Pics 1 & 2 show a prior installation with exposed wires and piping. Pic 3 shows access to air handler, furnace and coils. Pics 4 & 5 show the new installation with recovered piping, and well dressed conduit for wiring and BTW the system operates brtter than ANY before it at half the sound level.I have not seen the a-coil replacement, as I am still awaiting the final report from the company.

Repair person wore mask which I appreciated and was very efficient and conscientious about keeping area clean where he worked.

My AC quit in the middle of July . I called the morning after it went out, on a Friday, and they got a serviceman out there and he had it fixed before lunch! He was nice, professional, quick, and clean! It was reasonably priced too! To have that kind of response, especially in their busiest time of year, has made me a life long customer!

Airco installed an HVAC system for us. The company is one of extremes. On one hand their sales and customer service teams are extremely good and helpful. On the other, the installation and repair teams are atrocious. At installation, the team failed to charge the outside unit with ANY coolant and wired the system such that the outside unit and inside heat strips ran at the same time. This meant that in a house at 92 degrees, the vents were pushing HOT air (so hot the vents were hot to the touch). When called back, the technician simply refused to fix the problem, asserting that we adjusted the thermostat too much. On the next visit, we were told the thermostat was in fact bad - the technician failed to bring a new one even after me telling the central office that this was the problem and them communicating it. They had to unhook the inside unit to cool the house. On the third repair visit, the technician spent in inordinate amount of time on the phone asking someone else how to wire the thermostat - though it doesnt inspire confidence, our system finally worked fully. What all this meant was spending nearly 2 weeks in a house that was never cooler than 88 degrees. On the plus side, the central office and sales team were really great and the only reason the system was finally installed properly.

The professionalism, quality of service and prompt arrival is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the service industry. Their commitment to customer feedback in order to make the experience the best ever is incredible. I’m a business owner and want to be more like Airco!

I requested an appointment online and received a call within an hour to schedule my repair. Within a few hours a repairman was on-site after a text showing a picture of who was coming for verification purposes.He was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the problem in a cost effective manner while actually saving me money using an alternate solution. My air conditioner was up and running within five hours of my initial online appt request. I was impressed that there wasn’t a sales pitch for a new unit considering my unit is 20 plus years old.

Held up Job for 6 months before telling me they could not do the work. Needed a special part ordered and was told they had it coming only to find out they never placed the order holding up the job longer. Great up front communication poor/ no follow through.

Both times they came out to fix my unit it broke again a little over 30 days later. First guy told me to not touch a part on my unit the next guys shook it violently. Do not trust these people

I had always been told to not use Airco because they were “so expensive”. But when my Hot Water tank went out and the place I purchased it from couldn’t install it for 2 days because whoever they used wasn’t available, they called Airco. And the techs did an excellent job so I decided to call them for three other service calls (Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven) and all of these were handled professionally, efficiently, and quickly! And those three were all by the same tech named Bryan. He’s excellent and deserves a raise

He was also training a young man and was explaining how to process information and navigate the repair process so well that he kept me engaged the whole time. He then explained the current status of my system to me in terms I could easily understand. Great customer service. Well done.

Update: our most recent repair was even better! We didnt think that was possible! Theyre extremely consistent. I will definitely continue to do business with Airco. The repair men were personable, on time, professional, and capable. No unnecessary repairs or parts were recommended. The service call fee was reasonable. Its great to have a company thats available to help when needed, and know well be well taken care of.

I had a new circuit breaker panel installed outside near the pool equipment. The first person who came out was very professional and helpful. He gave the price and set the appointment. The person who came out to do the work was also very helpful. He arrived in time, finished quickly, and the price was exactly what was quoted. The communication via text message and email was very good. I will definitely use Airco again for electric work and will probably also try them for AC and plumbing next time I need those services.

So our outside unit needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimated time of arrival and a phone call to let me know they wereheading my way..Clean and efficient service. 3hrs and they had us back in the cool!

AirCo is always available last minute when other plumbing and air companies have let us down. They are very thorough and provide a lot of info before moving forward so we know what we are paying for. They also work diligently with little supervision so I can get back to my day while they make repairs!

