This is probably one of the best dollar trees around in terms of selection. Big variety in good and decor. And as always, everything is a dollar.

No carts upon entering the store,, small.baskets extremely dirty .shelves were unstocked ..this Dollar Tree has changed tremendously!!! So sad for the area!!

I was charged TWICE at this location during my checkout. The cashier told me the machine was messed up, I wasn’t charged the first time swiping and to try again without requesting cash back. I swiped again and it went through. However as soon as I left the store and got home I checked my account and was charged the original amount which was with the cash back included that I did not get! Called the store and the man who answered was rude and inconsiderate. He said call the card issuer there is nothing I can do. Due to the fact that the amounts were different (due to one processing with cash back and the other only being the original amount) my card issuer refused to approve the dispute. It wasn’t pending it fully processed. So I am out of money because of their faulty machines and lack of customer service. Never coming back and I’ve been a customer for years now. Ridiculous to get this sort of treatment.

This store is always a hot mess. But its nicer than the other one close to my house. Also the cashier shouldnt have to clean and restock the store at the same time.

1 gentlemen at register working line to the end of the store. Manager in office on her phone, even after he called for help. Not fully stocked.

Watched as a young man called the woman in front of me baby repeatedly and then restrained myself as he decided to use the same words with me. He also was wearing his mask around his throat instead over his mouth. Maybe some training is needed on how to not make your customers feel uncomfortable and harassed and how to remain professional. Wont be returning.

I found the soup mug I went there to buy but it had a very little chip on it... Mgr gave me 50% off!Clean place, friendly at check out too.Recommend.

Only cashier who wears a mask properly is a very polite woman in a hijab. Everybody else keeps their nose out or has it pulled down to their chin.

15 -20 minute wait in line every time I go there I hate going there think i will drive the extra 10 minutes to another location

If you have to go to Dollar Tree DO NOT go to this location!! This is the closest Dollar Store to me and I am thoroughly annoyed that I always have to drive further out because this store is always ransacked. I gave this store chance after chance only to be disappointed every time. The shelves are always empty, the aisles are full of boxes that the employees never seem to unload, there is usually only one register open and the line ends at the back of the store. It is ridiculous!!!Don’t even bother with this store.

Very rude cashier I had encountered while I was proceeding to checkout. During the transaction he told me to hit the pin pad for a receipt or no receipt I put yes a receipt. My girlfriend handed him money and as well as I. He said I disrespected him by handing him the money and to never do that again, I apologized just because I didn’t want to make a scene or altercation I didn’t understand how that was disrespectful. I didn’t leave it on the counter or throw it, I handed it to him. As well as that I didn’t get back the correct amount of change. I couldn’t have done anything because I noticed after I left the store with no receipt that I asked for. Fault on my part for forgetting and double checking.

Good location! I stopped in for nail polish after striking out at Walmart. They had a wider selection of pretty good quality nail polish for (obviously) a low price! Cashier was nice and the store was clean and pretty well organized, with a nice selection. Ill be back.

Living in Atlanta, there are a lot of Dollar Tree stores that you can go to. This is probably the closest store to my house and I greatly appreciate that it is open till 10pm everyday. This is not the best Dollar Tree but not the worst either. The staff are pretty friendly and I have never had any issues with bad customer service. I think this Dollar Tree has more items than the Northlake location. This location does not have as many pictures or frames and home decor items. There is a somewhat high percentage of items out of place all the time but not sure if it is the clientele or the staff at fault or both. They always seem to be out of round table cloths and pink paper products. But I have noticed that many nearby stores not just Dollar Tree seem to be out of pink supplies. I guess the buyers havent figured this out. All in all, not a bad Dollar Tree.

I arrived at 9:21pm on 11/17/2019 because the website/Google stated it closes at 10pm. Needless to say I was upset. Especially since I had to spend more money for the items same items at Wal-Mart. 😔

The manager at this store is a rude mean spirited angry man. He threatened to kick me and my 11 yr old daughter out of the store for bouncing a tiny ball in the toy aisle. He came at me like he was going to punch me. Very bad and unprofessional.!Im so shocked he is the manager, they can do much better with a nicer and much better deserved person. Not this piece of trash. If you can, please go to another store with much nicer people who deserve your hard earned more. Like the dollar tree and Lavista or Jimmy Carter Blvd.
