Just moving after two years in a rental property. Other than acting quickly on our initial application for the home (there were about 15 others right behind us interested) we had no issues at all. Lori was extremely helpful and communicative in our move out process and Rich who originally helped us into the home was as well. Any work orders we put through were taken care of quickly (pandemic aside of course). No problems as we move out of Tucson
Me and my SO completed an application for a property on their website.. we called multiple times, spoke to Donna the receptionist who was never able to answer any questions or allow us to speak to an agent who are the only ones who can provide information. all she did is text me links or an email to send my question to, BTW NO one ever responded to the emails. after a week i received an email that said the owner of the home we applied for decided to go a different route with the home and that they would return my $50 application fee. My SO received an email that said they decided to go with someone else but no mention of a refund. i called them to ask where was the refund for his application, we applied together (followed the link listed on my application) i was told by Donna that his application was processed by itself. Mind you every time i called i asked what is the status of our application and would give both our names, I asked for a manager, spoke to Shannon who said she would speak to Dennis the director about my refund. I got a callback where she stated my SO did not list me on his application only our kids... i listed our kids and him. so they have refused to return my application fee. You would think if someone did review my application they would see who would be living there, and when the second application came it it would be common sense they went together. Seems to me the problem is the lack communication in their office, a rude and unprofessional receptionist, as well as an officer manager who has no idea what is happening in her office. I am still waiting for a callback from Shannon who i guess still cant find Dennis in the office.
I called was told all available properties are posted if applications are pending itll say pending so I applied in second took my 50.00 and the next morning I woke up email saying property has been rented, there a scam for 50.00 they dont have keys to theses properties you definitely cant rent from them if your a black human. Bad business.repotedWe have $ good rental history and great references
Called the customer service line and got what has to be the worst response ever from any company. Left a voicemail advising that I wanted to inquire about their home owners programs or just the process as a whole. Donna (the rep), called me right back. She couldn’t hear me right away but 10 seconds later when she could and I explained what i called for, advised me that they didn’t need my business and hung up. I was shocked. Guess business must be going well enough to not want to sell a house to someone. Best part, they asked me to call them about this 2 months ago when I inquired about one of their rentals. I will make it a point to advise my co-workers and friends to avoid them.
Whoever the lady that answers the phone I think her name was Dean or something like that, she has horrible customer service skills I was trying to get into their website and she got frustrated because I couldnt find what she was telling me to find, excuse me but that is your job. She shouldnt be a customer service representative if she cant help the customer the right and nice way.
Asked before we applied if credit was going to be an issue was assured not at all payed 5 application fees and then were denied for credit
If I can give them no stars I would been living in a house 1620 n wilmot q400 invested in rouches they wouldn’t do anything about it you call many times and they tell you they can’t do anything about it. And expect you to just deal with it discussed and unprofessional.
A small but rapidly growing real estate company. Easy communication, quick response time. Yolanda is a gem! All so welcome after a bad, hands-off experience with a larger firm.
The Rice Group is the only realtor that you need. This group of highly trained individuals always put their clients needs first. That being said they are also honest hardworking and very trustworthy Whatever your needs may be, they have the right person for the job. Truly and outstanding company worthy of anyones business..
Deceptive throughout entire process. Outrageous lease clauses, poor communication, countless high fees as well as a complete lack of negotiation. Would falsely portray great interest from the public as a failed attempt in pressuring me to sign. They lied about my deposit as refundable, when it wouldve not been. After deciding not to proceed, I was told they found a tenant. However, later saw the same property listed from a different company. As a potential tenant, this was the time for the company to impress me and portray confidence as a landlord. Unfortunately, issues arose even prior to signing, as many times true colors of management companies show after one is locked into a lease. I am so glad I decided against signing.

I rented a house from Charles Kraesig for Four years without a lease for 4 years. But since his wife died and he moved to Florida his son Dennis Kraesig took over the maintenance of the house we were renting 11160 S Wells Fargo rd. Tucson Arizona 85736. He was very unprofessional as Management services, Mr. Dennis Kraesig and Yolanda Arnold threaten us as tenants to sign a lease or get eviction notices. They also refuse to fix anything that needed fixing in the home. We had a lot of septic problems due to the fact the septic tank was never put in correctly in the first place. He would accuse us of fill it with the wrong toilet paper, feminine pads, or diapers. But all out children were over 5 not in diapers of any kind after several harassing emails from them with several threatening emails of eviction we finally gave in and signed the lease. But I told him then we would be staying a whole year. My diabled Veteran son and his wife were interested in moving in closer into town. And it wouldnt be a whole year. He assured me then he would be happy to work with us in the event that should happen. We went through hell with Mr. Dennis Kraesig for the entire last 10 months we lived there. He made my son sicker than he was already was. I would never advise anyone to rent from the Reality Executives Elite on Country club Tucson Arizona Actually they dont even deserve one star. Very unsatisfactory as management service.
Several interviews, made it known I could not afford TAR fees for at least 6 months. Got the flu and they wouldnt give me 48 hours to get well. Instead, they let me go and said it was because I couldnt afford my TAR fees. They waisted time and I had to call their payroll services to get my check and they shorted me 2 hours pay.
Be warned, stay away from this place. Dead men tell no tales
Monthly billing is good.
