Amazing customer service, Camille at the front desk was accommodating and professional. cant say the same for budget as a corporation though. they rented out trucks to people when they didnt even have the trucks available and I had to settle for a cargo van. budget should take examples of professionalism from their front line workers like Camille

Took a lot longer than enterprise to give me the cart 3 mins vs 15-20 mins. Otherwise service was good

Not a very good experience. After thinking everything was all set, I came early morning to pick up the truck. Attempt to rent a truck failed when worker indicated my bank card should be from a local bank like Wells Fargo or Bank of America. My card is a FEDERAL credit union debit that I have used numerous times at Enterprise and Hertz car rental locations around the country. They were totally misinformed and to say the least, I never even think of renting from them again.
