A great place to buy a car and get your car serviced. I bought a vehicle there this year and it was a great experience from start to finish. I never felt taken advantage of or rushed, my salesman was patient and easy to talk to throughout the process. Everyone there is very nice and courteous. I take my car there for maintenance and they are always ready for you at your appointment. The service is not super fast, but it seems very good. Their waiting space is very comfortable or get a ride home and come back later.Will buy from here again if I ever have the chance.

First time getting an oil change by a dealership and Paul Frieley made my first experience PERFECT! He greeted me soon as I came in and explained the whole process to me. I even had some concerns about my car and he explained to me that they were short staffed and that if I brought it back during the week then they would be able to take care of me. Great experience with sales, worked out a fair deal. However, as soon as I was sent over to the finance department my experience started to go downhill. First, Austin was more interested in selling me an extended warranty (on a brand new vehicle) than going over my interest rate and options. Eventually he ended up giving me some BS about giving me a free key replacement service but just jacked up the price on GAP insurance to cover it. It was the end of the month and it was clear he had a quota or commission to fill.Now, over a month later, my trade still hasnt been paid off. I am now having to come out of pocket for insurance on a vehicle I have not had possession of for over a month because Bob Moore Tulsa has not sent off my trade payoff.When I called the finance department, Sean could not even find my record and kept trying to have me just call back later and speak to Austin, who I have sent several emails too with no response. When I wouldnt give up he just gave me a number to call someone else in Oklahoma City, where they dont pick up.I had a great experience, until Bob Moore had the signatures they needed. Now I am scrambling to try and close out our deal without having to pay any MORE money.Will definitely not do business with them again.
Got a flat on my jeep, and I needed an oil change anyway, so I called the service department and they had me bring it in. Repaired my tire for no charge, and did my oil change with the jeep wave free oil change! Can’t beat free! Super nice guys, and they have a shuttle that will take you back-and-forth to your work. Much better than the competition in town for sure I will definitely be using before for all my service

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I live about 105 miles away and this purchase was all done online and over email. Preston, Lucas and Shon were all top notch. They located the one I wanted, got the right color and everything. When I got there to pick it up it was sitting up front and they were ready for me when they said they would be. Sorry it took so long to post this. My husband purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 in 2016 from this same dealership and we ran into medical problems and decided to trade in both our vehicles for 1. We purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie in Aug 2020. The team I had was unbelievably wonderful. We went to 2 other dealerships after starting here and came back in the end. Although I was pre-approved by my bank, they ran a credit check and found I had a higher credit rating on one of my credit reports and got me a better interest rate. Brandon C did a great job at finding the truck we wanted, with the options we wanted, at the price we wanted. We will and have told people to use this dealership over the others that we went to and will continue to tell people. I went to South Point, they told us one thing and after 4.5 hours of being there, the manager came out with a bad attitude telling us they couldnt possibly do it at that price... when that price had already been promised to us by the manager who had gone home for the evening. We went to Jim Glover, they couldnt find us the truck or deal we wanted. Brandon, Lucas & Austin. You all deserve an award for what you did for us. Thank you so much. It was the best experience Ive had with a dealership.

I brought my Challenger R/T in for tire rotation, oil & filter change, and a transmission fluid replace, but was informed by Russell that transmission service was not necessary. I was thrilled to save the $350 that I was told by the Owasso dealership I would need.

I went in for a check engine light and windshield wiper fluid not dispensing. I then was told that my air leak was because of a bad gas cap that would cost a $100 deductible with it being under warranty of the advanced warranty I bought. Then to replace a tiny rubber hose for the wiper fluid would cost $140. I decided that this was ridiculous considering the gas cap on Amazon is $10 and the hose is about the same so I declined their service. Then I was told that they would have to charge me a fee for running the tests if I decline which was $140. This also makes no sense because advanced auto did the same thing a day before for free. So it’d save me $40 to fix the gas cap so that’s what I did. I was practically forced into buying a $10 gas cap for $100. Which by the way without the extended warranty they would’ve charged me $260 for a freaking gas cap. Just ridiculous…
I have a electronic problem with my 2012 jeep gc. The fuel pump relays was a recall event, but has not Totally corrected problem. Returned car for service and it started every time No charge and all service crew friendly, professional etc. Still problem exists so cannot give any rating just yet. I suspect when it becomes less intermittent they will correct it. High praise for Not trying to sell unneeded repairs and how they addressed difficult problem. I would like to update problem is solved now for a month. Good job
I think you guys did a very good job but sadly it did not solve my problem. And about eight hours after I left your shop I had the same problem again. All the next dealership did was reprogram it. The second dealership thinks it’s going to happen again. I have over 1000 miles to drive home and I have no confidence in this truck anymore. I’ll called Dodge headquarters and did not get any help from them. Nobody had any information on why I was still having these problems. And when the computer decides that there’s a problem I’ve only got about 100 miles to drive before the truck stops. It’s sad that nobody at Dodge can tell me that in the past when this happened to a Dodge eco diesel this is what we did to fix the problem completely. Since I left your shop my fuel mileage has gone down 2 miles a gallon.

Don’t ever buy anything from this place!!!! As soon as you sign the papers, you become invisible! I’ve been trying for 7 months to get somebody to call me back about gap insurance I was sold and still nothing! Every time I call I get transferred to multiple people until I get an answering machine, I leave countless messages with NO response!!!! I would take it back to them and walk away if I could! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!
We bought a 2015 Jeep brand new and have never had so much as a flat. We took it in for a factory recall 9 months ago. The factory recall was for and engine shutting down while driving.... that’s important part of this....We got it back and before my wife even left she asked them to look at it because it didn’t sound right. They assured her it was ok. She left and drove back and again said it’s not sounding right so she left....Less than 1 hours of driving the engine shut down while driving.They now say they want 14,000.00 for a new engine.This is an obvious case of them trying not cover something.We provided oil change records and they still will not give a reason it shut down....

