This laundromat is the best in Tucson!!! I went to two different laundromats before I found this one and the other ones dont compare. To the machines and especially the employees. My first time coming to this laundromat I met the employee Jose hes a young gentleman and he is the best laundromat employee ever!!! He really takes pride in his job and he not only keeps the laundromat nice and clean but he keeps it safe.This isnt the best area and he is the only one that will tell the homeless people and junkies they have to leave. When he isnt here I do not feel safe because the other people let them do whatever they want. So I only come on days when Jose is working.

The place was pretty clean. Very few chairs to sit in . Had to wait out in car and keep telling the homeless people I only had money for my wash. It was quite crowded too inside. Dryers cost a quarter for only 7 minutes and unfortunately werent very hot. Ill keep looking for a better laundromat.

We have been coming here for years! Cindy is always cheerful, helpful and she keeps the laundromat immaculately CLEAN!! The new Maytag dryers with pullout lint filters that you can clean before drying each load are simply the Best in town! Come early as this popular laundromat can get busy once the University students wake-up!

Prices are reasonable, brown dryers work better to me.The lady that was working here is nice, she keeps it as clean as she can.

Washers and dryers are good just too many people loitering around from 7pm to 10 pm time cant do laundry in peace without them coming up to you asking for something. Can never find a dryer cause people are washing at home and bringing clothes to dry. Try Deans laundromat down the street, owners always on top of things.

This place is sooo clean. The young man who works there is constantly cleaning, mopping and keeping it spotless. I was coming here a couple years ago, the employees were rude and barely cleaning. This place should definitely hang on to this young man. What a polite, nice guy 😊

I have been going here for years. The owners are very nice and helpful. The machines are amazing and the hours are great. Very family oriented. Cindy was very helpful and very informative. EXCELLENT PLACE.

I like this place. The washing machines worked well and leave the clothes clean. They have new dryers and they are huge! I was able to dry my three loads at once with $2. The small washers are $1.75 and the big ones range from $4 to $5.50. The dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes. The place is clean. I like that the people there were careful enough to take care of the place and keep it clean. I will definitely come back to wash here.

I go here once or twice a week to do laundry and its usually always very clean and theres always open washing machines and dryers I would recommend University laundry

This place is awesome!! Is nothing wrong with sidewalk. Customers need a take responsibility their own action and attitude. I am veteran and disabled. I comeback from Iraq several months ago. This lady on weekends understood, awesome and good heart person. Very little people don’t have good hearts. I recommend veterans wash clothes this place. Thank you for support.

Super clean. Owner shows pride of ownership. He showed me how to operate one of the machines. I appreciated that I could leave while clothes washed because machines locked for that 32 minute cycle.

Washers are fine, prices are posted.Come time to dry, their big fancy Maytag dryers say $.25 for... A whole 4 minutes. 2 of which is spent on cooldown. Thats pretty ridiculous. This visit was just okay, next time well try another place.

Ive been doing my laundry here for about 3 years now. I go a little out of my way to come to the place. The prices are decent, friendly staff and the cleanest laundry mat Ive been to. Ive never had any issues with the machines.

We visited this laundromat a week or so ago - the interior was very clean, neat and the attendant was great. Wash and dry are about the same as most here in Tucson, but dryers actually seem to be better efficiency - so that is a plus.You can tell the owner and attendant take pride in the place, the owner was actually there this time. He was cleaning and making minor repairs!We highly recommend this business.

The place is kept really pretty clean.and all the machines seem to be well maintained feels like a quality place to be. The downsides our that the bathrooms are not available after 6 p.m.and the dryers seem to be turned it down so they dont get full heat so it takes longer and more quarters to dry.

Only been there once and for a first time it was good experience. I appreciate it the openness and kindness of the attendant there. All machinery worked I didnt see any washer or dryer that needed a repair. Looking forward to going there again on a regular basis and after a few more visits I will give more detailed account.

Crazy busy to the point of no free dryers. No staff on Sunday so no way to wash your hands & kids running crazy. I have been doing laundry out as a traveler for almost 2 years & this was my least favorite experience to date.

Was ok with this place til I noticed the roaches all over the place, set my basket on the floor under the table, when I retrieved it there were roaches in it! They are even in the bathroom. 👎👎👎

Clean facility, friendly staff and overall peaceful place to sit and do laundry. The wifi is great too and never had an issue with any of the machines. 1.75 to wash and the washers work great. I do a lot of my work clothes there and never have to wash a load twice.

