My home warranty company used them, they did no work on the pool pump or other issues they were hired to do. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Had to use company since this is who the home warranty uses but if I didnt have to, I wouldnt. They wouldnt give me a specific day or time range on when they would show up and then would show up when I wasnt home without giving some kind of warning. Finally got a time frame. Absolutely rude and completely unprofessional, the techs have no idea what they are doing but talk like they do. The office lady and I use that word loosely, hung up on me, cursed me out and yelled at me not once but twice. Its been three weeks and my pool is still not fixed.Dont call them, absolutely unprofessional and a waste of your time and money. They have no idea what customer service is!
Happy to have hired them! While my home warranty company has sent some less-than-ideal companies my way, I hit the jackpot with Aquarius. My pool motor bearings were angry! From the friendly and personable phone call to the very thorough service techs (motor needed replacement, as did the impeller, which could easily have been overlooked). Everything was top-notch.They came out the next day and made the full repair 2 days after that.* Since these are Covid-19 times, its worth mentioning that both techs wore masks and maintained a safe distance.
We have been satisfied PLUS with Kendall & Jeff!We purchased a used Tiger Spa from them 8 years ago and have been more than pleased with the attention, care, reasonable fees, and Down-to-earth advice we have obtained over these years on a “used” spa! These friendly folks have never hesitated to respond to our calls & questions even if we didn’t need any service. We have just moved to a different city; the new home owners are still enjoying the Tiger spa,I called Aquarius to ask another spa question in our new location, and as usual, they have responded in their helpful ways, even tho we are not in their area anymore. Thanks Kendall & Jeff, for always taking care of us wherever are. Best wishes with your business & family!Sincerely,Linda & Paul Krienitz
Aquarius Spa & Pools LLC was contracted through my 2-10 Home Warranty for my pool pump which was making lots of noise, the bearings were shot, and it stopped working. Aquarius Spa & Pools contacted me within 24 hours after calling 2-10 and made and kept an appointment 2 days later. They determined the pool motor was bad, did what they had to do w/2-10 and 2 days later a very professional serviceman came and brought & installed the new motor and all has been good to go since & saved me easily over $500. I dont do reviews much, but their service and my experience in dealing with both Aquarius Spas & Pools & 2-10 Home Warranty were fantastic and I highly recommend both!
They were on time and even helped me with the warranty company to make sure I was getting the best heater for my pool. I would not hesitate to call them again for service.
Kendall, @ the office of Aquarius Pools is beyond helpful. She went above & beyond the call and was more than patient with me. Excellent Job! The windings in my pool motor shorted out and the motor needed replaced. They came quickly to diagnose it themselves for the warranty work. They confirmed it and within a few days they had the motor and scheduled to come out and replace my motor. The job site was left clean and pristine, where they did the work for my pool motor remove and replacement. They also replaced the seal kit as part of the job. Kendall, reminded me their job is not done after they are done and that if there is anything I need from them to let them know right away. I sure will! I recommend them at this time for anyone who needs pool work done. I know its off season, so maybe it would of been delayed a little bit, but I have confidence they would have gotten to my repair, with that being said, still in a decent, fair amount of time! Keep up the great work AQUARIUS and a huge, big THANK YOU. John G.
This should be ZERO stars. Save yourself the frustration and avoid getting ripped off by this company. You will regret hiring them. The owner of this company (Aquarius Spas & Pools LLC) came to fix my spa and pool pump. From the beginning he was rude and Arrogant and would cut me off when I try to explain to him the issue. The company and him didnt want to warranty the work I paid him for within a month and a half. He had a personal problem with me and I now believe he is a RACIST individual who took my money. I recommend you dont do business with this company. I cant believe I hired them and if you hire them, Mark my words you will regret it.
Jeff the owner and his employee Larry did such a great job repairing my jacuzzi spa. They could have sold me a new spa pack but instead just replaced the two parts that needed replacing. Another Co. quoted over $1000.00 and my bill with Aquarius was under $400.00. They were very accommodating with scheduling me and arrived during that time frame. To say the least I was very pleased with them. I will pass their name on to friends and neighbors!!!!
These guys are awesome... they are here when they say there going to be here... and give you a call if the plan changes. They are my pool and spa guys...everytime!
I have used them several times over several years and they have always had a problem keeping the cost at what they estimated but this time was the absolute worst. Job went from around $350 to $1500. I’m done with them.
I had a great experience with Aquarius. They replumbed my pool equipment to run more efficient. Other Cos in the past never mention changing the plumbing. They were very accommodating especially with scheduling. I felt they were up-front and honest. I will call then again!!
