Clean and very friendly staff. She showed pride in her work. The only negative was that there are only 2 Xtra large washers and they were being utilized for a while. I ended up spending extra to use two 30 lb washers instead. The machine to buy detergents wasnt working so she was kind enough to open it and handed me what I needed. I gave her my laundry card and she charged it inside. Not even annoyance towards me. Very positive attitude. Thank you nice lady for your help.

In the course of doing laundry in the $1.99 machines (3 loads) my card balance of $23+ went to $0, not a happy customer, fairly certain I wont be reimbursed for my financial loss. My advice, find another laundromat, during my visit on a Thursday morning the facility was filthy, it was as if I had stepped into a third world country. I gave two stars only because this place is better than wildcat laundromat which is a real dump.

Brought in old wool blanket that sat in my husbands closet for 40+ years. To him it was an heirloom. To me it was something that laid around and collected dust for 40 years. The owner assured me it was dry cleanable and I look forward to seeing the clean version of it in a few days.

My bridesmaid dress came out perfect! The seamstress was super quick and efficient. However I cannot give 5 stars as my dress was not returned in the same bag. I specifically asked her if she wanted the bag for keeping the dress in and she said sure, but then I was given a very thin plastic bag in return. Super bummed about that because I needed the original bag for traveling. I wish I had taken it with me.

Machines work great, and have a very resonable price. Please ignore any bad reviews, some people have nothing better to do with their lives. This place is top notch.

You must pay $5 JUST for the card, then load the card.$1.84 top load warm wash (1.79 for cold, 1.94 for hot--2.79 for front load medium, 3.99 for front load large) and $0.38 each 7 min for standard size dry load.1 load detergent from machine costs $1.25, same for 2 dryer sheets.Total cost for a single small load: $9.12.Washers and dryers look heavily used but function fine. Place is clean and has some coin op video arcade style games for kids.Quiet location on a weekday. Evening crowd was quiet and sparse. Eeges food/drink just right across the street.

Ive been going to Rincon for years and was the only place I would have gone, but recently the service has gone down hill quickly! I dropped of 7 shirts as usual and 3 came back looking like they were pressed with a rock, 2 barely would fit a 5 year old because they were washed, not dry cleaned as they were supposed to, and worst of all, one brand new shirt I had just purchased, tried it on and dropped off, now has a whole in the sleeve. I asked them to remedy it and for 3 months cannot get an owner to call back or handle it the way they should. It wasnt that expensive of a shirt, they lost 5 times the amount in my business alone since.

To start you pay $5 to get a card (per the sign you do get $3 back if you stop using the laundry mat and turn in the card), that was a small surprise, but worth it. The early bird special saves me money and time with the giant 50lb machines. And it is always clean. Only thing I wish for is a public restroom.

This laundromat is the cleanest in Tucson that I have been to yet. My husband and I have been going here for nearly 7 years and have never had an issue. This place is also open 24/7 which is a huge help. The only downside or negative thing that we dont like is the fact that you have to buy a card for the machines, this is not a coin op laundromat, and just that alone costs $5 but once you get the card you just load cash on it and your good to go...a positive side to that though is you dont have to worry about your money sitting around and someone stealing it...

I wish there was some sort of a sink, or a restroom during the off hours, but I understand as to why there isnt & can only imagine of what people would do & how theyd abuse that amenity.

I have never found a higher quality laundry/laundromat service anywhere! The staff are most helpful, and the quality of their work is excellent. I highly recommend this place to all.

I actually like to do my laundry there. The owner watches everything so if you have trouble with someone hes down there. Its cheaper to go from 1am till 4am. The prices are cut down. Down side no bathroom or running water.

I have been coming here to do my laundry for about 3 years. This business has gone downhill on a regular basis. The attendents are completely non-caring about any of your needs. If a washer or dryer does not work, they dont care. They never clean the place up in the morning as people trash it during the night because its open 24-7. I witnessed a washer stuck on a delicate cycle and told the attendent and she acted like who cares. She never tagged the machine and barely gave me a credit. I would suggest you find another place to do your clothes. I wouldnt drop off my cleaning either as they just dont care about any business. You are actually bothering them if you come in.

For a 24 place it’s tidy and a quiet place to get multiple loads done at a time, they use the card system but after paying 5$ to purchase one it’s not so bad!

Its a clean facility and the staff helped explain the card charge and how it works. Only gave it a 3 star due to they recycle the laundry cards and with all the hackers duplication of chip cards, I did notice that my balance on my card went from $7 that I had set up for washing the next week and when I inserted my card, it showed my balance of $1.29.Not happy that I lost miney when the card was not used, then having to add more. The cold water wash is also charging $1.85 i stead of the $1.79.Hope this gets fixed. All in all, is a way better and cleane2results than the washers at the apartments.Last couple visits on weekends, there is no attendant, place is dirty and bathroom locked. Hate to have to find a new decent laundry facility again. The pricing for the drying must have increased cause it now costs $4.00 just to dry one load.
