The rental was seamless! I was able to have my friend pick up the helium tank for me with no issues on Friday and I returned it Monday. I was in and out, oh and I ordered a small tank but they gave me a large at no additional cost, the prices are reasonable I’m never wasting money on a disposable tank again!! My balloons turned out beautiful for my 40th celebration 🥰😍 THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The BASH! is awesome! I recently rented candelabras for a special dinner and was delighted to see they didnt have a minimum (I rented 5). This allowed me to create an amazing atmosphere without spending too much or having more items than I could use. Their online ordering process is also smooth and seamless, but most importantly, the quality of the items was impressive. The candelabras were gorgeous! Im so happy I found them and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Christopher and Christina were awesome throughout the entire booking experience! The delivery drivers were outstanding and very personable. They worked very hard setting up the tent in the rain with smiles on their faces! This was by far the best experience with The Bash! I cannot wait to work with them in the future!

Talk about a very professional company ! From the receptionist, Christine to the delivery and pickup guys you get top notch customer service! Placing order was easy, prices were reasonable and the delivery and setup was on time . The setup guy was very accommodating, and Didn’t have a problem when I wanted to make a change . I called Bash with a sudden need of a tent due to impending storm Zeta, and with two day notice they were able to take good care of us (Bash saved the day) we were able to have our event and our customer were able to stay dry. Great job by sales personnel and the set-up guys were great.

My experience started out well. Called to ask about their pricing on a small helium tank and Jill was very pleasant to speak to. Although a bit higher than a few other rental places we still decided to give our nearest small business our business as we are really big on supporting small businesses (being small business owners ourselves). The tank was picked up on Friday and since our event was not until Sunday, they informed us that we should not blow up the balloons until Saturday night which we followed. The balloons were filled Saturday at 11pm or so and we sadly woke up to all the balloons deflated. I immediately called to see what I could do (as a small business owner myself, I always prefer for customers to first try to contact us directly so we can try to help before leaving a negative review anywhere) and the man who picked up named Sean said he doesnt know much because he is just a driver but basically told me the problem is in my balloons. Fine, I get that and that would make sense in some scenarios however the balloons were purchased at different places so how can all the different places have defective balloons? Anyhow this was the first (and last) time we use this place. We ended up having to just tape our deflated balloons to the mailbox for my 4 year olds drive by quarantine parade. So disappointing! Really was hoping for a better experience.

I have used The Bash for several years now for different Company Christmas luncheons. They are so easy to work with . They bring our tables and chairs the day before the event and pick up the day after. They call as they are on their way. Pricing is very fare. We love the convenience of not having to scrounge up enough seating. We make a call and they just appear. I will be calling again next year for sure.

I never knew you could rent party tables..but I did a search and found BASH . BASH website was so easy to reserve tables & chairs and even easier to pick up my items. They have always been very responsive to our needs and have provided great service. The Bash people are always pleasant and professional. They call a few days ahead of the event just to double check our needs and then call when they are on the way to make the delivery and pick up. Im a resident of Tucker, and a small event caterer, so I was very happy to find a rental company just a mile or so from home. I recently threw a Bash for my wifes and my 50th birthdays and needed to rent some tables and chairs. Their prices are great, service even better. Seriously, for just a couple bucks each for what seemed to be brand new tables and chairs, it made so much more sense to rent rather than purchase! The lady I spoke with was very happy to help and clearly took her job very seriously. When I arrived for pick up and for drop off, several people just appeared out of the warehouse, they already knew who I was and just started loading/unloading my truck. Wow!

I made a reservation to rent tables and chairs for my daughters birthday party this weekend, and the person I spoke with on the phone told me I wasnt allowed to pick them up unless I had a truck. Which of course, we dont have. I was then mockingly informed that I would have to bring a truck or go with a delivery option. I thought this was kind of ridiculous - I mean, who cares if its a truck or a car, so long as were able to fit it? Sure, we might have needed 2 cars, but the fact that they werent willing to even try to work with me was frustrating.However, it didnt bother me much until I called another rental company that was closer to my house - they were perfectly willing to work with me in any way, and said they didnt care what kind of vehicle we brought so long as we were able to fit our rentals inside; they also didnt care if we brought two cars or had to make 2 trips to transport everything. Then they informed me that they were perfectly fine with me picking up the order the morning of the party (Sunday) if thats what I wanted. Now thats customer service.So, not very impressed with this place. But Ill give 3 stars since I never actually completed the rental. Just make sure that you are willing to pay a delivery fee even if you live close to the company, or that you have the required truck/trailer to their specifications before trying to place an order. Apparently they have standards for their customers.

What an awesome find! It was by chance that I turned left after leaving SAM’s Club Saturday morning and drove by BASH rentals about a block down. I was having a party and headed somewhere to purchase chairs. After mKing a U-turn “just to see” what they offered& was very pleasantly surprised!We left that same day with not only same day chairs but also tables, covers and ribbons to match!It looked like I had planned for months!Prices were just right and the location and space on their showroom was perfect.Thanks to Jill my party was that much nicer’
