I have been renting a house from KMS for over two years now and have never been disappointed with their professionalism and quick response times to service issues!! I have heard stories of bad experiences with rental companies so I consider myself blessed to be renting from KMS. Autumn is always super helpful and their maintenance people are nice and respond quickly whenever I need them. They also go above and beyond by sending reminders for changing the a/c filter and other things that I may not remember in my busy schedule. Definitely recommending them to others and plan to rent from them for awhile!

We have the pleasure of renting a home and the property management company is fabulous! Autumn, the manager, is nice, professional, friendly and bends over bacwards to help solve a situation. For example our AC went out when it was 105 degrees out. The parts could not arrive in Tucson until 3 days later. Autumn dispatched the very competent and also friendly maintenance man with a room A/C unit so we could have A/C while waiting. He got here in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Autumn Romero and KMS Enterprises, LLC are way more than 5 star quality! If we could give them 10 stars we would, hands down! My husband and I have been rental tenants since November 1, 2017. Yes, 2017!!!!!! We couldnt be happier with the quality of our rental, and the excellent customer service we have received from Autumn. We never had to worry about anything! Our rental home is the best! Its clean, comfortable, all appliances, and everything is top notch. Autumn was so on top of everything that she called us a month before I had to even think about calling her to ask if we wanted to renew our lease! Obviously, we have renewed many times! As a matter of fact, as soon as we found out that Honeywell Aerospace was closing its doors in Tucson and moving to Phoenix, I immediately called Autumn to ask if she & KMS Enterprises serviced the Phoenix area as well, unfortunately for us they do not.In the last 4 and 1/2 years that we have lived here, we have only had to call Autumn 3 times, and they were very minor items.1) 2018, Smoke alarm on ceiling beeping, we couldnt reach it, I called Autumn and that same day their maintenance Staff had it down and replaced in minutes!2) 2019, Laundry room bifold door came off track, we couldnt get it back on track. I called Autumn and the very next day maintenance was here and fixed it right up for us within 30 minutes. Maintenance also checked the roof due to heavy winds that week and we found a shingle on the ground. Right after we showed it to the maintenance man, up a ladder he went, checking on the roof. Now thats service going above and beyond!3) 2020, Strange high pitched sound coming from the toilet, called Autumn, very next day, maintenance came out, and within 2 hours we had a brand new toilet! Yes, we were amazed too! Unbelievable customer service!Autumn Romero and KMS Enterprises, LLC we will surely miss doing business with such an excellent person and company. There is a home in my neighborhood that they are refurbishing. I called three times to inquire what the rent would be. They were unfamiliar with the site and referred me to their website, which has no info either.

My daughter and I have lunch there all the time we live the servers and Tom is sweet. Beverages are great!!! Food is awesome and good portions. The place does need some upgrades though. Tom is open for suggestions.

Absolutely the very best property management company in Tucson AZ! I have had few issues with my property and when I did, the issues were-resolved immediately. They go out of their way to satisfy which is rare. I needed a toilet that was malfunctioning fixed immediately, and it was done quickly. I had an issue with a dishwasher that I knew what the problem was and could have fixed it myself and it was repaired immediately as usual. All service techs are very professional and timely. Management staff are friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend KMS and my experience has been nothing less than wonderful.

I am so happy with my experience with KMS Realty. Especially with Denise, I really wanted to move in to a home a as soon as possible so my son would have a home for the holidays. I know I rushed her and was very annoying. She was so understanding and helpful. I first saw the home on Wednesday 12/3 by Thursday 12/4 I was approved paid what was needed, and by tomorrow 12/5 I should have the keys! It is truly a Christmas miracle. Thank you Denise!!

My lease is about to be up shortly and i wont be renewing due to personal things going on but I just wanted to say if you are looking for a decent place with decent staff, this is it, Autumn who is the main person i have interacted with is not a money grabbing person like most rental companies, i cant give them a 5 only cuz i didnt do much interaction as most issues we had we were able to handle ourselves but when i would call or email them, i would get a reply instantly from her, front personal could be nicer and smile more, but She was able to make up for anything anyone else lacked, Kms thank you and of course thank you Mrs Romero! Hard to rent with them

Autumn and the KMS staff are the best!! I was in a pressure situation to move when my former landlords decided to sell and gave barely 30 days notice. Other rental agencies threw roadblocks my way left and right in finding the right home. Autumn and the KMS staff gave me tons of options, and worked with me to get me in just the right home in a great neighborhood, and were flexible with deposit payment due to my hurried situation. The home is outstanding, and they are very responsive and communicative about any questions or concerns. Im grateful they worked with me so closely given the short time frame. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Absolutely Amazing! I went in with a unique situation and really thought it was a long shot for us, but we just fell in love with this house. I went in after a call from Denise and told her our situation and she assured me that they work with these types of things and gave us that push to go for it. For the next 2 weeks she communicated with me daily through email/text always positive when I was in doubt. Then last Friday she called me and said “ when would you like to move in”. It felt like Christmas to us with this news! I’ve never had a better experience than with this team of people. Denise you are amazing and thank you for all you did for us during that time. Regina (front office) thank you for the big smile and friendliness every time I came in and always recognizing me. I moved out recently, and they basically returned all my deposit besides a small non refundable portion, I will defiantly be coming back to them when im ready to rent again, autumn is fair and honest and super sweet.

