My house is very close to a desert landscape, so I tend to find a fair amount of spider, crickets, and scorpions in my house. Pest Friends has been very good about coming out anytime there is a big spike in activity. Their exterminators are very professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. They are willing to take time to tell you about the pests you are encoutnering and what you can do about them. 10/10 would recommend.

The whole team is very responsive. We didnt have to wait long for our inspection, and service was performed quickly thereafter. Tai is very professional and friendly and had more information than we knew to ask for. They offer multiple service plans, so it was easy for us to make a decision that fit our needs. Super amazing company. I moved into an apartment without realizing it had a roach infestation. I contacted Pest Friends and it was the best decision. They have treated my place several times now (I got the year plan worth it!!) and the roaches are becoming less and less. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile. Due to a recent ant invasion, we were in need of professional help to get our peace of mind back. We have also had a few more spiders than usual and an occasional scorpion, of which any are too many. We were introduced to Pest Friends and were very impressed with their professionalism. Both, Tai, who did the initial inspection, and Maura, who did the initial treatment, were friendly and informative. They answered all of our questions and were very respectful to our home. Because we have a pet, we wanted to be sure the treatments were pet friendly as well as human friendly. We are very satisfied with our choice of Pest Friends and look forward to seeing them again and not the insects.

I have a bad infestation of black widows. The tech who came out to do the inspection actually seemed quite delighted from a scientific standpoint. He was showing me the egg sacs, he was putting his had right in the places I wouldnt even dare! He was very informative.The lady that did the spray spent a good hour de-webbing every nook and cranny, pressure washing areas then finally spraying everything down. Great work!

It was one of the best experiences with a company that does an excellent job on time and extremely courteous. I can not find the words of how satisfied I am with their work and honesty. The house was sealed for insects, rodents and bees.

Pest Friends performed an initial treatment for active termites at our home. This has been a recurring issue for over a decade with our previous company. They came out, on time, professional and courteous and treated the whole house. A few weeks later we still had activity in the same area. They responded quickly and our technician Stephen after diligently investigating the area found the issue, sealed and treated the area and we havent had any activity for months. I am extremely impressed with Pest Friends, from my initial inquiry on their website last week to their first visit today. John, the owner, got right back to me last week and we have had excellent communication via text. We had wasps falling into our fireplace from the chimney. They came out and inspected for wasp nests (there were none) and then sealed up the chimney where there were some gaps where the wasps were getting into our chimney. I feel better and more secure now that they came out and sealed everything up for us.

I was still a little worried about chemicals near my dogs. They were on time and willing to answer all of my questions. Talked to John yesterday to have someone look at our termite problem. He had a technician available to provide a free estimate today between 10-11:30. Solomon arrived promptly at 10 after a call to let me know he was on his way. Solomon was very professional and respectful. He looked at the problem area and did a thorough review of the whole house and outside perimeter. Afterwards he sat down and explained our situation and provided 2 options for our consideration. However he told us that his recommendation would be to go with the lower priced option. Wow!!I work in contracting so it’s important for me to get multiple quotes. However, I am very impressed with this company, their business philosophy and staff. I will provide a follow up review when we make our decision.
