Told the guy if my tires are too big for the machine I have 20x12.5 rims and I told him if it’s gonna be tight fit made me go thru then some other guy trying to tell me my truck isn’t in neutral made me turn it off and on put it in neutral again when the machine just wasent grabbing my tires wouldn’t recommend at all customer service is very bad.

Ist time there and prices were pretty good. When I got home there was like spray marks all over my windows. Possibly because it was so hot the window spray dried before could be wiped off?

Really liked the service first time came with a Suv and 2nd time with car both were cleaned inside and washed outside. Really nice staff and helpful. Good service I will come back .

Aint worth $5 rather go to the car wash by Walmart and walgreens

Our power went out and we decided to drive to keep cool the husband noticed we could not see out the front window and we were k street so we swung by,they were closing in 3 mins and we were totally not expecting a diamond wash but asked if they had time, they happily obliged,they are fast, and pleasant will be returning for future washes,Thank you guys!

Was very disappointed. They let my car set. Took others first. When mine was sopposed to be done first. So it didnt get towel dried. Looked horrible. Wont come back

I love this place! Theyve always done an excellent job on every vehicle Ive owned. They have a high standard in their quality of work. Their attention to detail is 2nd to none!

I bring my 2014 Corvette Stingray here a couple times a month. They do a great job with the $20 wash but for $60+ waxing it is great! The guys are nice and listen to any special requests. The washer does not touch the car. There is a pre-wash to remove or loosen the bugs, then the drive through (no touching), then the hands of dry and finished. I really like this place and recommend it to custom car owners.

The employees do a great job always!!! But the owner really needs to hire more people especially on a Saturday the wait is over an hour!! And thats only due to being under staffed!!! Staff works really fast and does good.

Car wash was good on the outside but as soon as I stepped inside I see my rear-view mirror dangling from some wires, and if thats not bad enough the glass was cracked too. So now I have to go to my dealer have them fix this and hopefully, Paradise auto spa, will keep their word and pay for the damages.

Great service except for a couple persons that dont dry your car right... come here often LOVE how they wash it and the workers very polite & respectful...except for a couple persons that dont dry your car right leave it stained and get mad if you ask to dry/clean again...Only one worker that dries/cleans cars is GREAT AND POLITE...maybe the owner should be here more often like when he just opened

We were Amazed at the young gentleman that basically walks with your car and washes it as it goes in the machine! In San Diego we drive thru the machine! It was a different experience. A nice LOUNGE FREE WIFI area with drinks .. Pretty Amazing! Glad I picked this one out of all the others! Very nice & Respectful.