When buying a home from KMS enterprises, double check everything, they under bid so they can use cheap labor and building products!! I been at my house for one year and half and the AC has leaked last summer and now this summer damaging my ceiling. Ive called Thomas the so call builder, and the company and no respond, now its going to cost me, out of pocket to fix!!

This is by far the worst rental property company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!!! From the first day we moved into the house we have had issues with the people working here. We bought a new washer and dryer upon moving into the house, and the outlet they provided for the dryer was the incorrect one for the plug on the dryer. Not only did we spend hours fighting with them about it and calling them repeatedly because no one ever called us back, they refused to change the outlet to the correct one for a dryer rather than a range outlet so we were forced to purchase one of our own. We also had to fight with them when our dishwasher broke and had dirty water piling up on the inside of it as well as water leaking from the refrigerator. It took us several days to get them to come out to finally fix it, and they were initially not going to fix the fridge, but were going to leave the water line broken. Then, upon us moving out of the house, they gave us the wrong paint color to patch the walls from pictures and paint over the spackle and insisted we lied about a professional cleaning the carpets even with a receipt for proof, on top of other things. We wound up getting less than 50% of our deposit back because of incompetencies on our end for cleaning, but when we left the carpets were cleaned professionally and the house was spotless. The only thing that was inadequate was the patched paint because they gave us the wrong color when we called. Every time we have had an issue with the house or with them, they have argued with us about everything. They have not once called us back when they say they were going to, and they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. I highly discourage anyone from renting from these people. They will screw you over and not even think twice about it!!!!!!

She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and put in the energy (and patience) to make sure I got it! We have lived in our house through KMS for almost 4 years. Since Autumn has came in as manager things have been GREAT!! She is so attentive, nice, professional and is quick at getting back to us with any issues. She is a great manager and makes KMS a better place. I would highly recommend using KMS for all your housing needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Such dishonesty; when I first moved in with my family; we were told that if anything goes wrong with appliances they cover that. My oven handle broke I called and the maintenance man came over and said yeah he can replace it. Then came back and said he couldnt because he couldnt find the part. The next morning I got a call from Bree saying that the part is going to cost $100 and there will be a maintenance fee. She also stated from the pictures that it looks like we damaged the oven; I told her twice it broke while I was baking. I happen to be 6 months pregnant and have a three year old daughter; KMS not only neglected us but lied and threw wrongfully accusations. I have sought out legal action for unlawful negligence and wrongful accusation. Our rent is $475 we pay $500 just to be in good graces. Please do not rent here, they are heartless and neglectful to their tenants.

Denise is unattentive and doesnt care about finding you a home just taking your application money. Relocated to the area and came to her poor communication, out a deposit down, she never took the home off the market. Said we were denied. I asked about additional places. All she said was you have a job yet. I have more in my bank to cover 6 months rent and he is a self employed contractor with jobs lined up. She didnt want to do the work. She never even called our references! Got my money order back made out to KMS guess what I cant cash it back out and she told me find a place to its how they do it. So Im out 1250?!. Lazy, lousy wont use ever even after we are settled. Will contact a laywer for my money if needed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Denise at KMS rentals. My husband and I were in needed of a rental home in Tucson. We were relocating and it is often hard to find a rental when you aren’t already living in the same town. Denise was amazing, not only was she very knowledgeable of her job and company policy but she also has stellar customer service. At time when I was worried about certain aspects of the property she would always call or text me back with an answer to my many questions! Never once did her customer service diminish. I am so glad we choose KMS to rent a home from and I am even more pleased we have Denise to answer any and all of our questions. Thanks again Denise.

They never answer the portal or emails

I would never recommened this company to anyone. They will charge for anything when ya move I bought slats for the blinds because the sun will destroy them n they charged me because i didnt put them up before moving. This place is a joke Bree who thought she was everything but the front desk person. I would call about my ac id swear she had a rolo Dex of answers. Called on something else same thing had answers instead of letting me explain what it was doing. I lived on speedway had a tall palm tree that when the wind blew hard it would drop its old was palms off one day my 3 at that time year old grandbaby was playing outside it about hit him they said oh that happens when the wind blows hard again rolo dex so I told Bree if my grandchild gets hit by a branch id be bringing them the bill. Remind you it wasnt in my yard the palm tree but in neighbors. So long story short they take 25% right away from your deposit, then charge you 15.00 if they god forbid to have to screw in a lite bulb. If I could id stand out front of there business n tell people. Never again. I hope this review discourages you to not rent from them. Oh an when I gave my forwarding address male front desk person I had to give 3 times n still called to ask about my deposit they asked again Im like really.

Im diffiently reporting her to whom ever her manager is. I diffiently got screwed on my deposit. They lied about when I returned the keys, they tried charge me for something plumbing had to do to the wall. Dont rent from KMS there horrible, and no professionalism.

I have had a porch light light for over a year. Not a light bulb issue but electrical. Brea, the person in charge of maintenance,response is, sorry we dropped the ball. This is her answer every couple of months. Still to date no.light at my entrance.

My family and I have been with KMS for approximately 2 years. The ladies at the office made our move in experience a breeze. One year after we settled in we began to have issues with our toilet. I must admit there was a bit of miscommunication due to my working schedule but in the end everything was handled in a professional matter.
