The Owner, Sam, and all of his crew are fantastic at pest control. We have had them doing our pest control at this house for 2 1/2 years now. I have never been more pleased with a company. I would highly recommend!!!

Sam has treated our house for about two years now. Very polite and friendly, arrives when he says, and is in and out without disruption.

Left messages for two days now regarding my rental. Are they still in business? Not good company practice to not return calls.Edit: I was informed that my call was returned the 2nd day. Not sure what happened on my end on why I didnt receive it. But we finally connected and the issue was resolved. My rental was inspected and the owner was thorough and on time!

If I could give minus stars I would. Sam originally treated my property when I purchased it in 2015 with a five year warranty. When I noticed a tunnel on the backyard wall I called Sam. He came out to my property and over a period of 45 minutes continued to berate me about things that needed fixing with the stupid woman who knows nothing about owning a home attitude, not to mention the issues had nothing to do with termites. When looking at the tunnel in the backyard he said that was not one of the original areas he treated and asked his employee to kick it off with his shoe. Sam was aggressive with me to the point that I felt extremely uncomfortable! If I wasnt alone in the house I would have kicked him off my property. Beware single women and wives that make an appointment when your husband is not home.

Flatline was our pest service for eleven years while we were in Tucson. Sam and crew are great! Always punctual and on time. We only lived in Tucson for six months a year and when our pool looked bad he even called to give us a heads up! Thanks Sam. The Sherons

Ive tired the big corporate guys they always wanna charge extra for this extra for that... Sam at flatline is honest and always ontime.. he has forgotten more about pest control then the big corporate guy has ever known... look you want a pro or a Truly Knownothing guy who was delivering pizza last week ?
