I havent been to this Walmart in over a year right up into the point where I had covid-19 last year, but I must say it look like they had a little remodel done especially on the inside it looks brighter and it looks a lot more spacious. The parking lot was being renovated or I guess we asphalted the gas station is always the best place to get gas if youre in Sams club member the prices are much lower and definitely competitive as well but overall I like the new setup and I will definitely go back if Im in the area again check them out.
Love shopping here with the app but because of Covid they are often out of exactly what I am looking to buy at the time. But live avoiding the checkout lines.
Dear Sams Club, please train employees at the gas pump about the extended hose your pumps have. We usually have a pleasant experience at Sams Club and prefer purchasing our gas here. Today, this attendant, not wearing his mask, approached us to make us turn our vehicle around in order to have the tank on the side of the nozzle. (Maybe due to COVID I have too much time.... but). Five days ago we were here and the attendant on that day...did not MAKE us turn the vehicle around. So Dear Sams Club gas pump trainers, train everyone to consistently do the same process. (And to wear their mask...we dont know employees health record and dont need people in our face.) Smile.
My shopping experience was good I found all items except one it seems like this shells were very empty no toilet paper whats going on guys.
I love this spot for a quick party stop! Theyve got everything to make a party: chairs, food, drinks, and even cakes! The only thing missing is liquor and spirits (like Florida has). But otherwise, a must have membership, especially for large households and mouths to feed. And their Scan and Go option in their app makes it easy to get in and mostly out (after the check at the exit).
I am posting this primarily because I did not understand this about Sams pick up service before today. I ordered two bags of birdseed as part of a larger order from Sams on Aug 16, and my bank account was debited on August 16 for the birdseed and the rest. Sams notified me by email August 18 that the order was ready to pick up, but as it happens, the birdseed was out of stock. I asked them when the $38 would be refunded to my account, and after an amazing amount of dissembling, they tell me 5 to 7 days, although the website says customer will not be charged until items are picked up. Im grateful I can float the $38, glad it wasnt a generator or set of tires.
This is my favorite Sam’s Club and perhaps I am saying that because it is the nearest Club to me. Maybe! But I like it. The associates are super welcoming and friendly. They are understanding and always ready to step in and ask if you need any help. That is the ultimate customer satisfaction experience one can observe. The store is organized and items placarded, which makes it easier to spot. Happy Shopping at The Club!

App wouldnt work in store, 3 registers open, and customers lined up to back of store. 4 employees standing in front looking at their phones, instead of trying to improve customer experience.
We go shopping at Sams almost every weekend. We have several ones we go to that are in different areas of our home. Because of the pandemic you still have to look in different stores. But they still have a lot of food to choose from at a reasonable price. I would recommend Sams to anyone. I am sure you wont be disappointed.
Had to retrieve my own cart from the parking lot. No carts in the entrance. Long lines. Even had a line after checking out to exit store..! Store seems to have a staffing issue.
Love the plus membership so I can get in and out fast. Otherwise the checkout lines take forever!
Tire department is a joke . First of all they dont answer the phone when you call. I had to come in and make an appointment. My appointment for a tire rotation and balance took 2 hours when the lady said no more than a hour.
Signed up online to get a deal for a one year membership for $45 and a $45 gift card to spend right away. I followed the instructions to go into the store where they would then give me my membership card and the $45 gift card. At the store they told me I had to give them a particular nine digit code that I was given in order to do that. The only number given to me online or by email was my membership number but they said that was not enough. I ended up having them refund my $45 membership fee and I will not be shopping there ever.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO SERVICE!!!!! The service advisor Red (Redd) does not know how to mount tires for a luxury vehicle and could care less correcting to issue. I even had documentation from TWO auto shops (one from the dealership when they replaced my starter) told me they mounted my tires incorrectly and it was causing me to lose air every week (not caused by weather or nail/debris). And no, my tires are not cheap: I got four Goodyear all-weather tires for $600s. Every time I called them: busy tone (other departments answer their lines. Show up last Wednesday for an appointment for Saturday at 8:00am: I showed up and still didn’t touch my car for an error they made (after waiting 3 hours for an scheduled appointment and I wasn’t late). Worst customer service ever and I will advise everyone not to allow Service advisor Red (or Redd) touch yall cars.
I shop at Sams Tucker Ga location frequently and enjoy the experience, I always most of the time am able to get my favorite foods if theyre in stock! 🤗🤗😎
I go to Sams to get bulk items, it was Firday and some of my usual items were either not available or the supply was very limited. It was not crowded so I was able to get someone to help me lift the heavy items.
Black Women with long eyelashes and a puff at food station was very rude. i was looking at the menu and she says “ what you want?” in a really rude manner. I told her what i wanted and when i got my icee the lid wouldn’t close and she told me to drink some instead of emptying some out or giving me a new cup. Other than that store service was really nice. Food was good.
Quick and easy. Well stocked at this location. Check was on the phone. Scanned my items and headed out ..no delays.
Horrible the workers are so unprofessional and rude and the customer service is so bad. The worker walked away bunch of times when we were having trouble and one of them was wearing see through pants. Made us go all the way back in line again because she didn’t want to help us but she helped other people. Please hire better workers that have good customer service
I gave 3Star because a customer care his last Name starts with R. If U ask him for help or any Questions, he replies with inappropriate word. Other than that Shopping at Sams is the best.

