South Pointe.
My salesman Austin did a fantastic job in address my needs and questions with reading in my truck and purchasing a new Honda CR-V. However, when I got to the finance department it was something different. I had Mr. Joel and their were a few discrepancies. First, I was never spoken to about the money I would be receiving for the difference in me selling them my truck. I used some of the money as down payment, but I am (because I still have not received payment for my truck) supposed to receive a check worth quite a bit of money in three weeks!?!? Secondly, my financer was in such a hurry to get me to sign the closing paperwork we never spoke about interest rates regarding the bank I financed through. All he gave me was the name and nothing more. I financed my new vehicle for 30k on a seven year loan. and my monthly payment is $444. That means my interest rate it at around 6%!!! I know my credit score is well above 700 and when I previously purchased a vehicle 2 years ago when interest rates were at an all time high, for the same years it was only 5.2%. Thirdly, I had to remind the financer Joel that I had the title to my trade in because again he was in a hurry to get me to sign an extended warranty which he was is good for 9 to 10 years but its only good for 96 months. Something doesnt add up. Thankfully we havent fully closed on the vehicle and I will be returning Friday to finish closing on the vehicle. Learn from my mistakes and get preapproved by your own lender before going to South Point Honda. They DO NOT have your best financial outcome in mind.
I had a great experience and subtracted one star just because I still have a TPMS light on my dash. I was hoping whatever triggered it had been fixed or reset. Otherwise, great service.

Southe Point Honda was a great experience.The staff is friendly and helpful. I waited for my car. The waiting area is comfortable and bright. Children have a nice playroom with TV. Adults have a choice of TV or not. There are computer stations. Water is complimentary. There are snack machines.I enjoyed my time there. I was able to work. The service rep was good at explaining what had been done on my Odyssey van. And they washed her before returning her.

Inefficient and Lack of Care(See pictures)I was attempting to contact the parts department of South Pointe Honda. The first time I called, the lady in sales transferred me to Parts and I sat on hold. No one ever answered. The second call, a salesman answered and transferred me to Parts and I sat on hold. The third time I called, I spoke to a woman and she stated that they should be there because “they aren’t busy”.She transferred me to service to see if they could help. They couldn’t. So they transferred me to Parts where I sat on hold for 20 minutes, at which point the phone automatically disconnected because of the long wait time. I sent in an inquiry on their online site to see if they had a particular part in stock to purchase today. They have yet to respond. I also utilized the chat option on their site to which I got absolutely no where. The guy kept asking for my phone number and full name and email. I presented my email and name because I don’t want to be bombarded with sales calls. He then proceeded to tell me that he will have his team look for the part (I gave them the specific part number, so it couldn’t be that hard to type it in a system…). I asked if he knew an estimate of how long it would take and he said “unfortunately I don’t have an answer for how long it will take my team to see if the part is in stock”…. Again, I gave a specific part number and all they have to do is type it in the system…. Worst dealership ever.
Our buying experience was stress free and satisfying. The sales manager and salesman Eli went over and above to ensure a first rate experience. Several new car purchases of the past have been a less than joyful experience, some nerve wrecking. But I have nothing but good things to say about our purchase at South Pointe Honda. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Honda.
Paul in the service department gave me terrible customer service. When I asked how long it would take to patch my tire he said, “I don’t know I just got here. Should take long.” I sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half. I went to ask for an update and he said, “oh ya I think they’re almost done. I stood around another half and hour before coming back in to tell him I had ten minutes until I had to leave to pick my kids up from school and he went and grabbed my keys. 2 HOURS of waiting and NOTHING had been done to my car. It took Robertson Tire 15 minutes to fix my tire and get me on my way. Not only was the wait irritating but his cavalier responses and lack of apology were awful. Never giving South Pointe my business again.
Chris is very nice and helpful. he explained my car ‘s issues very clearly and took time to show me where all the issues are. After I left, I feel like I want to come back and thanks him again. Great customer service! !!

My wife made an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. Arrived at 9:30, took my keys and told me it would be 90 minutes. I told the guy, we have an appointment and he basically told me that doesn’t get you a time for service, you go in line. So someone needs to explain to the service dept what an appointment is. If you don’t take appointment times for say that! I can get my oil changed at a different Honda dealership

My wife and I bought our 2013 Honda Crosstour new from Joe Marina then they sold out to south point . We purchased a extended warranty for the car for 2,700, we take her car in for repairs and were told the spark plugs were loose they tightened them and said no charge. They called back before we could get there and said it still had a misfire and would need a valve adjustment that would cost $700 then we got another call and were told it needed new fuel injectors and were told it’s ready we think it runs better. My son and daughter n law purchased a new Honda Accord from them on the first oil change south point Honda service changed the oil and left the drain plug lose I’m just wondering what Quality of service we will have with our new Lexus good by Honda steve & Mary waldrep
The wait time is extremely long whether or not you make an appointment. I have had several experiences where I have made an appointment and still waited more than two hours for simple services such as replacing a tire with a nail in it, a recall notice and routine oil changes. I was told their scheduling system allows for more appointments to be made at the same time than they have enough service technicians for. This is extremely frustrating for the waiting customer who took the time to make an appointment assuming I would then have less of a wait.
I walked in the door and was greeted by a friendly salesperson, Joe K. I felt like it was a very relaxed and honest experience. I really didn’t know if I was ready to trade or if I could get all the features I wanted within my budget. I test drove the Honda CR-V and liked it right off. (had never driven a Honda)The salesperson, Joe K. was easy to work with and communicated several options for a lease (which I wanted to do) and made it work!I felt like they were transparent with the numbers, which I hadn’t received at another dealership recently. Finance went smoothly as well and didn’t take long at all. This was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and the salesperson I had!! (Joe K.)