Very professional company. Service staff are all nice and have professional skill and knowledge. A bit pricy compared with other companies but still worth it. In the middle of the heat wave, our AC stopped working. All the companies were very busy and Airco was the only one who called us back and promised the date when they could take a look. They tried to fix it but they could not, and we had to decide to purchase and install a new system. I was still thinking about the home warranty but once we signed the contract, they immediately set up the temporary AC, while we were waiting for the new system, which saved our life! We have the home warranty but decided not to go through that rout since we trust Airco more than other companies. AC system is a big purchase and investment and we highly recommend Airco.

I have to tell you, everyone we dealt with in your operation is amazing. Amber at the office, of course, you, and even the techs (I don’t know their names, but my brother said they were A++). Neither he, nor especially I, offer undue praise. As a general contractor, there is a GOOD level of service and quality that is simply expected, in exchange for fair payment. Your operation is in a level above “good” and that is actually pretty rare for contractors of any trade. Believe me when I tell you that I wish I had a mechanical contractor in Raleigh NC like you. It would make my life that much easier.

Do not sign up for tune up plan it is a trap! Was told when technician came out to first time to preform tune up that my system was not compatible after I already had been sold a yearly tune up plan while technician was at my house. Was told by technician and customer service when calling that I would be refunded $175, and then later got a call from someone saying no refund could be done because membership tune ups are non refundable. Be extremely cautious signing up for anything the technicians offer when they are on site they will not give full details and ensure that membership is applicable. And then tell you the fees you already paid are non refundable even though no service was preformed. Beware!

Really excellent service and a very competent technician (David). Showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem effectively, got the parts and completed the repair quickly. You appreciate that when your AC is out in Oklahoma in July. Very satisfied.

My water heater busted on a Saturday and the were able to come out within 2 hours of me calling and replace it same day. I was very impressed with their response time, professionalism and financing.

My Samsung refrigerator after nearly 5 years was starting to freeze everything, making cans explode, freezing my milk, coffee, etc. When I called Airco they were able to come by same day, run diagnostics on my fridge, as well as call Samsung to get their take on the issue. The tech, Curtis Floyd, was super friendly and gave me the run down on my issues, unfortunately I needed a brand new fridge but Curtis was able to give me some solid recommendations on brands. Personally I did not mind paying $99 for them to walk in the door to provide solid details on what was wrong, would definitely recommend these folks.

We always receive quality service from Airco. Our technician Alex was very professional and courteous as he performed the annual maintenance for our air conditioning units. He also made sure all the details of our invoice were accurate. We appreciate the quality of service we receive every time and will always choose Airco for our home maintenance and repair needs.

Called Airco to come out and give an estimate of repairs, as A/C was not working. They came out and repaired it, talked about the maintenance plan and I jumped on it. I would like it known that I am extremely unsatisfied with this company! I was grossly over charged for a compressor changeout. After the changeout they either over charged the freon or did not check for leaks. Then the next step for repairs or replacement the estimate was $3000 over what I had a local company replace my system for. You have gotten a bad reputation for robing customers I certainly learned my lesson!! but we were out of state at the time and did not take time to do my research.

Only giving 3 stars due to how fast they were able to get things done but otherwise the guys whom installed my new unit did not clean up and left trash scattered all around my outside unit which thank goodness I found and cleaned it up before my animals did.

I have used this company for multiple repairs in the past and have always had a good experience when using them. I called to get an estimate for hot water heater replacement and they came out 3 hours after I called and gave me an estimate. The technician explained what each part I needed was for when going over the estimate and gave me multiple choices to choose from. The next day the new water heater was installed. Our Lennox iComfort thermostat lost its Wifi connection several months ago, but because it operated fine manually, we didnt notice it until we went out of town and tried to use the app to remotely change the temperature. We called AIRCO when we got home and they informed us our $560 hub needed to be replaced -- and we were out of warranty by 6 days! When I explained the situation, they offered free labor on the replacement, and then AIRCOs service manager contacted Lennox to see if they would warranty the part as well. He called us yesterday evening to say Lennox had just agreed. Vak (the tech) just put it in and everything is working great. Thanks AIRCO for going above and beyond.

Had a sales representative look at my daughters system Wednesday 3/10/2021, as of 3/15/2021 I have still not received an estimate. Ive called and text multiple times asking how long the estimate would take, I still havent received a response to that either. Apparently they have enough business and dont need any more customers.I had another company come Saturday-they sent an estimate within 30 minutes. A company that came today was able to give an estimate on location.

