I just want to say how wonderful the people are that work here. I was trying to refinance my house and was hit at the last minute with the need of a termite inspection. They took immediate action and within an hour, Kim was at my door! They helped me through the whole process. Above and beyond customer service!!!!

We were clients of 5-star and transitioned to Arrow when they took over the company. Recently, we had the need to have a targeted treatment done so we called them out. Our initial experience has been positive. Some of the previous staff has stayed on so customer service has remained good to us. Im sure there have been changes for the employees going from locally owned business to a larger organization, so time will tell how they do in Tucson. our Tech,Jesus was professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and give us options. Arrow should be pleased with his work product.

The only reason why this place has a 4.8 rating is because 99.9 percent the reviews where placed when this company was five star Pest Control not this corporate garbage give me a break. This company has no respect 4 the hard-working men and women that do all the groundwork. Go Local everybody support your Tucson businesses and keep your money in your city! Arrow has all there employees pay to use their vehicles and advertise for them. With all the overhead they have I wouldnt be surprised if they make more money charging there employees to work then they do selling Pest Control.

We purchased a home in March of this year and found the home was covered for termites by 5 Star Termite and Pest Control. Looked into other advanced program features and have been very pleased, we receive lots of pest control from ants, to bee’s, scorpions, ants ...We have an excellent technician, John, who comes each month and spends an appropriate amount of time treating the interior and exterior of the house. John is the most knowledgeable, hard working technician we have ever had and he has kept our home and yard critter free.Many thanks to John and 5 Star!!

We are very pleased with the service provided by 5 Star Termite and Pest Control. We discovered a termite track in the master bathroom. We have a termite warranty with 5 Star so I called their office. I forgot the ladys name that answered the phone, but she scheduled a technician to come to our house the very next day. The technician, John, came at the scheduled time and treated the affected area. We really appreciated the quick response by 5 Star, gave us a little peace of mind that the problem was taken care of.

I have used 5 Star for my personal home and another one I own. They have been consistently the best price for the service provided. There treatment method is definitely the way to go! They are not only professional but very personable to deal with on any questions - when they are done you feel completely aware of what they did and why.

Jonathan is our service provider, he has been absolutely fantastic. In our 4 years in our current home, we have never had any issues with unwanted guests as we have our treatments done monthly! He is friendly to our kids and dog and very professional and loves what he does! Thank you 5star

Tech was very nice, told me if i had any problems to call and we would address them.. when i called he never answered, he canceled on me twice, and finally was late last time. When i called to cancel my service on my house they could care less... maybe being locally owned, you should keep your word as well as treat new customers like they are valuable. P.s treated for scorpions, still have em.

I can only speak for my own experience but Joey has done an outstanding job of keeping termites, ants and other insects under control at our house. He mostly treats the exterior and spot treats inside only when a problem is seen. Hes extremely knowledgeable, thorough and has been a pleasure to work with over many years. Scheduling service has been easy and they have been very flexible, adjusting days/times due to work and being out of town. Keep up the great job!

Jason came over to my house because I had a terrible termite problem. I chose 5 Star because of the methods they use to treat for termites. My house was treated by another company when I first bought the house two years ago the termites came back and it was out of control. Jason came over and Ive never seen better results. Jason was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and what to look out for. I havent seen a termite since. When I started to see a lot of scorpions in my house (7 in less than a week) I called Jason again. Jason sent Jared to my house. Like Jason, Jared was extremely professional and took the time to list to the problems I was having. Knowing that scorpions are hard to get rid of Jared explained a new process to me that was found to be very effective against scorpions. Jared also advised me of how after a treatment I may see more activity but this is normal. Ive only seen one scorpion since and no more spiders (black widows). I have two small children in my house and I was afraid they would get stung or bit. Im really happy with 5 Stars service and professionalism and a special thanks to Jason and Jared. I will continue to use 5 Star for all my pest control needs.

Experts and affordable! I had a huge bee problem that I fought with cans of Raid----about 20 cans over two weeks. Finally, called 5 Star and their professional discovered the hive and eliminated the problem. Turns out their were thousands of bees in this hive. Wouldnt trust anyone else!

I called for an appointment and they agreed. Then called back to say they double booked Ireset the appointment and then called back to say I lived too far east. (Vail) They referred me to a company called Moxie and they no showed twice! I will not recommend Five Star to anyone!

I researched termite treatment and prevention application methods rigorously before I chose 5 Star. Their patented protocol was hands above the inefficient application methods offered by their competitors. And they worked around the inconvenience of our house being in a major re-model, making sure all the exposed framing was thoroughly treated as well! I couldnt be happier with their product, and service as a customer.After our move to Nor Cal, I began the hunt again for a termite pest control company to treat our new house. No one here offers an application method similar to the treatment 5 Star developed. We were stuck with a termite protection plan using outdated technology, which ropes customers into service contracts that require routine re-treatment and monitoring, and is far less effective protection for our house, more expensive, and bad for the environment.

I am always amazed at the lack of good bushiness practices and basic courtesy that places like 5 Star have. I called for a service that they did not offer (pre-treating soil before laying a foundation), and when I asked for a recommendation of a place that did, they rudely told me that they couldnt do that. It would have been simple to give me a recommendation, and I may have used them in the future for other pest control services. Just remember everyone - it is easy to be nice to people and you may gain their respect and bushiness for doing so.