Kendall and Jeff, are just the type of pool repair and service anyone could want. I was working with my less than stellar Warranty service provider, whose coverage left a lot to be desired. Weeks past, and my pool pump was not functioning. Only one pool service came out and gave an estimate, they determined the pool pump was bad, and it would cost $1500 to replace, the warranty provider had no intention of authorizing this repair. I remembered using Aquarius in the past, and explained the situation and my frustration with my warranty provider to Kendall, she investigated the last repair, and offered to come and look at the pool, the last repair was just a $80 capacitor, and they could diagnose and if determined that to be the problem, they would replace and bill me. Kendall’s and Jeff hunch was right, and they had my pool up and running the next day.My warranty providers is still in search of someone to come diagnose the problem. Lol They will get my letter cancelling my service, before they find a pool service.I will continue to use Aquarius when needed, because of their honest and high integrity. They could have said the pool pump needed to be replaced.Thank you so much Kendall and Jeff, for being such great people doing right by your customers.Rose
I have used Aquarius several times over the years when Ive had a problem with my pool equipment. Each time they have come in a reasonable time and repaired my equipment for a very reasonable cost. I started with a home warranty and was introduced to them that way, but dropped the warranty on the equipment (hard to work with warranty company), but have continued to use Aquarius. Customer service is very friendly and I will continue to use them for future pool equipment work.
Worst experience ever!! They do not know what they are doing. Our pool pump cracked due to sun. Their repair man even said so. he was rude and arrogant. Started messing with the valves .After we have requested a different repair man. They reported to my insurance that we turned the valves and caused the crack! My pool guy said that the valves were correct and said that even if the valves were wrong it wouldnt have caused the crack, it was obvious sun damage. I was denied by my insurance because of him, now a week later without a filter running. I have been going through days back and forth with my insurance to get a second company out here. I would NEVER recommend this company.
Aquarius Spa responded right away to my emergency call and provided a great service at the faire price. Thank you very much . Natalia
Always timely and affordable. I highly recommend their expertise!
We have a 23 yr old spa, Other Spa companies just wanted to sell us a new spa, One Call to Aquarius, Our old spa is now running in top form, Larry the tech, is a real pro, Service was fast & reasonable, Aquarius is our Go To People for Anything Spa Or Pool Related !!!
Not sure if my experience is isolated, however, after they did home warranty work my spa heater burned up 5 months later. It took three trips to get the heater working, but after each trip they said was fixed. Had a local company give initial diagnosis, then learned home warranty would cover. They recommended replacing the entire pressure valve, sensor and thorough cleaning. Aquarius only replaced sensor. Unit burned up due to the pressure valve. Called them and they said nothing they did, yet local company disagreed. They refused to help in any way. Learned my lesson with them and would not recommend to anyone. They even lied about the conversation they had with the local service who I am having replace my unit.
What a scam they have going on. The worst customer service I have ever been a part of and they have no clue on how to repair or troubleshoot pool equipment. They dont even understand how chemicals work in a pool. Do not use them! If you do want to decide to use them just try calling them and see how they respond if they will even answer your call. you will be surprised on how rude someone can be and still stay in business.
Aquarius agreed to coat my spa overflow rocks with cement, and part of the process required partially draining the pool. They didnt have a long enough hose to drain the water out to the street, so chose to leave their too-short hose within a very enclosed area beside my home (my a/c unit is back there too).Needless to say, my backyard (and my neighbors) flooded. 4 phone calls later, (I called them once, and they called me about 3 more times), they finally owned up to the fact that they are the professionals and should have known better and done things differently.Today, they called to say that they would not drain the pool further (the guy drained it to about 2 inches from the bottom of the rocls before he realized he had caused a flood and shut it down), but rather planned to recoat all of the existing exposed rock (basically, they decided not to completely coat and seal the entire rock structure.I told them this was not acceptable. The whole point of recoating the rocks was to seal them and protect them from future/further damage. The woman on the phone said that their hose isnt long enough to drain out to the street, and I mentioned that this isnt new information. They knew they needed a longer hose after my yard flooded some days ago.Basically, she was saying that they didnt plan to buy a proper hose for the job, and that I had to accept a crappy, incomplete job.She eventually fired me.... and said they were quitting the job.The kicker is..... she had the audacity to tell me that they wouldnt charge me for what theyve already done. ALL THEYVE DONE IS FLOOD MY YARD (and my neighbors), AND LEAVE ME WITH A PARTIALLY DRAINED AND NON-CIRCULATING POOL!!!VERY VERY BAD work ethics!!!!Beware. If you hire this company, they may not have the proper equipment for the job, and their improper equipmemt may be used anyway... and cause damage to your property.I am lucky my a/c wasnt damaged. The water flooded the entire side of my home.... and my a/c unit is back there. The water had to squeeze around the a/c within quite a tight space, in order to flood my backyard. (My yard was wet in many different spots when I returned home.)The owner of this company is resting after back surgery. I respect him. He impressed me a lot the first time I met him. My concern is how the company runs while he is on bedrest. Not at all good!!!I almost started crying today after the woman rudely said they quit the job and wouldnt charge me for what theyve done. Just so disheartening... seeing how businesses are run these days. No morals or ethics.
These people have no clue what they are doing and was in the process of damaging my equipment and creating further Issues
Perfect spa repair service 👌
This guy showed up rude as heck cut my pump valve out and left my property. With my money and apiece of my pump that is not returned yet.
I will continue to use Aquarius for my above ground spa customers.