Made an appointment at South Pointe Honda for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early and handed my keys to service rep. I went in to wait while they serviced my car. After 2 hours I text to find out the status, they said it just finished up. I got my car and left. The next day, was leaving town that evening 6:00 pm, while driving we heard a sudden noise, pulled over and underneath my car the cover plate was hanging down, SPH had not secured it!I immediately called service at SPH and there was no answer even though they are open till 7. I called back, got sales she said she looked back there and they were all gone. I asked if someone in sales could get a screwdriver and put it back on. She put me on hold and never came back. I called again, this time got a finance man who said Service Dept was there and transferred me, rang and no one answered for 5 minutes.I called back main number and no one picked up!I should not be surprised since the VERY SAME THING happened on my last oil change at South Pointe Honda, they did not secure it!!!I WILL NOT BE USING THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN, FOR SERVICE OR BUYING A NEW CAR!! NOT AGAIN!Certainly will not recommend. I only went to SPH because closer to my house. Two attempts is enough for me.I will be going BACK to Don Carlton Honda of Tulsa. Their service has NEVER failed me!!!Learned my lesson.

Don’t go on Monday. Schedule online so everything you want check is DOCUMENTED for future reference. Otherwise, you have nothing to back up that you told them about a problem while warranty was in effect.
Great place, great process. The no haggle pricing for great prices, the no pressure or following around of the sales department, and the overall atmosphere of not feeling pressured or sold the entire time. They let me see what I wanted, gave me info, and made suggestions.The ONLY thing I have negative is that after buying my car (which they did great detailing, even buffed out scratches) one flood light was out, which I thought would be something they check before selling. I have sent a message and gotten no response.

I ordinarily have a deep, instinctive distrust for salespeople, but Austin was the only salesperson I’ve ever met who didn’t give me the creeps! He has a somewhat hands-off approach where he’s immediately available and offers information when needed, but we felt no pressure at all, and it was very refreshing.The rest of the experience was also great, as we ordered some extras, the installation of which was executed in a timely fashion, and looked fantastic!Would visit again!

Everyone was congenial and helpful. The pre-work evaluations included many suggested treatments. The total cost of the suggested treatments was about $300 more. I am just questioning the accuracy of the tests they performed. I plan to keep my Ridgeline “forever”. But I’m considering a “non-Honda” business because of the costs.

Though they thought the battery problem was solved when my car was released, it wasn’t. Fortunately, I was still at the dealership when my car refused to start. The car was immediately brought back in and a new battery was installed. I still love the service department of Southpointe Honda. They can’t help that I seem to have a car with weird problems. They are always patient and willing to keep at it until the problem is solved.
My wife and I were very pleased with the level of service we received from Frankie love our salesman.We knew what we wanted when we came on to the lot. When he took the time to show us the inventory that Southpoint Chevy and Honda had and allowed us to make our decision (Honda Odyssey) without sales pressure.

I stopped in there Friday after work to look around and get in touch with a salesman. I dont have a big budget and I dont need or want finacing, but I thought they might get something in on trade that would work for me and I could buy it outright. Something in the $7000- $8000 range. It might not be the most lucrative sale they ever had, but it could have been one of the easiest. I was looking for an older Fit or Civic. Just a reliable cheap car.I told the salesman standing by the door that I was looking for a used Fit, told him I didnt have a huge budget, and told him I wasnt looking to finance. He immediately informed me they had a 2015 Fit that was $15000 but he could get me a small payment. I told him the Fit he brought up was well outside my budget and (again) I wasnt looking to finance anything. There was 15 more seconds of conversation where he again brought up finacing and getting me small payment, and that was it. The entire encounter lasted 1 minute or less. During that 1 minute he brought up payments and financing twice when I had already told him I didnt want either of those things. He never told me his name, never asked for mine, and pretty much just said We dont have anything for you- bye.I guess when he finally got the hint that I wasnt willing to finance the maximum amount my credit would allow, he decided that he didnt want to waste any more of his precious time being professional or cordial to me.So I did what I think everyone else should do, I took myself right down the road to the Toyota dealership and Don Carlton Honda.
Eli Davis and everyone at Southpointe did everything they could to get us the cars we wanted at a great price. They also gave us a great price on our trade ins. They made the car buying process as easy as it could possibly be. Cant recommend them enough. When I buy my next Honda, we will definitely go back to Southpointe!!

Was greeted by the service advisor Justin promptly. Went over my issues and what I needed. They got me in quickly. I didn’t wait too long before he came and gave me the information I needed and was on my way shortly after. Pleased with my experience and would recommend.
