After months of debating what my best option was for my growing plumbing business, my wife and I decided that the versatility of a covered cargo trailer was our best option. We showed up at Great Escape on a Saturday hoping for the best. Jonathans expertise and friendliness were a great combination, and we were fortunate enough to get the last trailer still available for sale. They go really quick! I had a very unique situation yesterday afternoon as I was traveling on 285. I was hauling my two horses when a truck driver let me know that one of my trailer tires was smoking. It was an amazing sequence of events. Found a Goodyear four miles away. Howard at Goodyear assessed the problem and found Great Escape RV 2 miles away. We literally crawled at 15 mph from the Goodyear to the RV repair shop with white smoke pouring out of the wheel well. The tire was lopsided by the time we got there. John @GERV put me at the front of the line, even though he was swamped with repairs.Unloaded the horses in the parking lot and got them settled with hay and a bucket of water that John provided. There was a chance that the drum had melted onto the stem and if that had been the case he wouldn’t have been able to repair it until today. So very grateful that I didn’t need a new axle! Loaded the horses back on the trailer and got home around 7:30 safe and sound. Profoundly grateful for the Lord’s protection and provision of Howard, John and his tech guys, their time, tools, and needed parts. With much gratitude, Alison Ibsen

Great customer service and prompt repairs

My wife and I were newbies to the RV world. We had purchased a 2016 AR-One 17RD for a six month road trip and they helped us repair a leak, seal it up, put some new tires on it, repair a short in the trailers brake line and cleaned it up to look brand new. We also bought some much needed equipment such as adapters and locks. They went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of and safe on our journey. Jonathan, Jon and Richard are good guys and care about your experience with their services. Definitely recommend them.

Weve searched for a month and called all across the state to find out Covid has things all in a mess. Wanted a dual axel, enclosed, v nose, 7x12 or 14, with a ramp. Sad to say theres Low to No stock available in so many dealerships, long delays on having one built, many places closed on weekends, ...Well, we called Great Escape RV and Trailer today they said they had a few trailers coming in TODAY.😊 🙏🏻 We arrived there just after delivery. We had fast and friendly service, (not pushy at all like other dealerships trying to sell us something we didnt want). We are happy customers and will send others their way!!Thank you 😊!!

I WENT TO PURCHASE TOW DOLLY FENDERS... THEY SOLD ME SOMETHING THAT DIDNT WORK OUT AFTER INSTALLATION THE FENDER CAUSED A BLOW OUT TO MY NEW SET OF WHEELS AND TIRES. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THEM THEY TRIED TO SAY ITS NOT THERE FAULT WASTED MONEY...DAMAGES TO MY TRAILER.. THATS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS !!! I COULD HAVE KILLED MYSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE LOSING CONTROL FROM THAT ENTIRE INCIDENT.... THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..., WORD OF ADVICE BEST TO SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS ELSE WHERE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

I needed to get a new cargo trailer, I got pricing for 7 other trailer dealers. John @ Great Escape gave me the best deal around. I needed track & rings installed. I selected the unit on Friday afternoon they had everything installed, washed and ready for pickup Saturday at noon. I couldn’t have asked for more.Easy to deal with, I highly recommend

Three times now, I have been absolutely hooked up by these guys. Always pleasant and always very helpful. Ive bought one trailer, gotten anothers tire swapped, and had some welding done and another tire on a third trailer. Easy going, down home guys, who know how to get it done.

I am a Mobile Dog Groomer, and have had a few experiences with this company. First, I had a brand new A/C in my trailer that broke, and I required another one to be replaced under warranty. These guys got me in their shop straight away, ordered the replacement and installed it within no time at all. They also serviced my Honda generator as soon as it was needed.This last time I had a broken cable that needed repairing asap as it affected the electricity and braking capacity for pulling the trailer. Running a business, they knew how important it was to me to get it fixed straight away. They got me in as soon as I got there on Monday morning, repaired the cable, and also serviced the generator for its required 100 hour service. All this done within an hour!These guys are open, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.I am so grateful to both James and Richard for saving me time and money. I only had to reschedule one client and was back in business. Their prices are also great. They will always have my business, I will go nowhere else! LOVE them :-)

DON’T RENT WITHOUT GOING THERE FIRST! The place looks like a junk yard and the RVs are right out of the Griswold’s Christmas. These people are real good at responding to poor reviews with smooth explanations, but don’t believe it for a minute. When I pointed out how filthy a chair was, the rep suggested they remove it. Very slick web page, completely removed from reality. Run like hell.

RV Repair is terrible. We had the carpet replaced in the cockpit. There were rough edges and a nail left it that I scraped my ankle on. The fuse box was not even put back. No way will I ever go here again or recommend anyone to go here. Shoddy work.

What a bunch of clowns. They will call you over and over just to try and get your business. Take your money elsewhere.

Purchased a brand new trailer from here in March 2016, within 2 months the welds holding the axles in place broke. After having to come out of pocket to pay for repair since the so called 5 year warranty doesnt cover it on the 10th month of ownership the exterior panels are cracking from the trailer flexing so much.Very poorly built trailers

We ordered a specific size utility trailer and they manufactured the incorrect nose size. They argued with us even though we both had copies of the specs. They did agree to take some money off due to the problem. It also was not delivered in the “6 weeks” we were told. It was double that and we had given them 3500.00 to place the order.The windows were placed too high, an outlet was missing. We also was promised a spare tire and wheel. We got the tire, but just picked up the wheel today 10 weeks later after having to call over and over. My husband picked it up today and was told when he called it had been their for sometime. When he arrived Colleen stated UPS had just delivered. Unfortunately they tell lies and cannot be trusted. I will never refer a customer to that business.. the place is filthy as well.I’m not sure how they have remained in business

Very disappointed with the 42 Gulfstream we rented from this place. Without writing a novel on what went wrong with this RV during our trip Ill just say that we will never be renting from this company again and neither should you.
