We live next door to a house being sold by Marcee.The house has weeds all around it encroaching into my yard.The house itself is a nicer house ($185,000) in a nice neighborhood.I called to inform someone of the way the property looks and they said the owner lives out of town and likely wouldnt get it done anyway because it closes in a few weeks.I am just keeping my promise of leaving a review.The way they acted about an inexpensive yard clean up leads me to believe this is not the place to go to sell your house.

Horrible - The Realtor, Justin Lemar, showed up with the inspector and contractor to do the inspection, and they didnt leave the property in the state before they arrived . Air condition off, hole in wall, electrical fuse box left open to the elements with certain switches left on. Main water line left on which could have resulted in a flood. When confronted, he lied to our realtor, we were present for the phone call. Inspector: On Point Home Inspections. Will file complaints with proper entities .

WORST experience EVER!!! This team lacks professionalism. We should have known from the start. Mike Valdez was our real estate agent to begin with. We had an appointment with him On Saturday September 15 at 1:00. He showed up to our appointment 30 minutes late, was so wasted he was stumbling over his own feet as well as objects on all the properties we looked at. This lasted for three hours, I’m just so glad we didn’t drive with him. Unfortunately, we found a house. The unfortunate part is that he and the team that works under Marcee Messed it all up. We needed to list our house and we did. But the typos, small & large errors on our own house listing were repetitive and not fixed every time we brought it to their attention. They said our house had solar that was leased...it was purchased. That we had an electric range...we have gas. That our house was a 4 bedroom, 3 bath...it’s a 2 bath. I Finally went into their office on Friday afternoon for 2 1/2 hours to help Mike fix all of the errors and typos. I finally left there so discouraged at 5:15 pm After Mike said he couldn’t get anything fixed until Monday.After five days enough was enough, so we called the office and asked for Marcee to give us a call. Marcy did not call but Ryan Brown did. First night he seem to be understanding, he apologized and was willing to work with us. We asked to set up a time when we can meet him face-to-face and he was too busy for us for this to happen. Two days went by with nasty exchanges back and forth between my husband (not innocent in this, but looking out for our best interest) and Ryan. Needless to say we FIRED this team for their lack of detail and business ethics.BTW...Ryan Brown rated this team as if he isnt a part of it!!! What a fraud!!!

I recently referred the Marsee Wilhems Team to a friend in Tucson who had had their home listed with two different agents prior. They felt that it was like moving from the slow lane to the fast lane. After almost a year their home sold immediately with the Wilhems for full price. They cant say enough about the service they received. I called the team after hearing an add on the radio and spent two days in phone correspondence with them when it came down to the guarantee they told me that they only did the buy your house guarantee on a case by case basis which I understand but at the same time if the case is if I give you 40% less than what your house is worth and I am responsible for selling it and I dont then I get to buy a house for 40% less than sell it.To me that is a sham.They advertise things that arent real in an attempt to lure more people to work with them I would typically try to stay away from groups like this.Or maybe I was just misinformed about the guarantee the ad said???

If you are a first time home buyer I wouldnt recommend them. The realtor we had tried having us sign the first documents through email instead of taking time to explain them. Yeah, no that didnt fly with me. I had to get her to meet me in person. She always had an excuse to not meet us at houses we wanted to see. We were basically on our own and had to attend open houses to see properties we wanted to see. We found the house we ended up purchasing while visiting an open house. The realtor that was doing the showing was very helpful and informative. Gave us lots of information. Helped us realize we definitely should have been more wise about choosing a realtor.
