The service technician AJ is a pleasure to work with. He is polite, courteous, and friendly and does a great job. We do not find any critters in our home so I will presume that the chemicals used are doing their job.

I love Preventative! We like a small, family-oriented, and local (!) company than can tailor their service to our needs, unlike a big name pest control.Ive called other companies, and Preventative is one of the lowest-priced in town, especially for the guarantee they give. Theyll come out and retreat at no additional cost in between my regular treatments every other month. One company I talked to would only guarantee their service for 21 days! What good is that? I could do just as well with black flag or raid! No thanks, Ill let the professionals use the professional products to keep those pests away!And Ive always had a pleasant experience with the office manager.

Preventative has incredible service, was the most affordable, and solved all our bug problems. And if we needed an additional service for some reason, they were always so good about coming out and fixing any issues. We had a great experience with Preventative!
