I asked for a quote for a 2013 mini cooper S for only oil change and was told $80 for oil change and inspection included. quoted $98 for oil, inspection, and MOA additive that they advertise you get INCLUDED with the $49.95 oil change on their website. Now heres what happened to my sister at her scheduled days in advance 10:00am appointment for oil change and front brake sensor replacement. She got the $49.95 price oil change(why was I quoted $80/$95??) but the MOA additive was not on the invoice, but the lady I talked to said she had put it in herself so she knows it got it(even after telling me she had left after she received my sisters car). So caught them up on different pricing for the same vehicle AND lying. Sister ended up being stuck there for 3 HOURS!! on a scheduled appointment! they had got the wrong brake sensor so had to wait for one to arrive. She walked out with a bill of $168.82(who knows if she got the MOA additive) after again 3 HOURS ON A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE, BRAKE SENSOR APPOINTMENT!! oil-$49.95, oil filter-$10.43, brake sensor $33.38, shop supplies-$4.97, sensor labor cost-$59.25, environmental charge-$2.43 all plus tax was $168.82. Be prepared to have your time wasted, be charged at full price regardless of how long your stuck waiting, who knows if you get all that is promised or paid for, and who knows what the price for an oil change is because apparently they have no idea.save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

I was recommended to them by Sams 4x4 for mechanical work on an old Jeep Wrangler TJ that the deal deemed doomed. They told me that I need a new motor. Abbott Luxury Automotive looked at it and they changed out the starter and distributor. Jeep ran good again. I since took my other Jeep here for repair work. The shop did very good work. The office answer calls promptly. Keep client updated on the progress of the repair. Work to the vehicle is excellent. Owner is honest and fair.

Honest and through on my 2002 Lexus SC 430. Jocelyn provides great customer service, they did the timing belt service, transmission flush, break flush, and replaced the alternator and power steering pump. The whole job was priced reasonably and did it in a relatively short time. They know Lexus (fancy Toyotas) very well, I will be doing business with them again in the future.

Mark is an awesome, passionate and knowledgeable person. New to the Tulsa area, finding a great mechanic was important. There are so many christian companies saturating the market and not upholding christian values. I went to Abbott Automotive based on a referral from a friend, and was extremely pleased with his service. Like many, I went in for a basic oil-change, but also had other questions regarding my car. Mark was honest, letting me know what needed to be done, and what didnt. From talking to him, I trusted his judgement, and felt he was giving me the non-up-sell, honest answer. Since then, I havent gone anywhere else for my automotive needs. You have to try him out, you will definitely be pleased!
