Brian went above and beyond for us! Honestly he provided us with some of the best customer service weve ever experienced regardless of industry. He communicated with us throughout the whole process and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with his recommendations.We are so glad and feel lucky that his company was the only one (out of 6) we could get out to our house the same day because we definitely couldnt have been treated better!We cant recommend him and his company enough.

I run a commercial grow. I came in this morning and saw water on the floor in grow room 1. The split unit was spitting water out the exhaust into the flower room. Brian and his worker Mitch came out to help us when our AC unit broke. It was well past the normal work day but they knew we were desperate to get out AC fixed after being several days without it. His experience was apparent when he immediately diagnosed the root problem with my AC unit. Im a semi-handy do it yourself kind of guy. I knew my fan motor had burned out. He got it done but he asked for help, then I offered him a water and he didn’t want it cause it wasn’t cold enough and asked me to put it in the freezer. Our a/c died over the weekend and I called Brian, who had helped us once before, with a heating issue. He was on a job and it was after hours, but he promised he would come by as soon as he finished with his current customer’s needs. As promised, he and his assistant came and diagnosed that we needed a new a/c unit. I told him I would call him the next day and we could go from there. I called the following day and he was here within 2 hours with the new a/c unit. He said he had to finish a client he’d been working with, but explained that the a/c was for a 92 year old woman, who direly needed her a/c restored. Within a couple more hours, he was back, disconnected the old unit, installed the new a/c and now my Mom is again relaxing in her comfortably cooled house! Brian is honest, fair, experienced, knowledgeable and great to deal with! I would recommend Brian’s Heating & Air without hesitation! Thank you, Brian!!

A/C wasn’t working on Friday night and found them on yelp with great reviews. They were prompt, extremely courteous, explained everything and quick to replace the motor. Told me the old motor was very hot which could have caused a fire and I’m so thankful I was home as had just returned from a trip a week earlier. Will be signing up for the annual heat/air maintenance plan and will definitely continue to use them. Very happy with the excellent and honest service they provided.

I called Brian at about 5:30pm when I got home from work and it was 86 degrees in my house. He said he would be over in an hour and he was true to his word. The AC units motor had gone out so he pulled it, took it back to his shop and was back to reinstall within the hour. All total he and the gentleman with him had it working again by 7:30pm. Price was reasonable and his work was professional and efficient. Seemed like a great guy and I will be calling him again in the future for heating and AC needs.

Brian was awesome. He is genuine and caring. He wants to help find the solution to the problem that you are having with you furnace or Air Conditioner. We switched to his company recently after having a different company do a no show on us. A problem that has taken months to get fixed was fixed in 48 hours. He also found other issues we had no idea were happening and we were able to have him fix those as well! I cannot say how thankful I am that we called him to come take a look at our furnace. Last Sunday evening, my air conditioner stopped working. It was so hot in my house that I, with the help of my sister financially, had to get a motel room. I called Brian late Sunday night and ask him to put me on his list for Monday morning. Brian called at 7:30 am & was ready to help. After taking care of another call he had started earlier, he came right over. Bryan gets right to work & in just a few minutes he analysis the problem, explains it, and with an OK from me, he gets right to work. Brian & his help are always so kind & work quickly to make his customers comfortable. He has reasonable rates & I will continue to use him for all my heat & air problems.

We called Brian for our heating cause it is getting cold and the kids were getting sick from it and he was out that same day, was able to tell us what was wrong what we needed to do and how much it would cost. He even installed our heater that same day and we are warm and thankful. Would not recommend anybody but Brians heat and air. VERY AFFORDABLE.

My AC unit went out in the middle of the night and I called by the following morning. He came out to check it out and let me know what I needed and I had a new 5 ton unit installed by 5pm. He was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. He was also very affordable and I couldn’t be happier.

Weve used Brians for the last six years and theyve always been great. I recently had a contract to sell my home and the buyer had the hvac units inspected. The company doing the inspection wrote that the contact board and relay to exhaust blower were bad. I called Brians that evening and Mike came out early the next day to do an inspection. He found no problems with the furnace. Just goes to show that not all companies are as reputable as Brians.

I came across Brians Heat and Air in my typical Google search and called to get a quote for servicing my air handler unit. I usually speak to three different companies to try and get the best price and quality of work. One of the other companies said I would need a new unit installed and alot of drywall torn out to install a new drain line. Brians Heat and Air said that my current unit is fine and all I need is to have my drain line blown out so I hired him for the job. Brian blew the line out very quickly and I couldnt believe how much gunk was stuck in my drain line. He also ran some bleach thru the line to flush out any bacteria that was built up and recommended that I do this treatment at least once a year. Im super happy to get my issue resolved and for less than 5 times the cost from what the other company quoted me. I will be contacting Brian Heat and Air for any future HVAC needs and highly recommend this company!

Such a great great experience. Brian and Mike worked hard and late ( midnight, to be exact). Really went way beyond normal and even put up with me asking so many questions.

We were not pleased with this company and would not recommend them to a family or friend. Nor would we ever use them again. We called them on a Friday and had no return call until Tuesday. To be fair, it was Memorial Day weekend, but I, too, have a business and would not leave a customer waiting for 3 days? We were also very unhappy because the price this company charged for a fan motor was twice the price that we could have purchased on our own. Also, the labor was four hours and if we had been able to do the work on our own, it would have been a two hour job. This is a rental and we live in another state, so was unable to do the work. In addition, after making a very good profit on this job, he attempted to charge $120 for freon. After strongly saying no, they did offer it for free. Nice jester, but still unhappy with the high price of fan and overcharge for labor. The great reviews on this site are mind boggling for us and unfornately, what we used to trust this business. Beware of good reviews!! As for the work, we are hoping the high price we paid was at least a good job. The jury still out on that?!!

They are honest and professional to put it simply; they do amazing work. Weve had them work on both our A/C and furnace a couple of times. Their pricing is always transparent and fair. I have a John Zink floor furnace made inthe 1950s and it was extremely dirty the burner plate with clogged I called Brian and he was able to come out and he also found out that my connector for the natural gas line was really old and was in a dangerous situation and he got everything fixed up for me.