I typically go to the Tucker, GA store whereas my husband go to the Jonesboro, GA store. I am beginning to see that the Tucker store lacks in a lot of basic items. I was unable to buy butter at this store!! Thats as basic as it gets. I believe they can do better.
Im still frustrated with downloading app so I can Scan n Go and still have to stand on exit line 20 deep with carts overflowing AND they still scan almost every item! NO advantage for me when using the app. And did I mention that on weekends even when they have 2 checkers that still isnt proficient?

Sams have a habit of changing things without notifying customers..ex: under 4 or 5 items you could check out at the food court while making a snack purchase..I wasnt told Sams had stop that until I waited in line for over 12mins n had to go back and get in other lane for about 20 minutes....Sams just let us know up front!
I have been a Sams Club member since they opened the doors. I am a travel nurse and travel all over the country on assignments, so I have experienced many Sams Club across the US. This club is the worst I have ever been to. I have now been here 3 times and I will never be back. The staff is pitiful, rude, slow, and frankly just don’t care about the customers. I ordered tires, was left a voice mail that the tires were in and had to come to the club because every time I called to schedule to have my tires installed they hung up on me. I made an appointment, when they had an opening and still waited 2 1/2 hours to have my tires put on my car. All 3 times I have been here they are out of many things, Gatorade, bottled tea, the snack bar out of everything but pizza. Do your self a favor and choose another club. This one stinks.
Did online membership drove to Tucker which is 30 minutes away to go to Sams. Only, to stand at the membership desk because they had only one person at the desk. They didnt even have cards gave up a print out. Given the looks of how many people were shopping you would think that they would have a card for you. Just like always you get less customer service but, spend more money in these stores that are in predominately urban or black areas. They want our many but, say the hell with customer service.
Great place, nice and clean ambience, friendly staff, good prices, tons of choices. Im not a fan to go often to the grocery, love to go there for my bulk items because spare me time, and I could buy almost everything we need in one place.👍
Clean and organized. Lately The line to exit has been really long. They need two people checking receipts at the exit door. I do scan and go yet I still have to wait in a line to get out the door. That’s my only complaint otherwise a great experience
Very nice store. Really busy. 1 person checking you out at door was insane. Needed 3 to 4 people. The lines to get out were backed up for 20 to 30 min. People were frustrated. All in all nice store

I have been a Sams Club member for over 30 years. Buying in bulk works fir my family. I love that I can use my app to check out when the lines are long.thats the best part of shopping for me now. Love my Sams club experience.Roberta W.
Its always really nice to go in, find what you need right away and then be able to pay with the same club app have to stand in line. Definitely a bonus when the store is as clean and organised as this one.
Beware of AT&Tscammer agents that are in this store. Dont believe anything they tell you. They have signed us to bogus cable and phone services. We are currently seeking legal advice to resolve our issues. Moreover, why is the store manager contact information not posted along with his name? Its embarrassing for Sams club to seat ideally while its customers robbed blind in broad daylight by scammers. Worst customer service experience in this store

These guys are great. They do a very good job of keeping things ready and organized when you get there. I especially appreciate the tire guys who got me new tires quickly and easily one day. Itwas raining and I didn’t have time to mess with it but they got me in and out right away. So I love that

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for the girl at the jewelry counter to even acknowledge me while i was trying to buy some earrings. She was busy with someone else but she didn’t even say give me a second to be with you, and then i asked if she could at least check out my mom really quick because the person she was with was just looking and she said no. Horrible customer service . Won’t be buying jewelry here again.
I was on the phone on hold for over 30mins that ended with person hanging up in my face. Im a member and I would like some sort of service if Im paying to be a member. I never spoke to a person but to ask me to hold. I was redirected twice because of the length of time I had been on hold. Please correct this issue. I cant give 0 stars but thats what this deserved

No shopping was terrible and standing in check out was even worse! Its awful to have to be corralled from check out, to check out line. Never got a reason for closing our neighboring store, I guess its okay since the majority of customers are people of color!!
Please train one of your employees name Barron how to have a right attitude with the customers. I been a member with Sam Clubs so long and this is my first time ever having a very bad customer service. Stay home if you need to, don’t come to work with an attitude with the customer. If you have a bad day or someone get on your nerves and you know you can’t do your job right that day please stay home.
I can say it was truly a nice shopping experience here. I noticed that everything was in stock and with great prices too. I also love the Sams Club App. The app made it super easy to scan all of your items and pay right on the app. I was extremely happy to be able to skip the LONG lines. If you use the App, youll experience what I mean. I also like the customer service there. I had lost my card awhile back and it was no problem getting another one. Everyone was very nice. I will be going back. All of the Christmas decor was out!