Sold my Ford and bought a Ram 1500. These guys need an Express Lane like Fords QuickLane for simple oil change, tire rotation, etc. I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting when Ford would have had me in and out in less than an hour. They can do better!

I was in Tulsa today and experienced problems with my Ram. I took it into Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge and found out that those I pay in OKC to take care of and maintain my truck caused the issues experienced today. Had my vehicle less than 2 months and already something wrong with it. I bought the extended warranty but they say they cant work on it because its a Nissan. If thats the case dont sell Nissans. Hands down the best buying experience I can recall. I walked away from a deal at another dealership on a Saturday morning due to poor business ethics. Honesty is key when negotiating, and these guys did exactly what they said they would. I appreciate the attention and effort put forth by the Sales Manager Lucas, and my salesman Manny! These two gentleman knocked it out of the park! The entire process was easy and low pressure. Furthermore, when we showed up to complete the paperwork, they had the vehicle fueled up, cleaned up, and ready to go. We probably did not spend more than 45 minutes at the dealership before we were on our way. Again, a big thanks to the Bob Moore team for getting me into the vehicle I wanted, at the price point I wanted, and quicker than I ever imagined. Will definitely be going back for our next vehicle.

In August of 2020, our 2015 diesel Jeep was at Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa being serviced for a few recalls. When the Jeep was finally “fixed” 7 months later, I was informed that it was ready for pick up on Wednesday, February 17th. Due to my work schedule, I receive permission from the dealership to pick it up the Jeep on Saturday, February 20th. Prior to leaving in the vehicle, I asked “I just need to know for my own sake is this safe to drive? Will it shut off on me when driving it?” He assured me and said, “Yes ma’am the car has been fixed and it is safe to drive.” Once getting on the road, the oil pressure light came on. It indicated that the oil pressure was low. After seeing it continue to pop up on the message board, I called and spoke to Russel. I indicated that the oil light was continuing to come on and he said that the only thing to do was to bring it in to run codes. Because I was over half way home, I said that I would have to do it on Monday. He said that the Jeep should still be safe to drive.On Sunday, we drove to church (which is 15 minutes away from our home). That was the first time my husband noticed how the Jeep was sounding, and he said “They let you drive away with the Jeep like this?” And I said I wasn’t sure if I was overthinking the sound of the Jeep, especially since the technician had assured me several times it had been fixed and was safe to drive. On the way home from church, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the Jeep. shut. off. on. the. highway.We were able to veer to the side as my husband had already asked me to pull over. He checked the oil, and the dipstick read that it was full. We contacted the dealership on Monday, February 23rd. The service advisor, Paul, asked why were asking for their help as this was not related to any of the recalls on the Jeep. After asking to speak to the service manager, Cliff, my husband had to argue that they needed to come and pick up the Jeep and tow it to the dealership. I received a text from Paul letting me know that they would check it out and invoice us once it was fixed.Approximately four days later, we were informed that the Jeep’s engine had seized and needed to be completely replaced. After contacting the Chrysler corporate office, having several phone calls with the case manager, the final determination was that the Jeep would need a new engine at a cost of $14,266.00. Chrysler refused to cover any of the costs of the repairs because we had a lapse in service records for 62,000 miles (we lived in an area without a national dealership and went to a mom and pop shop for oil changes), the service records submitted for the oil changes didn’t specify what oil was used, and they also refused to provide any other information. When refused the ability to speak to the supervisor’s supervisor, the gentleman indicated that I could write a letter about my dissatisfaction and request that they aid in covering the cost. He also said it would be very likely that they will deny it.This Jeep, which came with a lot of extras, cost over $60,000.00 brand new. It’s completely paid for. My husband, who served in the Air Force, and myself, who has served as an advocate for military families for children with autism and has worked at a national level to impact federal policies, are left speechless with this situation.I cannot emphasize enough that if you are interested in buying a Jeep, that you can anticipate this type of service. The only issues we have had with the Jeep are related to recalls.I am sickened that a company, with a worth of almost $100 billion dollars, treats their customers this way. I truly hope they don’t ever do this to anyone else. It’s been one of the most awful experiences to be treated like this after paying such a stupid amount of money for a Jeep that failed to work right at no fault of our own.Just such a terrible disgrace for a dealership and corporate company to treat their customer this

I took my 2010 Chrysler town and country in to Bob Moore Dodge to get some recall work done. The work was done in the time I was told it would be. The waiting area was clean with free wifi and the restroom was clean. My service advisor, Russell, was friendly and courteous, and answered all my questions.
No stars, terrible people. Had my vehicle I bought there less than 2 months and the transmission went out. Bought the extended warranty and they would not work on it. Peanut, the salesman flat out lied to me. Lucas the used car manager would not return phone calls or do what he said he would. Such a bad experience Im going to contact the BBB. Just took my car in for its first service (Bought car here as well). Sales process was way better than the service process. Maybe the employees should consider coffee or donughts in the morning so that they are a little sweeter to the consumer! Also... It may be minor but, when Ive taken previous cars in for service at other dealer, they have been courtesy washed at time of pickup, not here...

He listened to me and met my expectations of what I wanted.Your staff there also friendly,your finance officer was very helpful and friendly too. You were fair on my trade in price and I definitely would drive up to Tulsa to get the best buy!
