The pump went out on our spa. I called Kutz Spa Service. Brett the owner worked us in right away. They showed up early and got right to work on it. He knew exactly what was wrong with it, had the pump with him, had it fixed and running in no time. He is very professional and definitely knows his stuff. He also helped me with what chemicals and how to use them properly. I would highly recommend him and we will only be using him in the future. Thank you Brett for such good service.

We have been using Kutz Spa Service for a little more than a year. Brett and team, have been amazing in their knowledge, recommendations and keeping our old spa maintained, increasing its expected longevity. Recently, Brett experienced an unexpected oversight when servicing. He prioritized making sure that our job was completed in a timely manner (next day). This demonstration of job follow through was extremely appreciated and reinforced our decision to keep Kutz as our only vendor for our spa care. Would highly recommend.

Bret is outstanding and honest. We bought a used tub and unfortunately had issues at our house after moving it. He was quick to reply and did his best to come out and look at our tub. He didnt have the right part but came the next business day and got it fixed quick. We appreciate his time and knowledge of our Bajaspa and will definitely call him again if we ever have issues.