I feel bad for the cashier girl at the icee,pretzel,pizza stand. First the card system went down, kids dropping their slushees all over the place and yelling, longgg wait and line, then the check out security scans every single little item to make sure no one is stealing I promise you its not that serious lmao then u go outside and it’s raining ppl blocking the doors security yelling for everybody to move kids running around. Then we went to the sams club gas station line is forever barely moves because people like to take their sweet time. Do better.
Can Sams have the same check out process like Walmart via app because those lines are ridiculously long even self check out is.

I went to purchase tires. According to posted signs the tire dept. opens at 7am for Plus members. Being a Plus member and wanting to avoid crowds, I went at 8am after dropping the baby at daycare. They were not there, took 15 minutes to find a manager who said they do not come in until 10am. Why am I paying extra for a benefit I am not receiving? Correct, cover or replace your signage.
I service in the Auto department was very slow and someone new work the desk without experience
No one in the bakery seems to know about cakes they want you to fill out the cake form your self the service is terrible from the door to just the bakery took me 1 hour they have the most ratchet girls working in there they have no ppl skill and really Ill never come this Sams again in mean NEVER

I went to buy 2 hover board and was delighted to know that they had 3 left. So I picked up a few more items that was priced nicely for Christmas gifts. They always have what I need every time I visit and Im always in and out with no problems or wait.
Long lines will exist, persistently. Having the Sams Club check out application or website downloaded on your portable electronic devices is your key to turning into complete anger by your decision to save money on the awesome display and breath of fresh and new products. Patience is a virtue!
Everyone is always friendly, member services is great.. The only issue are the long lines to check out or get to a register every time so maybe I’ll start using the free delivery for plus members or curbside pick-up but I really prefer to come inside the store to see what’s new..

Customer service experience wasn’t a good one. I had to go to member services to get a replacement card. The associate that helped me wasn’t pleasant at all! She couldn’t find my info and when she asked she had an attitude. I immediately told her that I didn’t appreciate it and her response to me was that she didn’t have an attitude, and that she couldn’t hear me. She could hear me, because she answered every time I said something. She was very snappy and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Here’s some advice for you...if you don’t like your job then you should find another one Bea!

I love Sams going here when I was young with my dad was like going to six flags lol and now to finally have a Sams membership myself is awesome I felt like a kid in the candy store today..I received a membership for 24$ because Im a federal government employee cant beat the price for a whole 12 months plus not to mention I received a complimentary card for a family member cant wait to come back!!
Not enough cashiers. one regular registar open with 13 and counting customers in that line and one cashier running self check and all the registars had a problem and we all waiting for her to get to us to resolve problems. self check also had long line would have made a big difference with two cashier working it. You go to self check to check out faster. I Would have left if I had driven my car instead of riding with a friend..I spent $518.00 dollars.

I appreciate this Sams Club because its close by and the staff is always friendly. As we get closer to Christmas, this store will be packed more than usual, but the check out lines were moving at a decent rate. The membership fee is worth it for the great deals you get at Sams.
Bunch of useless managers. Four consecutive times I have been at this store, but never find a shopping cart in the store. I had to go back out on the parking lot to pick a cart. Lazy managers!

My visits are always pleasant. But today, one of the female employees at the Cafe needs to learn how to address members when speaking to them. Most times its not what you say, but how you say it. Leave your personal problems (if any) at home. That way you dont project them onto the members. If you didnt want to work today, you should have just called out.! And all of this unprofessionalism for what? A $0.99 frozen yogurt? Really? The entire situation would have gone way left if I wasnt with my granddaughter.Unfortunately, some people DO NOT have customer service skills. Thats bad when you have a position where you interact with customers face to face. Im contemplating in filing a complaint, but Im not sure yet...
If your not checking out with the app your missing a great timesaver. Im just saying... I saw the lines wrapped up 10 people deep with baskets full and I was able to walk out the door showing only my QR Code.

Here at the Tucker Sam’s Club trying to get my tire pressure checked. The employees don’t seem to value me or my time. I have been here since 9am. The tire shop opens at 10am. The guy spent his first few minutes on the phone. If a company that I pay to enter is supposed to open at 10am I expect them to open promptly. Then the guy walks away from the desk as if people are not standing in line. I know they will blame COVID-19, but this is just how they do business.
Nothing special, just a place to buy products in bulk. Sams is alot like the grocery stores meaning, they dont always have everything in stock.

Waited over 30 minutes to return a pair of childrens boots took me 20 minutes or do to get my stuff another 15 minutes to pay shjch was GREAT!!THEN 20 extra minutes to have my 6 items checked on my way out. I spend more time Waiting in lines than what I do shopping... UNBELIEVABLE WILL NOT RENEW MY MRMBERSHIP again 🤦♀️
