When our HVAC system began to fail I was concerned because our components were only a few years old.I was referred to Superior Air through a good friend that had used them in a similar situation and he had only good things to say about their maintenance plans.When I called to make an appointment I was surprised that they were able to make it the following day.When my technician arrived I was upfront about how recently we had replaced our unit and that I was on a limited budget. The service technician was quick to recognize my concerns and was very transparent with everything he explained to me. Very pleased with Superior Air Services. My HVAC was installed by another company in 2019 and they could not get the proper air flow throughout my house. Superior Air fixed the problem. One thing I noticed is that my service tech James listened to me and then corrected the air flow to my satisfaction. Have had 2 other service techs out from this company recently to clean the AC unit and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

Dwayne, Roberto, and Hector replaced all my ductwork and installed a Halo system. Dwayne was highly knowledgeable and experienced and professional. They did a fantastic job with the installation and I will be using them again in the future.

This is the only company I use . I was not getting air flow out of one of my ducts . James arrived on a Saturday to diagnose the problem, quoted me on a price to move duct due to a possible crimped area but after further inspection found that the problem was much easier to fix . Technician was straight forward reasonable and didn’t try to up charge . This same company and technician installed my new A/C 5 years ago and the unit has ran flawlessly. Great service ! Don’t waste your time with anyone else, I certainly won’t .

The were very responsive and actually got to my home early. Joe checked the common problems and found it was just a minor part that needed replaced. About 10 minutes later, it was blowing cold air in my home! Joe went ahead and did some cleaning and maintenance before he left. Very impressed by the professionalism and sense of urgency especially since it was going to get in the mid/upper 90’s that day.

Superior installed our heat and air system in 2007 and maintained it ever since. We have never had a bad experience with them. Our recent issue occurred on a Saturday night; I called Sunday for help, James arrived Monday morning, repaired it and all is well!

They had the best price by far and they get the whole install done in a day, which I appreciated a lot. They could have had it installed a couple of days after the initial bid if not for our work schedules. The house is a lot more comfortable and the new unit is pretty quiet. Very satisfied.

Lelah was great to work with! It was over 100 in the heat index when our air conditioning went down! I didnt have time to play phone tag with companies! I had to leave several voice mails and while Superior wasnt able to answer my call, they did call me back pretty fast (which is more than I can say for the ones who still havent called me back three hours later)! She was wonderful when she called and helped me make an appointment for in two days when they could get us in. Im grateful I was able to get the problem fixed in under two hours with another company however it was a lot of phone tag and this lady helped me cut down on the tag by calling me back and giving me a little mental relief that I wouldnt have to wait 6 days like the other company I had just made an appointment with!

I cant say how easy and efficient getting my new heat/air unit installed was! James met his very competent employee to unload and set my unit. The installer did a wonderful job. James came by after to make sure I was satisfied! I certainly was thanks James!!

Last night, lightning hit our house. It ruined several things, most notably the air conditioner. Fortunately, Superior Air was able to send James out today to look at the A/C to see what was going on. It was the second time he has been here. Hes always been professional and friendly; on time and extra helpful. After he located the problem, I asked him if they were able to work on different types of ductwork, and he said yes. We had a big problem in our laundry room for a long time. The dryer wasnt venting properly, and the room would fill with moisture and dust when it was used. Drove me crazy!!! He pulled out the washer and dryer, cleaned it out, and went up in the attic, and then up to the roof. The venting wasnt up to code, and the section by the roof was totally clogged up. He cleaned it all out, and was cheerful in spite of the heat. You have no idea how happy I am to have it fixed!! All of the employees weve seen are great! Right now, James is our favorite!❤

Twice a year they perform routine maintenance in my heating and air units keeping them in good working order.

Joshua was very professional, courteous, and kind. He was easily able to determine what my problem was. He was also concerned about my dog being loose around where he was working with electric power, so he made sure that my dog was locked up in the house before he proceeded.

Josh and his crew are always very attentive to my heating and air needs. They even refer out services that they dont currently do to very reputable people, which is appreciated as well. All the technicians are very polite and do quick, quality work. I had an issue with air leakage and, being a subscriber to their semi annual services, they came out and took care of the issue within 24 hours without hesitation. I had bought the wrong size of air filters and Josh took them off my hands, went to the store himself, and bought the correct size at no additional charge. I highly recommend Joshs company!!

They did an amazing job re-configuring the return air ducts on my unit. I had to always turn up the volume on my tv when the heat or a/c kicked on and now you can hardly hear it come on. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. I could not even tell they had been there working other than new vents and so quiet. Our unit went out around 5pm on a Friday. She was courteous and genuinely cared about my furnace needs, even squeezing me in on a day earlier when she heard about my issue. She called me back to let me know that her technician was able to clear his schedule and would be to get to both of my units, and then she called again to let me know he would be running a bit late. You just dont find customer service people like Tabitha very often.And then Josh my technician was fantastic, as well.