Its been so hot & AC went out but they got someone out later that day even though it was a Friday. Tech David was very knowledgeable & kind.

We had Airco Services install a SEER 20 system in our eighty year old house. Our knowledge of HVAC could sit on the head of a pin so it was interesting to see how it was done and all that it entails. We lost some attic space but in the end we wound up with Central heat and Air...finally. The only problem was when the old ceiling drywall in one room cracked and failed as they installed a 10 boot. However Airco was quick to send out a repairman to replace the busted drywall ceiling and blend in the popcorn texture. We would give Airco a thumbs up certainly.

I had a whole house generator installed per the advisement of a friend who had Airco install one for him.I hope to have many years of enjoyment.My only minor complaint was my bill wasnt itemized where I could see the cost of all products & services.I was VERY pleased that the installers went above & beyond to place better parts in the electrical box that had been installed by the *ahem* home electricians.Possibly prevented a fire by doing this for me.

No heat so we Called out a tech on a Sunday. Tech comes out, says blower motor is bad & needs replaced. Says Part should be in Monday morning. Monday comes, no part, no call. We had to call them for them to inform us. Tuesday comes, no part. Airco sends us a text saying a tech will be by, but never shows. So we call on Wednesday, they send a new tech out & he has absolutely no clue on what “work” was done by previous tech. The new tech checks a totally diff part, cleans it & leaves. So in total, the property which has a family living in it was without heat for 3.5 days due to miscommunication. I dont understand how one can say its a certain part when you’d have to check the other part to troubleshoot in the 1st place. I have been a customer with Airco for years & I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional in the way things were “handled”.

First off, I will say the technicians that have visited have always been wonderful. They work hard and have always been exceptionallly polite and helpful. The issue is the quality of the unit installed. We had a Lennox unit installed in June 018 that cost around $12,000. Since the initial install, we have had to have technicians out 5 separate times and have another coming out in a few days because the system is not working yet again. The last trip was a few months ago and cost us $274. This is ridiculous. They install subpar equipment so you have to keep calling them out and they can charge you exorbitant amounts of money to fix this junk. A heat and air system should not need to be repaired multiple times a year.

My house is aging, it is 16 years old and this is the third AC and Heating systems I have had to replace in the last year and half.Airco Service has completed the installation on them all with perfect satisfaction. The only painful part was paying for them.Sharon Judd

Dripping ice maker turned into multiple issues and 9 (NINE!!!!) visits for repairs. Flooded our kitchen twice. Last visit the technician didn’t tighten a bolt which caused leaking behind the refrigerator which flooded down into our basement. Airco sent a Restoration company to review the damage. Weeks passed with no response from Airco. We ended up calling another Restoration company and had the damages repaired.

Very quick response time and repair was done as promised. Great experience overall.

Our heat went out right as an “Arctic cold front” came in. The Airco team was sharp, responsive, highly communicative and very professional. We have loved using them every time we have had them come out! Highly recommend!

A pipe burst in my wall and was flooding my kitchen. It was negative 5 degrees, and I couldnt get the water turned off. I called Airco and they couldnt come until the next day. The kind lady who answered said she would try to get someone to call me to walk me through getting my water off. She obviously could sense I was totally panicking and distraught. An Airco truck showed up 30 minutes later and they turned off my water and moved me up in the schedule for the next day. Ive never been so relieved to see anyone! They showed up the next day and fixed my pipe. And they did not charge me for the previous days visit to turn off my water. Impressive to see a company who went the extra mile and saw me as a person in need and not just a customer and showed me kindness instead of taking advantage of my desperation. Would recommend to anyone!

I have an annual membership with AirCo, for which they do Spring & Autumn cleaning, tuneup, & preventative maintenance of my heating & cooling systems, & I get a discount on any parts I may need. Critical in Oklahoma’s extreme weather! My tech this time was Chelsea, who worked her absolute behind off. And it’s easy to remember her name, because they text a picture of who’s coming to your house, as well as their ETA!Anyway, Chelsea found a slight problem with one of the units, explained clearly & simply what my options were, & told me how she’d approach it if it were her; exactly the kind of honest expert advice I appreciate. She spent extra time cleaning one of the units, which had looked good from the outside, but had gotten absolutely filthy inside from sucking in all the debris from my recent roof replacement. Even my opinionated pup loved her, & flirted shamelessly the whole time Chelsea worked on our house. 😹
