1st American will find a way to make sure you dont get your deposit back. Charged me $1200 dollars for painting over some marks on a wall made by a swivel chair and, amazingly, the deposit comes out to me owing them a few dollars. How convenient for them.

Be careful when renting from century 21 they will overcharge you for rent and will find any way to take your security deposit. I completely agree with Matthew and previous reviewers regarding their immoral business practices.