This is a very well maintained laundromat and the wonderful employee Rebecca does such a great job with the customers I noticed how every time I go in to do my laundry she very attentive and does such a great job taking care when she does others laundry for them and if she working when your there and you have an issue she will do what it takes to fix the immediately....... I havent met the owner but I have to say to the owner this is the best experience Ive had with a laundromat and there employees I will aways recommend this place tyo everyone and thank you Rabecca for being so attentive and friendly 😌

Very clean facilities. I have been here on multiple days of the week and there are always free machines. The building is unattended after a certain time of day, but they do have a change machine on site. Keep an eye out because they do run specials, where some days are cheaper to do laundry. Seating can be limited, but Ive always had a place to wait. They also have vending machine services. All in all I would recommend this location, and return to it as well. 4 stars for the limited seating.

Cindy is amazing at keeping it clean. I go in once a week and there is air conditioning, which is needed in this hot Tucson state.

This is great place to do laundry. They have plenty of washers and dryers. The entire place is very clean. The attendant is constantly sweeping and mopping the floor. Also wiping and cleaning all the machines inside and out, resulting in my laundry being cleaner than at most other laundromats. I will definately continue to do my laundry here.

The Wi-Fi runs ALL the time, the wash/dry price is reasonable & the employees are nice.

Clothes came out reeking of perfume even though I use unscented detergent. Ive had that happen before at other laundromats but never this bad. I did the laundry a month ago but everything thats been in the closet since then still reeks! I did multiple loads in different machines but it all still stinks.

I love how its in the open surroundings so you could feel safer at night, late. The carts actually go outside bot just to the door. Some people cant carry entire multiple loads .

One machine out of order and not marked as such, coin mechanisms are spotty - hard to get them to accept the coins and hard to get them to return them. A bit pricey: $1.75 for a half-size top loader, and then the giant front loaders start at $4.25 with no in-between. 6 minutes per quarter for the dryers. Everything came out nice and clean, though.

Excellent customer service, clean, sanitary, and un-scented, place to do your laundry or go out on a limb and instead of sitting around a laundramat for hours...use their drop off service!!! When you do the math its always a bargain!

Below this is my original review and now Im editing it because of the response from the owner. Firstly, the $2 I lost in the machines is not worth my time to have it replaced. Instead i would like for there to be attention to detail, and the machines actually work without stealing patron money. Use the $2 to get that fixed. Its that simple. Also, i did not want to advertise but here we go... The laundromat on 1st and Roger next to the carwash(yes, kill 2 birds with one stone) is only $1.50 for a top loader that is much larger than this location. Also Wednesdays are only $1 wash for top loaders and the dryers are always 7 min per quarter. Now the sketchy people. Perhaps the owner doesnt understand the propose of reviews. I mention this so people can consider what they will encounter coming here and to make their decisions accordingly if this bothers them. I.e. being asked for money, or overall general concern for personal safety. Yes, this is a public place, and you cant help what you will encounter when in public, but you can avoid places with known issues by reading detailed reviews from local guides on Google. Yup! That is the propose of a review!Original :The place smells funny. Some of the clientele is sketchy mostly because of the homeless hanging around outside at night. The top loaders are small and overpriced compared to other laundromats in the area. The dryers ate my quarters and its not worth hassling to get it back. Also the dryers are only 6 min per quarter and others in the area are 7 min. It makes a huge difference very quickly!

Prices while I was there was 1.25 for a basic load wash and .25 for basic dry had to using the dryer twice but still 1.75 not bad... Building was clean and attendant was helpful.

Its clean its friendly has lots of washers and the price is reasonable. It has the vending machine something to eat and drink and also has a restroom which is clean the whole place is clean and the best part of it all theres a lady named Cindy and shes wonderful.

The dryers with brushed metal face-DONT BOTHER-use the eggshell white dryers they actually dry your clothes.* I was slightly discouraged seeing a homeless man eating on the floor out of a can when I arrived, but Im not one to disturb a man when hes having a meal. I gave him a buck and he moved on.Spy cams everywhere, wonder if Im on YouTube? lol. Wondering if the cheetos on the floor were from yesterday, as I was the 2nd guy here. See Attendant.Ummm, no attendant but the Attendant Cage is surely locked up well. Hence, bathroom not useable. My visit was Mar 30, 2019, 0600-0800.* I selected perm press in lieu of the High Heat, option which could be the culprit.
