We purchased our truck from Ryder and the Warranty Department scheduled us for repairs. While being repaired at this location our trucks tag was stolen by a Ryder employee and the keys were lost. A new set of keys had to be made because the original keys were lost. This location is very unprofessional, the service manager is rude and Ryder didn’t care about the situation when brought to their attention. Several calls and complaints were made and nothing was done . Don’t trust your truck at this Ryder location 1881 Mountain Industrial Blvd Tucker, GA 30084. Our experience purchasing from Ryder was good up until this point, but because this location is a part of Ryder they won’t get any more business from us !!

Went there for only Idle engine deactivation. I arrived by 9:15 am and left 10:35 am cuz the technician was not able to shut off engine idle. The service manager was unfriendly and rude. If you lease a truck from Ryder and need service please don’t waste your time at this location.
