Dave, at Rodeo Spas is amazing! I accidentally flooded my hot tub and called Dave to fix it. He was great from the beginning. He came and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and was back next weekend to replace the heating mechanism. It now works like new even though its 20 years old. He was even able to wire it so I could control it from my smart phone! He is great at what he does and charges an honest, reasonable amount for the work that he performs. The week after, he called just the follow up and make sure everything was going well. He has a customer for life with me! Thanks Dave!

I Called to get an estimate for a service call. Dave quoted me 135.00 for him to show up.I politely told him that I would like to check out other spa services providers to compare prices.This unprofessional jerk tells me “ If my prices are too much, don’t bother to call me back”.LoL don’t worry pal.... I’m glad I got a taste of your unprofessional attitude before I hired you.By the way... I called Tucson Spa and got a service call for 95.00 with a pleasant professional interaction. I Wish I could give Rodeo 0 but it’s not possible. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The owner of this establishment found my purse at one of his parties and KEPT IT! Not truthful, very rude, THIEF! My phone inside my purse pinged to his house, and he wants to say he knows nothing about it, LIED to me when I confronted him, and wont return my calls or texts, slams door in my face etc. He also owns a jumping castle biz and he says thats how he ended up w my things. Oh, did I mention I had 2k in my purse I took out of the bank cuz I was gonna purchase a car the next day? He screwed me and my family and cares not at all but for himself. DONT GO TO THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF TAKEN AND TO BE LIED TO. HES A CROOK.

Spa had multiple leaks in the plumbing. Service was fast, reliable and extremely affordable. Would highly recommend.

Rodeo spas tech Alan responded to our service call the next day. He diagnosed our problem in a short time and got the parts he needed. After traveling across town for parts he returned and got our hot tub running the same day. We would recommend Alan and Rodeo spas to anyoneJoe

Great experience with Dave. I reached out to Rodeo Spas to fix a Spa that had degraded hardware issues and he got back to me same day and diagnosed the issue at my location the same day as well. Dave says hell do a job then backs out. No phone call explaining why, he just wont show up. Find someone else, there are several in the Tucson area that will do what they promise. Rodeo Spas will not!!
